Milo is an interesting place. The people living there are the thing that make it. The building is in serious need of repair which can be seen from the street as the roofing has been removed and through the last spring, fall, and this winter no roofing has been replaced, just tar paper. Not sure how the city lets it happen. The owner is out of funds and there is no plan to come up with the $50k+ to get things finished. What will happen ??

Just drove past and loved the brick work

The facilitys are cheap but adequate for most things. The building is kind of falling apart at all times. The bathrooms are atrocious especially the downstairs one. The people are nice though.
