Checked web for hours, drive a half hour to get there, look around and finally decide to purchase a gun (although overpriced, not terrible giving state of thing) and my brother is going to buy a $400 knife. As we walk to a sales person he asks if we are members and proceeds to tell us they are having a members only event and we would have to leave. We were there during normal business hours, there was no notice on the web and no one told us they would be closing to the public. After service like that I hope a “membership” gets you something really special like maybe some respect. Would not recommend this gun shop and certainly would never go back.
I had paid for a defensive pistol class, had a work emergency & wasnt able to attend.Your training staff offered me no assistance with a rain check or a credit toward a future class. They stuck by their no refund policy instead of building a relationship with a customer. There are plenty of other places to shoot and train in the area. I will spend my money elsewhere.Your staff does an excellent job of enforcing your rules but a terrible job of developing & maintaining a client base. It takes a lot of time & marketing to gain a customer but seconds to lose one.
Always a great experience - facilities are top notch and the staff have always been helpful and genuinely friendly. I went in to see the gunsmith about new high visibly sights for my Glock. Jeremiah Pratt was amazing in helping me out. He was patient, asked me questions about my needs and provided me with the best options for what I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. If you need a full service range, I highly recommend Saddle River and be sure to check out the gunsmith shop and ask for Jeremiah.
I had never shot a gun before stepping into Saddle River Range. The staff at the rental desk was very helpful, guiding us through the options. We were given an instructor, Ian, who took his time to explain how to properly handle a gun, with safety in mind.Next to that, the other customers were also very friendly, sharing their experience and tips na tricks
See y’all there. Best place around. Great staff and great selection on all accounts!!! Let’s go make some noise
I had my gun bore sighted by John Oakland and when I shot it, I was on bullseye. John was great to talk to and was informative. Thanks so much for your professionalism John
Appreciate the help today here at the gunsmith from John Oakland and crew, fixing my cartridge release button on my AR556. Great experience. We’ve been here to the range several times and got our LTC here. Great place. Thank you!
Nice place! Mostly friendly employees that wanna help and ere professionals. Diff employees follow diff protocol as far as paperwork, collecting money etc... A few arrogant, pretentious “Gun dudes.” Faculty seems to get defensive rather than apologize they or their employees made mistake.
I’ve been to Saddle River multiple times to use the lanes and have loved my experience every time. This past time I was in was to get the rear sight for my .45 aligned since it a recent purchase and hadn’t been properly aligned since I got it. The Gunsmiths were a joy to talk with and had my gun finished and ready to shoot within 15 minuets. I want to thank Jeremiah and all the other gunsmiths for y’all a wonderful work.
I was having difficulty getting the gas tube roll pin into my gas block for my AR-15 build. Took it to Saddle River in hopes that they would be able to help me out with it. John, the gunsmith, was able to get it in within minutes and was very helpful and knowledgable as I asked some questions about my build. Would definitely recommend John for your gunsmithing needs. Thanks John!
Bought a gun on Gunbroker and had it shipped here. Wrong gun so they were supposed it return it to the seller. Now no one can find the gun, no record of it and NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALL. How can this happen? So is my next step to report them? File a claim with the court? I used them because of their great rating. This has been going on for 5 weeks.
Bought my first hand gun here. Came back to shoot it a few days later as they offer a free hour to shoot after purchasing a handgun. Wouldve given 5 stars, but they forgot to give me back a temporary ID that I had. Also, when I went back I needed the receipt to get the free hour and I didnt get that back either. I need it to register my gun for the warranty.
Saddle River Range has friendly staff and the range allows RAPID FIRE! Which is always fun. Been going here for a couple of years and its further away from my house than other ranges but their staff and rapid fire is worth the longer drive!
My 8 year old son and I went in to the archery range hoping to rent a couple of recurve bows and shoot for an hour. We went in with very little experience. The guys were amazingly accommodating to new shooters. One gentleman, Gerald I believe, took the time to square us away with the fundamentals before turning us loose. It was a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you all for a great time!
Their staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. I was having some issues on the range with my AR. The gunsmith (Ryan) was called over the take a look. He took my gun back, had it fixed, and returned to me within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this range over anywhere else.
