Dnt treat there paying customers equal wouldnt recommend no one to go there for enjoyment

This place is great they can do better with greeting when people come in I had to stand there and wait until someone Notice me but besides that great place

The service is horrible. Waitresses are definitely not attentive and it took forever to b get some breakfast food, considering we were the first people to come in for the day.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Live music and DJ was great. Would love to have my birthday party here.

Most definitely worth it! DJ is on point, drinks are amazing and you are guaranteed to have a great time.

The food is delicious and the drinks are good. However, I do not recommend partying here. The crowd is terrible, and it gets far beyond the capacity on weekends. If you dont have a booth or section, you may not enjoy your time here.

The skin on the chicken wasnt crispy it was a little tough

Experience was horrible. Waited for over an hour for food to be delivered afterordering. Apparently the food had been picked up by someone else according to the waitress. Also a couple hours went by before the drinks order was fulfilled . It was a bad experience for a birthday celebration.

Never got to go in. Didn’t unlock the door, and had security stare from inside without letting us know what was up while another person knocked on the door. Curtains closed on him.

Nice little spot, great crowd, beautiful waitreses. Just had a great time around people who know how to act and have a good time.

Absolutely a 5 star experience! The food is good the atmosphere is FABULOUS! The servers were A#1! It was my husband’s birthday and I wanted to take him out for dinner, but not our traditional birthday dinner. So we went to Ayden Lounge told a few friends to meet us there and it was great!! This spot is a very nice addition to the downtown area!

Went last night and had great service with my brother and his girlfriend. Wasn’t a ton of people upstairs, but it actually fit the vibe. Zoe was awesome and attentive and really made sure that every need was met. I’m appreciative and definitely recommend this place. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I was visiting from California and decided to step out with friends. I ordered a hookah not only were we placed at a busy bar an hour or so went by and security took 3 out of 5 our chairs !! So we have to take turns in the chairs. The hookah girl never returned to exchange our coals until we request her to come back !! It wasn’t like we wasn’t spending money it was plenty of people that had chairs that WASNT SPENDING MONEY !!!Please get it together and come harder because this wasn’t it !!!!

I enjoyed myself at the silent parties, I wish they would bring it back. Nice place to order food in the day time. Work on laptop and drink wine.... but at night its LIT like a mthrfckr!!!!! Ive traveled alot of places across the US...yet, this is the only place I know where when you dancing and a whole bunch of money is the ground. The VIP is lit too, they let you dance on the seats! I always enjoy myself at Ayden, until it time to go to the bar... its kinda hard getting the bartenders attention. Other than that, everything about Ayden is a compliment to Columbus, very upscale, and nice prices. Id rather use the skip line, but the wait line is well worth it.

I went here for my birthday. I had vip section. It was nice however the upstairs area can not hear the music very good. The wings were good. I dont think I would go back.

After a long day of conference workshops, I stop by to have a night cap. At 10:30 I walked in to find an empty establishment. I eventually made my way to the hostess stand / pile of menus and started to read what looked like a decent dinner menu, but no drink or hookahs listed. I immediately wondered why they used the word hookah in their name if they didnt offer it on the menu. Eventually, a young man walked up and stated that they were closed. I then asked what their hours were. To my surprise, he couldnt really tell me. He stated it just depends. On what exactly? I host workshops for thousands of people in Uptown Columbus and many of them ask about entertainment in Uptown. Without consistent hours of operation, I can assure you that you will not get the business of Uptown Columbus. I would suggest implementing policy on how to address these concerns, besides Im not sure, it just depends.

Very nice place. Upscale mature atmosphere. So be ready to pay them mature prices. Worth it though.

..we got here at 11:50am on a sunday and it opens at 12, we were seated and the drink specials specifically the mimosas were so bomb...me and my sis had a sister brunch since we havent seen each other in awhile...you can tell this spot gets it poppn on the weekends this was my 1st time here but from appearances (bc they were still cleaning from the night before) they get lit there. The food was good ..definitely coulda been hotter in temperature but overall I would return back during regular Ive been open for a few hours time lol

Last night was a cool vibe I was told free with college id but paid 20. My drink was watered down and expensive wings was not cooked right the manger fixed it she was real cool checked on us all night took my girlfriend to celebrate her graduation. Too expensive but nice vibe.

Atmosphere is perfect but service sucks!Response to the owner- The service was very slow it took over 30 minutes just to get a beer. My friends and I ordered food and 45 minutes later we were informed that they were out of the meal we had ordered. There was no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks that taste like they had been fried in fish grease, the drinks were very watered down, and other condiments that were requested for our meal the waitress just kept saying oh we aint got none.

DO NOT GO!!!! This establishment is extremely unprofessional. The security guard was extremely rude and disrespectful. They dont treat customers with respect. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

BEAUTIFUL. Managers were personable. Band was INCREDIBLE. And even when the band stopped the DJ was awesome. My bartender (Juju) was the best bartender and incredibly sweet. Drinks were decent price and the lights and scenery was incredible. I didnt have time to get food but I will be back soon and with more people for sure.

Soo much potential!!! The food was expensive and it took at least 30 minutes to receive our food...chicken wings n fries!! Let me add that we were the only party there seriously the ONLY ones there and most of us didn’t order food right off!! Our waitress was new so our tickets weren’t correct etc...but she tried her best with little help from her co-workers! The owner came to check up on us and we addressed concerns. He was friendly and down to earth it seemed but our service wasn’t good! The lounge is beautiful, but sadly the customer service wasn’t up to par and $9 for a house salad...

Went there on the recommendation of a coworker. The first five minutes after entering looked promising That was the highlight of the evening. Placed our drink orders and was totally forgotten about. Manager knew I was getting ticked and tried to make it up by giving us “complimentary “ wine as a make up for our wait. Drinks finally arrived and were barely drinkable due to the amount of alcohol. We ordered the grilled red snapper and a 12 oz ribeye along with two Cobb salads which did not come with the meal. When the food arrived my girlfriends’s snapper was bland. She waited to eat because my steak arrived 5 minutes later. I’ve never seen a 12 oz steak that I could almost see through. The garlic mashed potatoes were luke warm at best. It’s kind of sad when the salad is better than the entree. We both noticed small fruit flies or gnats at our table. Mind you this place was far from crowded when we went about 8:30. At every part of the experience we were waiting for something. I wasn’t impressed nor was my girlfriend. It was a total disappointment for $94.00 (no tip!!!). The music was good but that’s about it. This is not a bashing by no means, but an honest experience. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone I know. Place tries hard to project an image of a grown smooth experience and fails miserably. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. Totally ruined a date night with my girl!!!
