Had a lot of great sales going on. I was able to use my coupons and save even more. Found the yarn and other craft items I needed to complete 2 projects.

I can always find my art supplies here when I cant locate them anywhere else. I love the stores feel and layout. They carry toys from the 1970s that have long since been off the market. Their prices are better than Hobby Lobby ! I will ONLY shop here from now on.

They are getting down to last items now. Some items the prices were jacked up and them discounted. So some good deals to be found. Lots of toys left. I heard you have till end of month.

Ill go ahead and give them 3 stars. We stopped by today it was better than most. Traffic was insane but thats from the mall. At least the parking lot didnt have a bunch of old coots in it that cant park without taking at least 2 spots making everyone that can park way out from the store because someone is off center on one side toward the spot then the other side is someone parked diagonal so you know theyll probably sideswipe your entire car backing out. To be fair it isnt ac Moores fault but they still didnt even have what my wife was looking for.

This AC Moore is new, clean and well organized. It is set up differently than the AC Moore in Winston Salem. The employees were nice and helpful.

Selection not as good as other stores for mixed media crafting - many items either out of stock or very limited selection. 2 cashiers with LONG lines, took 20 minutes to get through checkout. Backup cashier was called but did not show before we had checked out.

Always a very nice store to go to when looking for craft materials. The clerks are very helpful and friendly. Nice sales.

This is my craft store of choice in the Concord area. The store is well-organized, the employees are always very friendly and helpful, and the sales are great.

I provided a coupon for 25% off and the register only took 15% off. Other items that should have been on sale also rang up regular price. When I brought the coupon discrepancy up to the cashier, she called the manager. The managers response was I dont know why it rang up 15% and not 25%. They send out alot of coupons and walked off. No explanation and no rectifying the situation. I travelled a distance just to get to the store since there isnt one in my area and I really wanted the items so I didnt argue any further. My only suggestion would be is to make sure you calculate what you are purchasing along with the discount before getting to the register or you might pay more than advertised.

This is my go to place for crafting and hobby tools. Staff is always helpful, products are good quality too. In my experience, compared to other big box hobby/craft stores, A.C. Moore tends to stock better quality supplies and has a better selection of specialty items. Thats not to say its expensive. On the contrary, their prices are really reasonable.

A.C. Moore is sadly closing, and right now being shipped a lot of garbage items by the company processing it. Many of the normal items have been plundered despite being just 25% or 30% off, so at this stage my advice would be to go if you need to, or if its close.

Went in with my family and already started a review in the checkout line. Checkout went slow but I understand how busy it can be in retail. Went to the custom framing counter and didn’t get any help. Associate at the counter did not help us so we gave up. My family went to one register and the cashier was rude and interruptive of my mother when she spoke. Definitely needs work on customer service

Because I have to say that I have to say I have a lot more than I could have been better off the field of the first and the second is that the only thing that I am not sure how to make it a point where I can not.

They did a beautiful job of framing my poster that was 30 by 20, but my goodness, at over $900.00 before discount is absurd. Ive never had a quote that high by anyone! They need to sticker the prices on their framing choices; they need to quit charging too much. Good job, but I will not be back. Much better prices elsewhere.

Good price for yarn

I went in to purchase garland and wreaths last weekend. The lady that checked me out was incredibly rude when I showed her my military ID for a discount off. My husband and I discussed this and how anymore, any place you go you always end up running into someone who makes sure to upset your day. Well I had some trouble with my garland and returned it for something else that would work better. Needless to say when I returned she checked me out again. When she saw the bag and I told her it was a return she huffed and said of course it is. At this time I was just about to get a manager. Because I lost my receipt she made sure to explain that she would have to put it on a gift card, which I didnt mind. Then she informed me that she would not be giving me all store credit because there is a 20% restocking fee!! Wait what!? Im exchanging these items for something else, why are you taking over $20 back on a $115 purchase when I am only exchanging them for something else?! She smiled and said have a great day! Lady your attitude sucks and because of this I will NEVER and I mean never ever purchase anything from this company again. I am now stuck with a gift card I will never be able to use. Seems to me Miss Virginia has an issue supporting the very same military that allows her to keep her job. Worthless.
