My boys and I had a great time on our recent visit. It was practically empty and everything was sanitized very often. There was hand sanitizer station set up for public use. All games have been converted to ticket-less so they are instantly added to your game card or wristbands. I ordered a meal package and all plates and cups were given to us in a plastic bag along with hand sanitizing wipes. for our table. Even with social distancing this helped to add a little bit of normalcy to my kids life that they had desperately been craving.

My grandson loves it here, lots of games and fun to see the animatronic Chuck E preform. Food is pretty good too, theyve improved over the years.

Place was clean food was ok kids loved ig and thanks to corona there was hardly anyone there

Love this location!!!! The pizza is great, the employee working the kid check station was very nice, and the games are fun. Place is clean, restrooms are clean, good service in general. This location has a studio c beta stage with a 32 movement Chuck e animatronic. His curtains have been closed despite him performing behind them. Not sure why thats happening, but you can still see him perform when you pull the curtains back. Will be coming back

First time here w/ my 6 and 4 year old. Total hit, games, service and food! I had really low expectations after visiting a competitor but everyone was so friendly, super clean but not Covid -controlling-crazy where you can’t even be a kid or have fun. Happy to spend my money here and see them cater to the babies and fantasy of being a child. Thanks!

Juju was an awesome party host and I highly commend the whole staff! My son had a blast celebrating his first birthday there, pizza was fresh and delicious, and the place was not crowded at all. We will be back thanks to Juju and the General Manager.

A lady named Tracy help me herethis place was clean as a whistle they were involved they were on task and dedicated to keeping that play Immaculateas long as Ive been going to Chuck-E-Cheese its always left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanlinessin this case they went above and beyond and I can see it in every detailthey wipe down the tables and the machines constantly and worked on the social distancing and I was so glad to have been there that day with my grandbaby and my daughter

Very clean and they were going over and beyond with the social distancing protocols. We had our temperatures taken upon arrival and everyone got sanitizer. The staff were super nice and all had gloves and mask on. Someone even walked around and cleaned the games as we played. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Fantastic time. Plenty of games that range from little ones to the older kids.

Excellent place for kids! We take our 2 year old here for fun, and there are a few rides for kids her age. Food is decent. Reason for not giving them a 5 stars is that they messed up our topping selection.

Food was actually pretty good and the current deal for an hour of play for $1 was a good deal.

The restrooms were nasty. Toilet paper everywhere. Sink was disgusting . Stay away from this location. Staff working the front counter was a really rude to us. They need lessons in customer service no doubt.

We loved it! I brought my granddaughter for her 5th birthday and we had a blast! Cheesy bread was amazing, cheese sticks, not so much. Get the unlimited pass. We did and had the best hour of fun!

Very good pizza, facility is always clean and the staff are nice. The chicken tenders were overcooked and a few games were not working. Overall its a very fun experience for kids and adults.

So this franchise has been around for a long time. Its still an absolutley amazing time for kids from 4 to 12 (in my opinion). This particular location didnt really seem to have their act together. The schedule chuck appearance was at least 40 minutes after it was announced for 2 minutes hence. The pizza has degraded in quality over the years but at 15$ a piece I would think it could be slightly higher quality. Anyway it was fun there is a couple games for the adults to play along kids (ski ball and basket ball) but not many of those. The service was decent except for the miserable old lady who thought it would be ok to physically manhandle the kids on the play ground.This location lost the 5 star rating its my very leastfavorite. The franchise is awesome.

Pizza is very much better than it used to be. They have stuffed crust now! Still expressive expensive, but still great to keep the kids occupied!

Usually a wait to pay or to get stamped at entry. Half the ticket counting machines are generally broken. Always a line or nobody there to redeem tickets. I guess having a monopoly on the market allows for a poor customer experience.

We wanted a salaf and the salad bar wasnt available until 2 pm. It was literally lettuce and parmasean cheese with dressing. Pizza was not bad and it was fun for the kid!

