What a fun experience!!! Before we moved to this side of town, we went to a pottery place in Marietta. I’m far more impressed with the Sketching Pad!!! There are so many options to choose from— pottery (glazed or non-glazed), throwing wheel, canvas painting, mosaics, etc.. They have a huge selection, and they’re reasonably priced. Each time we’ve visited, the girls have been extremely friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and they’re excellent with children! You can also BYOB.

My family and I have been there twice in the past 2 weeks. We had so much fun both times. Weve lived in Conyers for over 15 years and no idea about this place. Generally speaking we are not artistic at all but we will be coming back often just to have some relaxing fun.

I took a pottery class with my son today. Jill was our instructor. It was so much fun. I would definitely recommend it.

I love this place. So fun. It can be addictive. The ladies that work here, are awesome. They are helpful and friendly. I live about an hour away but will drive here to get my painting done. They have a large selection to choose from. Guys even come in to paint. I highly recommend this location. You will definitely have fun.

We had a small group (3) to celebrate my daughters birthday. It was super easy to set up. The furniture was already 6+ feet apart and masks/ face shields were prevalent. The girls had a great time and I was stress free. Its a great value with professional art educators.

Ive been going to The Sketching Pad for years, I can honestly say its one of the most amazing places there is, Its almost magical. The staff is wonderful in every way and my improvement as a artist is unbelievable. If your in conyers stop by its worth it!!

The place was fun and laid back. We did the clay wheel for our anniversary and Jill was awesome! A totally different and fun date night idea!!

What a wonderful place! They can host parties theyre incredibly flexible and theyre very sweet. Tiffany is wonderful she got me set up and everything was perfect for the birthday party I was hosting oh, Im definitely coming back to this location. We painted pottery and had a cake, it was great!

My daughter is taking art classes rright now, the teacher very patient, sweet n professional, Im very satisfied with the results.

I have so many paintings Ive done here!! I have had several parties here as well. Love this place! Its so relaxing...until you have to trace that outline Thats when my OCD kicks in and I want it to look JUST like the professionals.

Wonderful place! The instructors are very friendly and patient. I was celebrating a bridal party and she understood how important the occasion was and didn’t rush us, while also providing great service.

My husband and I went here last year on our anniversary. It was extremely nice. We enjoyed wine and painting together and our instructor was really wonderful. Thank you for helping us celebrate our 3 year anniversary.

My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday today with 3 friends at The Sketching Pad. I made a last minute RSVP and there was no problem. When we arrived 20 minutes early everything was set up and our hostess was ready with a smile. She had so much patience with the girls. It was a great time. I look forward to coming back for my birthday. If you havent stopped by this spot youre missing out on a great time.

My son started going to The Sketching Pads art classes last January and loves it! He has drawn some amazing pictures and is constantly saying how much fun he is having. Jennifer has shown him various values in his drawing. She is extremely encouraging for all the children. Since Jay had such a great time, I decided to try the adult classes. All I can say is WOW! I can paint! I have tried several mediums now and learned more about shading, contrast, colors, mixing paints and just have enjoyed every moment of relaxing, enjoying, new friends and new experiences!

We had our daughters ninth birthday party at The Sketching Pad. It was wonderful! Jill was very helpful and helped us to set up our decorations. She was very patient as we had some late arrivals and very accomodating. Our daughter and her friends really enjoyed painting their emojis with Jill. My husband and I plan to return for an adult class. The location is also very cool and contributes to the artsy feel of the place.

This is the best place to come and let you or your child to learn art skills and paint and create. The teachers and faculty were great at helping me when i needed it and i have learned so much from taking classes!

I ordered 3 mosaic frame kits. I realized I needed one more. I called and Gabby answered the phone. I informed her of my dilemma and she told me she would check the stock and get back to me.
