Pretty run-down has a lot of potential but needs a lot of repairs and updating and cleaning used to be a pretty beautiful place about 10 years ago

Someone from there called a taxi, I ran all the way through traffic from Ocean Blvd and when I arrived they were already gone. The lady who answered the phone said they called more than one cab company! In the future I will turn down trips from this location, let them walk because I cant afford to use my time and gas wasting it on some jerk who may or may not be there, not worth the risk