Awesome place for non stop fun

We were having a great time until our food came. The food we had was pretty good but just after a few bites our son wanted to play some more. We left our table just as our dessert got to the table. Upon our return a few minutes later the staff had cleaned off our table and the remainder of our pizza and our untouched dessert was thrown away. We notified the counter and they said somebody would take care of it. We waited for over 15 minutes and no one came. We left feeling very disappointed and rip-offed.P.S. The company has already reached out to us and responded to our concerns. For their prompt response and their concern to rectify the situation, I felt the need to upgrade the review.

I really liked how the staff worked to keep the place clean. They had a very efficient system that had tables clean and ready foot new customers. Decent amount of things for kids to do. There were a lot of video games, which would probably hold the attention of an older child. A couple of riding things and a playhouse kept my niece and nephew occupied. Food selection was not that plentiful, but my 3 and 5 year old niece and nephew enjoyed. If youre vegan, eat beforehand, fyi. The actual Chuck E. Cheese show is nothing like what I remembered from my childhood, but my infant nephew was pleased. Chuck E. Cheese did a quick walkthru and the actor was friendly, taking photos on demand. Kids enjoyed, so thats the main objective. Pay to play by time and not token amount. I feel like your money will go further that way since there is no free play options (you LITERALLY pay for every piece of play, heads up). Overall, fun for kids between about 2-7ish.

Great place for the kids to play and we had a first Birthday party.

Very clean, decent customer service. Little pricey though. It was $154 for 2 pizzas and 45 mins of play for 6 kids.

Everything went well until I was ready to leave after spending almost two hours with my daughter inside the facility. When I was leaving one of the boy who was at the services center was checking me for the ”stamp” and I told him, when we came no one put us a stamp and then he start asking my daughter if I am her Mom. My daughter is 4 and I understand the why of him asking but I didn’t like the situation. Then he called another associate and make her check on my phone and my pictures to proof that she was my daughter. Just imagine if in another circumstances I left my phone in my car and something like that happens. Are they going to keep me there because I don’t have something to proof that she is really my daughter. I don’t think I ever going back to this location. They need to have better way to address this kind of situation or even better get better associates to do the right job.

Kids had a great time! Staff was very nice and helpful, pizza was really good tasting and fresh. The salad bar was also very fresh! We will go again!

My son (4) loved the place. He is literally crying right now because we wont take him back again tonight. The pizza was surprisingly good as well.

My grandkids love it and they love children and familys

The security stamps wash off easy so the safety isnt great. My daughters number washed off and he let me leave with her without a question. I probably wont take my kids when its busy or if I dont have someone else with me to help keep an eye on them.

Its ok. Place is kinda small and extremely over crowded. Had my daughters first birthday and the host was MIA a few times

My child had fun. Wasnt that expensive (didnt get food) and area was clean. Employees were nice.Only problem there was my daughter was going through the play place and somehow hit her shin on a sharp edge which caused it to bruise badly and then bleed. She also hit her head on something which also caused a bruise on her head. Im not sure if it was too dark and she fell off a step???? I wasnt able to get in and inspect it, but I would just suggest telling kids to be very cautious when in the play area.Otherwise had a fun time.

We had a blast. The reason for low score is because they didnt have the security post in place like normal. I still watch my kids regardless, but that sense of double checking that I love wasnt there. They were still stamping arms at check out, but it wasnt effective when leaving. People were polite enough to come back to get checked when called, but far from effective. Also, we were there for a my 4 year old nephews party and chucky didnt come out once.

Had a wonderful time at the birthday party given for my Granddaughter there. The party Hostess was so helpful and dedicated to our needs and her attention to us made this party a big success. The Party Managing Supervisor was very attentive to this party before it started by calling me a couple of days before the party and we went over my expectations and arrangements of my party. It made my 4 year old Granddaughter so excited and made the occasion so special. Thank you to the staff of Chuck E. Cheeses for the fantastic effort and time to make this so Special.

