Great staff. The girls at the front are always friendly and helpful. (The goth one is ) High quality selection of toys and products.

Absolutely worst experience!!! Customer service is horrible! as soon as I was about to buy something one of the employees yelled at me and my friends about out mask and talked to us like we were children! Instead of talking to us like adults and telling us it had to be over our nose she was very rude and unprofessional!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!