I watched and listened to a sales person tell someone that this specific handgun could only be sold to LEO or first responder(it was a basic m&p shield performance center). I am not sure if that was their tactic, to make it seem like they would make a deal for them or what. Everyone is very friendly and ALL prices are well over normal especially accessories like magazines.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Purchased one gun there and bought one online and had it shipped there due to FFL regulations, both transactions were handled easily. Highly recommend
We’ve been having problems trying to self install accessories for our firearm and finally gave up and decided to seek help from the gunsmiths. Ryan, younger/tall guy, was so nice and understanding. He went above and beyond just trying to fix the problem and actually spent the time to help us understand the issue and made proper & honest recommendations and then was nice enough to put our gun back to original spec since we had royally disassembled it. An expert and a nice guy, that Ryan.
Great range and Gunsmith services! Go see Jeremiah at the gunsmith area for any custom work. They have done work on my pistols and rifles for me. Always top quality! Great job guys!
Awesome service and very helpful, Rebecca in archery was who helped me out and she was phenomenal! I would definitely recommend her!
They apparently do not require employees to wear masks and most customers in their building I am told are not wearing them. My husband and I are recovering from COVID and had a scheduled concealed weapons class in August that has been re-scheduled a couple times since March due to this pandemic and they wanted us to still attend during August knowing that we have been COVID positive and are concerned. They dont seem to take the virus seriously at all and were not concerned about us attending and potentially spreading this virus to their other customers.... and the person over training was not at all sympathetic to our concerns. In weighing our options we decided against attending the course and lost our $200 course fee..... for now. We are in the process of filing several formal complaints and pursuing recovery of our fee.
First time in there and I was blown away. The staff were all very friendly, the coffee was delicious, and everywhere I turned, there was something new to look at. They have a lot of specialty items in there by brands we all know and love. Even things I typically have to order online, they had it in stock. Prices were surprisingly fair compared to some of the other places around. Some were so good, that I will only come here to stock up or replace certain parts now. I hear rave reviews about their gunsmith as well. Beware walking through those doors, you might just become a regular.
John, the gunsmith, was phenomenal. I just picked up my first suppressor and he not only installed it on my gun but educated me all along the way being sure to highlight ways that folks have messed up installing and uninstalling their cans. Very knowledgeable dude without the attitude you find in most shops.
Got my new bow today. Went over to Saddle River Range. Cant say enough how great the experience was over there. Super nice and knowledgeable staff who answered all of my questions and gave me some great tips. So if you are thinking about getting into archery, do yourself a favor and go see Toby Ragsdale and the guys at Saddle River Range.
Love Saddle River Range. John in the gunsmith department helped repair my AR-15. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again.
Superb service! Just purchased multiple items and was able to get them immediately installed by the gunsmith (Jeremiah) with no wait. Will be a return customer.
The range itself is very nice with a large selection of products. Took my LTC there and the teacher was very informative. But one of the employees there gave me false information on eligibility for the LTC and resulted in me wasting hundreds of dollars for the class, the accompanying fees, a holster and gun belt, and of course 6.5 hours time in a classroom.
Went to Saddle River for the first time this week. Had a great experience all the way around. Good selection and staff was friendly and helpful.Shout out to Jeremiah P. for his input and assistance with my purchase!Cant wait to come back and use the range.
The Gunsmiths are the first stop for all my pew-pew questions and needs, Jeremiah is very knowledgeable and professional I went in there with a problam and he knew the solution right off..very impressed with this shop. Highly Recommend.. Second recommendation I have is the Gun Shop, my second purchase from the shop and it was just..like my first no hassle.. shopping and they let me see everything that I had to see with no ..problams Nevia is an amazing Pew-Pew sales associate.. I highly recommend, Ill be getting all my weapons serviced and future pew pew needs from Saddle River Range.
Had an issue with my kriss vector not loading ammo correctly after a friend borrowed it and ran aluminum ammo through it. Come to find out the casing had seperated and left a piece inside. Travis Martin and John Oakland were fantastic and had it fixed in 2 minutes. Ill make sure to bring all my gunsmithing business and cerakoting jobs to these two gentleman.
I was one of the initial members - Second to none. great facilities and incredible open and friendly people.
John Oakland took care of my needs. Top notch!!!
