I come here to work out in the mornings.The gym isn’t the nicest one you’ll see, but it’s got all the machines you need, it isn’t crowded, and they have a month-to month membership (among other options) that isn’t one of those fee-ridden contracts that other gyms force you into.

The pla e was clean and nice, plenty of parking. I went for a beauty pageant of all things and was fortunate enough my lovely daughter won! There is a small water park there also!

I didnt spend much time here as I was just meeting people there for other reasons.But I did observe families utilizing all the facilities (indoor and outdoor). Everything looked in good condition and well maintained.It would not surprise me though to see it full on weekends and Holidays.*I did notice it stayed open to 11 PM*

I registered my kids in sports the staff is very personable! They are organized which is a plus! I only wish they offered basketball but other than that I’ve had no problems!

The workout room at the Rec is clean and bright. The equipment is well maintained and the employees are friendly and helpful.The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the overhead music. It is often so loud that I can still hear it through my own earbuds with my volume way up. I shouldnt have to blast my music to drown out that awful stuff they play. (Yes, I am old, as are most of the clients that are there when I am.)I get that music during a workout helps, but pretty much everyone who wants it has earbuds of their own.

They will strap your baby in a swing and let him cry it out ... I had a feeling my baby wasn’t doing good went to check on him and two adults were sitting at the table talking like no big deal while my baby 9 months old was screaming so bad he was shaking ... i ran in to grab him the lady looked at me like I was crazy! I asked how long he’s been crying she said well it hasn’t been 20 min yet ... I was in such shock who lets a little baby cry like that and can just sit at the table casually talking to another adult while a infant cries like that??? I said you should of come and got me I never met him cry it out like that ... I cancelled my membership I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with the state but be ware they will neglect your baby.

I dont know why people pay for expensive gyms when there is everything you need/want right here! Two pools, racquetball, Gymnasium, childcare, a kids zone, exercise equipment and fitness classes included with membership.

Great recreation center for the community! Staff is very friendly & kind! So many activities for the community to be apart of! Its really great, always look forward to The Playbook, events in the paper, etc!

Dont sign your kids up for their gymnastics program, it is a joke This was our childs second time to do their 6 to 8 week program and class was canceled week 1, because the teacher had a cheer competition conflict, which was understandable. Then week two gets here and class is canceled again a few hours before class starts, which ultimately the entire 2 month session gets canceled, due to teachers cheer conflict. Our 4 year old was heartbroken at this point, so we moved her to an actual gymnastics facility. The Rec Center instructors were never cheerful and excited to help the kids. It basically turned into a 45 minute babysitting program where one child got 90% of the attention, because they misbehaved the entire time running around, not listening, pushing stuff over and the teacher had absolutely no control. Many times before class started the instructor would be locked in the class room with the lights off, door locked and would wake up right at class time and basically be half asleep the 1st 15 minutes. Definitely not execited or passionate about inspiring these young ladies to learn gymnastics.The Dance/Ballet Program on the other hand is Amazing. Ms. Casey loves to teach the kids and you can tell she really enjoys doing her job. Our 3 year old is on her 2nd session and we couldnt be more pleased. She really knows what she is doing and is great with the kids, they have so much fun!

The facility itself, I think is wonderful. However, the staff is where it lacks. I have taken my young children there for different classes, and have not been impressed with anyone that works there. The front staff rarely smiles and welcomes you, the daycare staff that I have witnessed many times is not friendly/smiley/ comforting to the children that walk in (so much that decided to buy a membership to a gym who is better with children), and the instructors that I have witnessed wore their feelings on their sleeves so it was easy to see they did not want to be there. I went there numerous times, but was always dissapointed. If they could just find a staff that cares and wants to be there, this would be an amazing place!

Great place. But they need to put on the gym rules to wipe equipment after using. Nothing like using a machine with someone else sweat on it.

My granddaughter is taking a volleyball class there. The coaches are very good and take time to help the kids one on one.

Friendly, helpful staff in a beautiful environment to get in shape. The members are friendly and courteous as well. There is something for everyone at the REC!

This place has best membership conditions, period. No initiation fees, no annual fees, no month-to-month bs. They dont keep you credit card data, so cancellation is not even required. I come, I pay for a month (and its just $28), and when it expires, I pay again. They have longer membership options like 4 months and 12 months, and those are even cheaper per month.The only issue I had going there is that I mostly do barbell training, and they only have two good barbells (but those are nice Texas Power Bars, not some cheap CAP crap from Amazon), and only one power rack. I went there in the mornings (5 a.m. - hey, they open so early!), and on Mondays, the power rack would be occupied by another regular visitor (he probably somehow gets there even earlier), so I had to wait (or, obviously, just come later).Apart from this, it was a bit of a drive for me, but if they would have another 2-3 power racks and bench press benches, I would go back there.Would be good if they could maintain their shower rooms cleaner as well.And btw, their fitness membership includes Aquatic Center, racquetball court, fitness classes...

This a great place in the summer memberships are great cause they have a waterpark for the kids and it always a good time.

They got all you need for your family at a very affordable price. Love the staff and community.

So its $22 me and $22 for my 4 yr old and then i still have to buy $20 pass so he can go to the kids zone and my question is WHATS THE POINT OF MY SON HAVING A MEMBERSHIP IF HE CANT GO TO THE KIDS ZONE IF I HAVE TO BUY A EXTRA PASS ?

The reason I go is bc i pay $22 monthly and also u can swim, and play basketball and racket ball for just $22 monthly
