Store is really nice for the most part... but even though every aisle is labeled as “Guarantee Price Match and will beat them by 10%” they do NOT follow this! I had several items I wanted to purchase today, but they were significantly cheaper on Amazon. When I got to the counter I asked if they could price match, and had the Amazon ads ready to show as proof, I was informed that they do not price match Amazon. I checked their policy online, and it explicitly lists Amazon as a retailer that they should match...Frustrating.

Pretty nice staff!! I want to learn how to crochet, and I asked an employee if they knew anything about crocheting and if I had gotten the right materials for it. He said no, he didnt know anything about it, but I appreciated the honesty over having someone just make something up. The lady at the register was also good with striking up a conversation. Overall good experience and they had what I was looking for!

Arts and craft store are always exciting to visit. The layout made items easy to find. The store was very clean and organized.The cashier was pleasant upon checkout.

Love this store. Great selection. I came looking for new baking supplies and cake decorating tools, and was not disappointed. The staff was and is very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and honest. The sweet person that helped me gave me some new tips and told me a few other places to go. She informed me that if I waited until the next day, some of what I was getting would be on sale,(as I also bought several gifts and crafting supplies) the following day. So I took the advice, came back the next day and saved over $240. The have massively good deals throughout the store, wonderful ideas and just all out wonderful!

Love the Columbus store! I called before I drove 2 hrs and got a hold of Amanda. She was so sweet and answered all my questions. Luckily they had the items I was looking for so I went ahead and drove the 2 hrs there. The store was nice and clean so I wasnt tripping over things which was nice for a change considering other stores Ive been to lately. And my husband even found stuff he liked considering its a craft store mostly for women lol. When I went to check out, there was Amanda, she remembered talking to me on the phone earlier in the day and asked if I was the one from 2 hrs away. When I said yes, she told me she had hoped I would get there before her shift ended so she could put a face w the voice on the phone. She was extremely nice and told me I could call anytime to see if they had the items I needed before making that long drive. So even though I live so far away, I will definitely be making that drive just for great customer service, clean store, and of course the items I need that I cant find anywhere else.

They are great, but some prices are too high for some things. It’s kind of hard to find certain items. Not enough cashiers, the manager seems rude, and lazy.

If you are an artist and compulsive buyer wanting to avoid spending money stay away. Joking this place the go to spot art supplies and it is huge they got just about everything. Need pictures and custom frames they do that too.

We had an enlarged photograph framed and purchased some coloring books and art pencils, everything went smoothly and the frame came out nice.

Great selection for multiple crafting needs. The prices are not to bad for the average person. The even have an online site to get additional coupons.Every time I have been in there the cashiers and workers are very helpful. I would just like to see more Silhouette items/ There was very little of a selection and no one seems to carry them.

Its a small craft store with plenty of classes to learn new things. Unlike the other craft store in town, this parent company has not been accused of smuggling stolen artifacts and violating basic human rights. The staff are usually able to answer your questions. Good selection of art materials.

This Michaels has a very nice selection of most craft items. They do not stock fabric and sewing materials but that is not an issue for most here.

This location always has what Im looking for in stock. Their staff is friendly and very helpful with locating items. I didnt feel rushed even though they were closing soon. Also, they always have a coupon available!