Jeremiah Pratt one of the lead gunsmith sighted in my red dot sight for my CHL and its amazingly accurate. I appreciate his help
They definitely have it all! Archery, pistol range and you can rent just about anything you can imagine. I would have got a five-star except I found it to be a bit overpriced. I could practically purchase the 22 caliber pistol I rented for the amount I spent on ammo and the rental
Went in to get my new rifle bore sighted. The Gunsmith Jeremiah Pratt got my rifle sighted in within a few minutes and was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. Will definitely go back to Saddle River.
Outstanding gunsmithing crew. Knowlegeable, friendly, and always ready to help. They even work on Sundays!!!
Jeremiah the gunsmith took great care of me
Everyone at the Range is very nice and welcoming! I went in for a beginner shooting lesson with Michael and he was great! Very patient! I had zero level of confidence when walking in and came out with more confidence then I thought ever would have! Thank you!
Their gunsmith Jeremiah was awesome. Not only worked on my Gun but educated me on a few topics as well!!
Easy in and out. Had red dot scope installed while I waited. X1Tactix RRD
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Helpful and courteous. Private instructor was excellent. Highly recommend!
Brought my rifle to the gunsmith, John. Was having an issue with the muzzle break detaching. John was already setup and had me squared away and the muzzle break taken off in all of 60 seconds! Thank you!
I scheduled a private lesson with one of the instructors, Royce. I would highly recommend using his services as well as the gun range. He was knowledgeable, patient, and had great attention to detail. He talked to me to find out where I was as far as confidence and skill level and we went from there. The employees at the range are super friendly and helpful as well. Overall a great experience!
Always polite and professional in there. The range is great and I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. They take the time to educate and train on anything you need help on. Jessie went above and beyond to help my wife start archery and make a whale of a deal on her a new bow and complete setup. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is new to guns and archery or experienced.
I took my dad here to shop for his first handgun. Brandon came and helped us out and it was obvious that he was extremely knowledgeable. He showed us a whole bunch of different guns (Glocks, Xds, M&Ps, and Czs) and knew each one inside and out. I was very impressed by him.
We drive from League City to shoot here. I have to give Ryan a big thanks. I had taken my 9mm to another place to have the sights installed. they were installed so bad I was lucky to hit a paper target. I went to go back to have them re-sight it and found that store had fired all there gun smiths. I was in to shoot another one of my guns as saw there Gun Smith Counter. OMG I can actually talk to the gun smith. I told him what was done to my gun. I showed him that the front sight was way off. He fixed the front sight while I was there (less then a few minuets) and even left the bore laser in to show where it was sighted to. Many thanks RYAN!!
Not happy with their gunsmithing. Called was quoted 4-5 weeks for a barrel swap on a barreled action with the new barrel already having the chamber deep cut, so only needed a bit taken off for proper headspace. Also needed the iron sights swapped over from the old barrel to the new one.Waited 5 weeks, called for status, was told they didnt get the no go gauge from their supplier and thats all they needed, so I ordered one and had it next day aired, once they got that, still no update. Waited another week to call, this time spoke to a manager. They were going to have the GM call me. Week and a half later, no call, but in fairness I was busy as well, so that time was on me. Was told they were waiting on a new tool head and it had already been shipped and Id be first done once that happened. Fast forward a another week, no call from the gun Smith, so I call and now am told they need ammo to test fire my gun, but couldnt find any that would get there any quicker than two weeks. I have 400 rounds.... So I offer to again next day air a box of ammo to them to put this to bed. Finally after a total of 4 months... I got my gun back. The front sight isnt in the right location, the barrel wasnt even cleaned front getting blow torched for the soldered and I never got my no go gauge back that I paid for.Overall.... Not happy...
I had an issue with my AR-15. Jeremiah helped me determine the issue and corrected it. I was extremely great full and relieved! Thank you!!!!
Took my license to carry Class with Royce engler and couldn’t had asked for a better instructor. Very informative, and answered any questions the class had. I will be recommending this place to my friends!!
Terrible customer service! I bought over $1000 dollars of pistols 45 days ago. The Stoeger 9mm they sold me will not load any ammo without a special magazine speed loader. The gun is brand new and has never been used. The manager offered to buy it back for half the price! Now I have a useless 9mm that will only hand load 5 bullets at a time. I will never do business with this place and will not recommend to any of my Marine Corps brothers or veteran community.