Service was horrible. Young lady that hosted my friend little girl party did not smile at all. Secondly, we were in the party section, no one noted to the adults that we had to move from the reserved section. The party host moved the kids cups and mixed the kids cups. She moved some of the adults personal items as well. One parent had to stop her. Not hospitable at all. Do not waste your party money at Chuck E. Cheese in Conroe. If I could have submit no star I will. Worse part it is a Sunday, not even busy. Get it right Chuck E. Cheese competition is coming to conroe.

My favorite time to go is Wednesday for dinner with the kids. They have cheaper play and coupons can still be used toward food.

Its great fun for the kids, its affordable, and we can sit down and eat!!

Have been happy with experience at Austin location but the Conroe location leaves a lot to be desired. There was one person waiting on a customer at the counter with 2 others refusing to help me. Both just grunted and pointed to the other worker and continued their conversation.The mgr? approached asking the one directly in front of me if she was on break. She replied, no, not yet!I can spend my money elsewhere and my son will have a great time somewhere else.

Hated it. Too loud, too many rude kids and parents. I understand that I have not been to one of these places in a long time but getting someone to explain how things work now was like pulling teeth. Didnt stick around to get food.

Chuck e Cheese itself is fun for the kids. But like some of the previous reviews rheir security has gone down hill. We had my daughters birthday there a couple weeks ago. No one was at the front counter so we walked in stood there no one came so we walked back to the birthday tables. 30 mins later the employees acted like it was our fault for not getting stamped when we walked in when that is literally somebodys only job! Management or corporate really needs to have a talk or training at this location!

Best place for the kids to have fun.

My daughter had a blast there, which was the ultimate goal, everything has become “pay to play.” I remember going to Chuck E Cheese’s as a child and all of the rides and games cost money, but the playground was at least free. It’s kind of sad to see that that has changed and the playground cost money to play in now. For the most part the parents watch their children but there are still a few stragglers that don’t. I do, however, like the fact that you and your child are marked when you go in to greatly reduce the chance of an abduction. Considering there where tons of children there, the restroom was rather clean when we went. The pizza was rather greasy which is honestly expect since it’s pizza, but it did taste pretty good! Overall we had a fun experience minus spending a ton since my daughter kept wanting to play in the play place area. Unfortunately it’s one way in and another way out, nowhere to just play inside of it and each time you go in it costs you. A few of the games were not working at all and a few didn’t give us any tickets for winning but neither of which was a big deal. We will probably go back since my daughter had a blast.

The Establishment was rather busy and loud but this was to be expected since it was a weekend and many birthday parties were going on. This being said though there werent enough people on staff. There was one guy at the front counter and a huge line of people waiting to order drinks or food. The poor cashier looked so overwhelmed while multiple other employees roamed around on the floor and he struggled to take care of all of the people waiting at the front. Also I was quite disappointed in the salad bar. A lot of the ingredients didnt look fresh. For the most part the kids had fun and there were at least two people working the ticket counter at all times so that line wasnt as bad. I would take my kids back for a good time but I would not choose to have a birthday party here just because its so loud and theres so many birthday parties going on at a time and the staff is lacking.

Not crowded at peak times. Games work well. Staff is tolerable for 8 hours with a daycare environment. I would come back to this location.

Bring back the quarter per game! Im not a big fan of the cards. I used to find a random CEC coin every now and then and rush to the nearest Chuck for some skee ball. But location was on the smaller side. Not tunnels for my kid to run around and get lost in. Good service. Good food. Great party experience. The young man who delivered the pizza to my table just threw it on the table took the number and left. He didnt say hello how you doing or thank you for coming. NOTHING HE EAS JUST PLAN RUDE. I WENT ON 3/23/29 AROUND 7PN HE WAS A YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN BOY WHO HAD ON A REF SHIRT COMING OUT OF THE KITCHEN WITHOUT A SMOCK ON.
