Emily was a fantastic instructor! Experience was fun and would definitely recommend. Front desk wasnt very helpful with 1st time guests.

Great staff! They teach you everything you need to know and they are super nice! Great location, and an easy transition from the beginner course to the main course. We go at least once a month from April to Oct.We had a big group out there this weekend and several of the new wakeboarders went from the beginner cable to the main cable quickly. The others were happy staying in the beginner cable and everyone had a great time!

Love the place. As a beginner/intermediate there’s lots of features I can hit and feel improvements almost every time I go. The slow ride was really helpful when my wife came and she was able to get going easilu

Nate, who works there, convinced me to give it try, so I took the family. He explained everything, was very welcoming and helped us get to the smaller section as beginners. There was another guy controlling the zip line, he was ok (won’t mention the name), but then Nick took over and was super helpful. He kept engaging with us, and explaining over and over. Thank you Nate and Nick, we will definitely go back because of you two.

Got the 1st experience with wakeboarding here at Hangar 9 Wake Park. They have a training rope for beginner lessons as well. Nic and Kyle were very patient during my lesson and brought me up to the board very quick. Equipment seems to be professional and in very good conditions. Would recommend Hangar 9 definitely no matter if you doing professional or the 1st time

My cousin, a regular customer at the Wake Park, brought me when I was in town for a really fun hour of wakeboarding. It was an intense challenge having never done it before, but I had a blast. They have several types of ramps and rails, and there are typically 5-6 riders on the lake all at once. Never had to wait more than a few minutes to get out there, and this was a holiday weekend on Saturday afternoon. I definitely recommend you checking it out!

Great 5k though the glow foam during the run just kind of bubbled and got shoes wet.

Place sucks. management and staff don’t even know bookings or time slots well, unorganized. the staff hates doing the practice course so instead of that being a thing were u have to book a 20 minute time, this place need to just have it be 1st come 1st serve and just have it as a line so it wont take forever to just know the basics of how wake boarding will feel or how to do basic things on it.

The staff at the wake place side were unorganized, not helpful. The one guy who was kindof in charge with a hat and shoulder length hair was rude and chastised us for not booking the practice line a day before even though we had called ahead and another staff said it was ok to come they had openings. Then we sat and waited for our time we booked and no one was on the practice line and then the guy doing the practice line walked off and did not let us know they were closing due to lightening that we didnt see till later. It would have been nice to be informed that were closing and that the other people that booked the time before ours didnt show up. The whole place was unfriendly, very poor costumer service. I came two years ago and it was friendlier and a little better organized. The staff this year have no customer service skills and seem like their bothered to even work their. The place also did have an inflatable thing to climb and play on but it was closed as they said it needed to be cleaned and stuff. I will drive to the wake park on the Southside before I ever come back here. I would not recommend to anyone to go here, is not kid or customer friendly..

My first time here was great over a year ago. Thought it was going to be a regular thing for me but after my last visit I dont know if it will happen. I have been bringing first timers with me but the learning area along with the staff made it a horrible experience this time. This is not a customer or beginner freindly place. I dont see them lasting long if this is the busness practice they intend on keeping. The good reviews are from a while back. Hopefully they make a turnaround.

Love you, guys! There are still some things that would be great to have (some kind of changing rooms, etc.), but these are not so important, as for riding - this is the best place.

Definitely one of the more meh cable parks the only obstacle that makes it worth going is the pool gap, other than that you are going to need some good box hits because thats pretty much all they got. Ive been there multiple times where, mid rail hit, the cable suddenly slows down. But the people are nice and I hear they are making some changes to the features so we will see what they can come up with.

I wanted to take my dad wakeboarding for Fathers Day. I called three days in a row (during hours) and never got a hold of anyone who could help me schedule our lessons. The first call, I left a message with an employee and he said the GM would call me back. No call. The second call, I was told to call back the next day. I called for a third time, no answer so I left a voicemail to please call me back. If you cannot be available by phone, at least set up online scheduling. We ended up having a great Fathers Day elsewhere!

Staff are happy to help, laid back vibe, easy parking. Waiting in line can be tedious. Not much shade when in the sun, bring sun lotion. Not sure if there are changing rooms

Love this park! One of the most fun Poll Gaps I have ridden. They also have an awesome aqua park obstacle course!

Really cool place.

As a beginner I found this park challenging. There are 2 jumps that you have to thread the needle thru very close to the start. I think they should put these further out from the start to give people more time to adjust.