Had a stuck live round, with the bolt handle broke off. So stuck broken bolt, with stuck live round. John Oakland helped me out tremendously and took on the task. Thank you!
Awesome gunsmith shop. Jeremiah Pratt helped me out with my AR-15 forward assist and showed me how to put it all back together when the pin backed and caused forward assist to pop out. Also love the the firing ranges and classes at this place.
Amazing selection, competitive prices, extremely courteous staff. I have worked with 4 different staff members and each was amazing, great experience. I have made a few purchases from this shop and they made the paperwork fast and easy. I cant recommend them enough.
Very nice facility both inside and out!Guns: Theyve Got It All!Archery: Theyve Got It All!Great shooting range! One stop shop for guns and archery! Everything you need to include handguns, shotguns and rifles (custom, new and used) including accessories. Gunsmith services on-site! Archery equipment and accessories as well! Apparel and camping/hunting support equipment is also available. Ammunition of all types. On-site coffee bar is a nice touch! The Staff is outstanding!!
I just received an email containing a coupon promoting Trump’s birthday, really? No thank you! Never returning!
Over all impression of the outlet is SUPERUB!! Customer service I encountered was so far above exceptional I was blown away, I cannot recall ever receiving better service from one employee somewhere else, let alone from each individual employee the I encountered during my visit. I am a 1ST time gun buyer. I went in with the expectation of purchasing the Walther PPQ SC. I had only researched it and shopped it online. So when I held it, I found that with my tiny hands that the gun I wanted initially just was the right gun for me. My point, the extremely knowledgeable associate took his time, listened as I described the issues with the Walther, Ruger and Glock that I held and then presented me with a Smith and Wesson M&P 9 SHIELD EZ. Needless to say, there is a gun in their store with my name on it!
I love this place, I am a silver member and I put a new trigger system in my AR pistol and I mentioned I had an issue and the range master introduced me to Ryan a gun smith working there that took the time to look at it and it was a minor issued fixed it done! Thank you very much for taking the time to help me out,
I Walk into the store with my mossberg maverick 88 which had been unusable due to the slide on the shotgun being jammed from an accident that happened weeks before. The gunsmith Jeremiah Pratt did an Excellent job repairing it. Waited roughly 20 minutes and my gun was good as new. Fast Excellent work. Will visit again!
Jeremiah did a fantastic job on my lower build as well as quickly working a muzzle timing issue on another firearm. Highly recommend Jeremiah and Saddle River Range!
Learned a lot from their LTC class Mr Royce Engler was an awesome and knowledgeable instructor.
Nice helpful employees here. Real nice indoor range, can rent any gun before buying and have a place to eat too. Took my LTC class here and was really pleased with my experience.
This is a high class facility. I like that they monitor the lanes keeping them safe as many ranges have so many people with little knowledge of proper gun handling. They also keep them clean. The best thing I like is the venting on the lanes. If there is a missile barrage on all lanes you can see the smoke being pulled away from all the shooters. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable taking the time to answer dumb questions at the counters too.
The guys in the archery shop are very knowledgeable and will help you get set up in no time. The indoor archery range is nice as well.
Great place to shoot and grub! The staff is very helpful and they always address any concerns or questions to the best of their ability. Ms. Mary who works at the café is awesome!! She always takes great care of all her customers!! I strongly suggest this range to anyone who loves to shoot and wishes to do so in a safe enviornment.
Went in for a beginner shooting lesson with Josh, had a great experience, he put a lot of emphasis on gun safety and etiquettes. The facility was great, they have a great selection of guns to choose from and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
I am new to gun culture. I have made all of my prior purchases here and have generally had good experiences. But feel a bit betrayed today. I bought a new Ruger 10/22 takedown and $80+ of 22 ammo to go along with it. Problem is I bought 22 WMR vs 22 LR. When I went to exchange the sealed unopened boxes, they told me no refunds/exchanges on ammo. I think I can understand that policy (and certainly on open boxes), but thought they might consider situation and these still had factory seals. I am more troubled that, for all of the touting of customer service, none of the experts who helped me with purchases pointed out that the ammo i was buying did not match the firearm i was buying. I get a sense this is a great place for experienced gun owners, but newcomers beware. Ill be moving my future purchases elsewhere, including the correct ammo for my new rifle.
This place was awesome for Archery! My husband and I had never shot archery before and everyone was super welcoming, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place for beginners who want to learn to shoot.Toby definitely made our experience exceptional! He was extremely patient and helpful - he took the time to teach us how to shoot and gave us tips throughout.
Ive gone here twice recently ready to buy a gun but receive zero acknowledgment or service as Im looking at the guns in trying to decide what Id like to purchase and wanting to hold a few of my interest. Maybe because I dont look like the typical rich locals in the area? Possibly my appearance coming off as I dont have money to spend? May 3rd & May 7th is when I went in
Visited SRR interested in handguns and rifles for home protection and some occasional shooting. Being a relative novice we did some internet searches and visited multiple local firearm dealers. The team at SRR made us feel welcome from the beginning so we made several return trips through this process. Matt took the time to answer questions and explain the pros and cons based on our needs/wants. Jeremy and Ryan completed our requested customizations immediately to personalize our newly purchased rifle. Thanks to the entire SRR team. Will definitely recommend SSR to family and friends.
I really enjoyed taking my boys for archery. Mike was awesome! He helped us purchase our bows. Family atmosphere was nice too. I will be back a lot!
My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place! They are very knowledgeable. Even during our range practice Jonathan came out and showed us how to properly hold our guns in order to improve our shot! We truly believe that they have the nicest indoor range in the Houston area. The pricing was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be going back!
Everything about this range is great, friendly staff, nice amenities, great atmosphere. I go about twice a month. I have to ding them at least a full star for range lighting though. The normal ranges share space with video training sims. They often will leave the lights low because of it. They should be isolated from the rest of the lanes which should ALWAYS be well lit. Id prefer not shooting in movie theater style lighting please.
My wife and I visited the range recently and had an outstanding time. As new shooters, we have a lot to learn and the staff was professional, patient and helpful answering all our questions. In particular, Michael was very helpful giving us pointers to improve accuracy and spent a good deal of time with us. The facility is fantastic and far surpasses other indoor ranges weve been to recently. Were looking forward to another visit this week.
I’ve been a member here since they’ve opened and I’ve never had a bad experience. They’ve had some turnover (what business hasn’t) but a lot of them have been there since day 1. Laurie is VERY sweet and personable each and every time we see her!! Some other folks (whose name I can’t recall) are super knowledgeable and always friendly every time we come in! No reason to shoot anywhere else!! Oh and it’s super close to my house :)
Several repeat customer but not anymore. Went there yesterday evening to look at the Ruger 300 Pistol deal that had running for $700 for the entire month of March. I came back today and guess what.. that same gun is way more now! They claim they sold out of those guns that were running the deals and the new guns came during the night and are much more expensive. Sounds like a case of price gouging!
The gunsmith shop at Saddle River Range is top notch!! Jeremiah fixed my pump shotgun in 5 minutes on the eve of a hunting trip. Great guys and I will be taking all my business to these guys in the future.
Incredible customer service, clean facility, variety of targets, etc. We went here for date night tonight and decided it would be our new thing. I cannot remember the girl’s name that helped us tonight, but she was blonde. So sweet and easy to speak with, also very knowledgeable. We will be back next week!
Hosted a customer appreciation event this evening. Thank you Tracy and Laurie for putting everything together. Thanks to the staff for making us look great in front of our customers. Great time, amazing food and very affordable. We will be back.
I went to Saddle River Range to take my Texas concealed license the facilities our state-of-the-art, everything is clean and well laid out. Our instructor knew the subject matter I felt was very familiar with firearms, and did a great job teaching our class. The class included a box lunch from the deli there at Saddle River Ranch, and I would say one of the best box lunches Ive had anywhere. You have to try their potato salad.
I cant believe I havent been here before. a great facility with very helpful & friendly employees.I especially appreciated the extra time that one of the Range Safety Officers (Ian T) spent with me. I had just purchased a weapon, and he took the time to show me how to break it down for cleaning. He oiled it up for me and showed me all of its operation.Thank you Saddle River Range! Ill be back!
Took a class this morning. Great instructor, clean facility, well ventilated and an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place to anyone, its like a country club for shooters.
Great Service, very clean facility and knowledge staff.
Went to the shooting lanes with some buddies. We had a pretty good time. Rentals were not badly priced.. Really nice archery range as well. I will be headed back soon to finish sighting in my rifle.
Nothing out of the ordinary and a bit too pricey for the average gun range experience...
Big thanks to Saddle River Range for making my sons birthday party a truly exceptional experience. The kids loved archery tag! Laurie and Taylor were awesome. We will definitely be going back.
Fantastic service! A BIG kudos to one of the managers Ian and to Jess!!! They are super knowledgeable, very helpful and really go out of their way to answer all your questions and help you find what you need! All of the staff are fantastic and I certainly look forward to using these guys regularly and frequently! As an Air Force veteran who hasnt shot in over 23 years, it was absolutely refreshing to get a crash course on handling and picking the right weapon for me.And ladies, they are super awesome at helping you! They make everyone feel comfortable in a relaxed, friendly, and superb customer service environment! They spent as much time with my wife as they did me, walking her through the selection, helping her understand the operation and have some phenomenal classes or one-on-one service they can provide! Its not a sales pitch by ANY means, but if youre considering purchasing, getting your LTC, or just want to go squeeze off a couple of rounds, go talk to these people first!
Great looking store! There’s plenty of parking and the parking lot is clean. The store lay out looks good and they even have a cafe. Unfortunately the customer service bad. I was not greeted when I walked into the store. Walked around and waited at the front counter but did not receive help or acknowledgement. The store has the best layout in the area but left empty handed and disappointed.
If I paid for brass cases, I intend to keep the cases. I get not allowing reloads at the range, but not allowing the gathering of spent cases because of lead contamination is a bit of a stretch. Im sure the nice brass recycling rate has nothing to do with it /s. With the cost of a lane being notably higher than most around the area, and none of them having issues with policing your own brass, Ill just go somewhere else and recommend others to do the same.
Love SRR! Jonathan, Van and Ian taught me just about everything I know from day one. Laurie is the sweetest, and never stops moving, helping and greeting. Actually, everyone is like that, especially Laurie. If I don’t get 2 days a week of practice, I get really eager to go! ( Like the past 9-10 days, “life” has been busy.) I’ll be back to my twice a week soon!Biggest suggestions? When is Travis going to open back up? (Hopefully It has during my 10 day absence.) The Beautiful windows to look through from the “lobby” are great, especially for new people hesitant and interested in target practice. The only thing I don’t care for is the hot summer, when the ranges are humid and too hot. (Especially Bowie) Turning the air down in the summer will keep customers shooting longer. Especially those trying to find their perfect gun, renting, and buying ammo. Win-Win - Seriously.Love Saddle River Range and I’m happy I live close :) - Thanks for the friendly, comfortable environment and all the wonderful employees there, old and new.CDVC
After getting done wrong at Spring Guns and Ammo on 45. I stopped in at SRR 1488, Marty B is the man. Honest salesman, very honest. I found me a new place to buy my toys. By the way, my wife hates you Marty but me and my hard earned money love ya Sir! LOL
I went in with the intentions of buying a new pistol by trading Glock 19X. Which was in good condition. I was offered $175 for my pistol. I went to 3 other places for quotes on trading in my firearm and the closest to Saddle River`s bid was $340. I went to another place in Conroe and received $400 for it and bought their pistol and $300 more in extras. Companies stay in business by making profits and I understand this. But the offer I received was insanely low. I give you 3 stars instead of one because your store and range are very nice and in the past I have enjoyed using the range.
Range receptionists has no clue whats going on. No ear plugs for sale just 80$ earphones available. Expensive!
Online information is not up to date. Todays world, that is a must.
I recently bought a rifle that hadn’t been shot since the previous owner got it 20+ years ago. I wanted to get it checked out by a gunsmith just to be sure it was safe for me to shoot. After contacting many different gunsmiths and getting no reply, I decided to visit Saddle River Range. The gunsmith took my rifle apart right if front of me, checking to make sure every little thing was in good condition. He even shot it to make sure everything functioned properly. I was in and out of the range within fifteen minutes. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I will definitely be back.
Very clean, well run facility. Staff is very professional and friendly. Everyone is helpful without being pushy. Very patient with newbies! Great fun on the range and also had a lesson and took LTC class. Excellent experience. Josh, Vang, Kayla, Brian, John are all examples of outstanding customer service. Thanks!
