This is an art store for marijuana enthusiasts. They have all of the traditional offerings plus thousands of hand blown glass pieces that are gorgeous works of art. They feature local artists but have artist from all over the country. Friendly people, excellent service, awesome little shop.

First time customer but I’m blown away by there personal twist on ordering online. It gives you as a consumer, ordering a delicate expensive item, assurance that this isn’t just selling someone glass. They care.

Bought a coil for my vaporizer at this place and three days later it literally cracked and stopped working, and they were able to do nothing about it. 40 bucks just thrown down the drain, I wouldn’t recommend this place for products unless you want defective goods.

Headies Hideout separates the men from the boys; This isn’t your run of the mill headshop. I just purchased a pipe over iMessage—talk about convenient and futuristic! Not only was the sale essentially seamless, but the service that Cam provided throughout the entire transaction was exceptional and exemplary. Cam remained patient and understanding while I chose between two very similar pipes and even sent me comparison photos/videos. It was as close to in-store shopping (without being on FaceTime) as possible. I wouldn’t be upset if every headshop in America shut down and was replaced by a Headies Hideout location. I came in to kill time today.No intentions in particular.They joked around, never pushy.I try not to, but I mentioned competing prices once or twice. They just understood.I have spent a lot in the past here. But today, I purchased a $10 tool. Staff knew their stuff and even suggested against a more expensive product that wouldnt fit my needs.I love shopping at head shops. Never pushy. Always nice. I wonder why...

TLDR: Kurt and the staff are friendly and provide a very comfortable environment for new and I’m assuming seasoned buyers of all types. Kudos to you guys. I could have left and been happy with a $50 piece or a $400 piece... or maybe both *shrug* Go, ask questions, learn, respectively handle and buy if you want. You will want to!Okay now for the review:First off I drove 2 hours from east Cincinnati to check it out. If your considering it, do it!Anyway, the hunt was on. I checked locally for a piece that I could both admire and use. The 5 stores in my area had a decent selection but fell short for my style. All of the local shops I went to all mentioned that Headies Hideout was worth the trip. A recommendation from the competition?! That right there says it all! So, after work and on a whim drove the 2 hours to HH. I spent a little time the previous few weeks browsing the website and IG for a bit. (The in-store selection is incredible. Don’t not go because you don’t see your style online)I pulled up and parked on a side street and walked into the shop/gallery. Immediately I noticed that the shop was very clean, organized, and well laid out. About 30 seconds after I wondered in wide eyed I was greeted with smiles from the staff and a handshake introduction from a fellow named Kurt.We exchanged a few words and questions as I was drawn to the nearby lit cases of glass. This part is really important to me- I had an initial feeling of apprehension/fear that I was a small fish in a big pond. However, this feeling melted way quickly and was replaced with a sense of welcome. As I mentioned I have been out of the scene for a long time. Prior to walking into the store I was honestly afraid that the staff would roll their eyes at my inexperience, lack of knowledge of the products and artists and for asking the same questions as everyone else. Not really sure why I felt this way but I did. As it turns out THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!! Their appreciation for the glass was obvious. This certainly made it easy for me to excited about any particular piece. I also really like that I could see the prices marked on all of the bottoms of the pieces. I hate to have to ask!I’m so pleased with the entire experience. I was in with my fiancé who was slightly less interested than me but was still on board. Kurt was very helpful and a stellar salesman. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything. He was very receptive to all of my questions and requests. The rest of the staff was very friendly while but kept their distance so I didn’t feel like I was surrounded or that they were listening to my requests or questions. It was just comfortable.Like I said, it’s been over a decade (2003 and that artist still blows glass and they had his work, cool!!) since I bought a worthwhile piece so I know I probably asked a lot of very commonly repeated questions. My questions were answered thoroughly and respectfully. All of the other fellows in the shop were very nice for that matter. Ya’ll helped me out 1-2hrs. I even left for dinner and came back for a fresh look at the pieces I was considering and they were right where I had left them.I am just absolutely blown away by the overall quality and selection of all types of glass. The small hand pipes selection was leagues above what I have seen elsewhere. Definitely something for everyone at just about any price point. Really everywhere I turned was something else to admire.At any rate, I just wanted to extend my gratitude to you all and I’m super happy I made the trip from the east side of Cincinnati.Kurt and the rest crew on staff last night at 8 were top notch!Thanks for pleasant experience. Incredible staff every single one of them, 100% taking the extra time out of my trip was worth it, Jacob understood I probably wouldn’t purchase any piece that day but didn’t care and proceed to just talk to me about glass and future drops. But even though Jacob helped me the most all employees chimed in, and Gave it an atomsphere of a family that cares more about the customer than the product.

This place is so great! The people, the products, and the atmosphere are just so awesome. They make you feel warm and welcome the second you walk in the door. And not to mention Werner is one of the greatest mascots of all time.

I bought banger after I got home I realize the Banger had a slight crack/stress mark in it, I took a picture of it and showed it to the guys up at the shop and they gave me another one on the house and just let me keep the cracked one. A friend of mine bought an O pen from them yesterday that came out of the box not working. She attempted to return it today and was told once an item leaves the store they cant return it or even have it in the store period. Their only solution was to contact the vendor directly and advised her she would likely have to pay shipping and handling. Pretty crazy policy if you ask me but of that is the case it should be explained beforehand. Who operates like this? Ive made a few purchases from Headies but I never will again and I recommend anyone reading this doesnt either. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I have not physically been to the shop, but I have seen and participated in a few of their live drops on Instagram and they are some of the chillest most down to earth people to do business with, but also keep it extremely professional. I was lucky enough to score an RBR from the drop and I couldnt be happier! Keep hustling guys!

I am adding another positive review to the pile! My husband and I stopped in for the first time on Saturday, on our way through Columbus. We had a specific piece in mind, with no idea of the selection that would be available. The shop owner was awesome. He was welcoming, offered us bottled water, and he was able to tell us about the story behind each piece we looked at. His dog is very sweet and friendly too. We will be back again for sure!

Let me start off by saying I like this shop, and I frequently tune in to their Live drops to see whats going on. But, I purchased a Toro grail from here ($210 quartz nail), and on the first use right out of the box the bucket broke off from the neck. I notified the shop of what happened, sent some pictures to them, and basically they told me to contact Toro to see if they would fix it (which I have, still no promising response). Here is the good part, I was told that if Toro would not repair the nail they would give me a 10% discount on a new one PLUS a FREE t-shirt. So I get the opportunity to let you guys profit off me again AND do some free advertising for your store? Thanks a lot! Anyways, I know because the nature of the product it cant be returned blah blah but was hoping for a little more assistance in getting the problem resolved considering the nail was brand new.

My first two experiences at this shop were ok. I live close by and it was much more convenient than buying online. The first two experiences were alright, though they have a really limited selection compared to other head shops around cbus.However, recently I went in and was immediately questioned profusely by this new employee named Maddy who seemed like she was more suspicious of me than trying to help, I kept trying to signal that I just wanted to browse.I understand that at these shops, they tend to not like loiterers, and want to steer you toward what you are looking for, but often times I go to head shops and the person at the front, or anyone for that matter, will seem as if they are being threatening in their approach buy something or get out kind of vibe, this Maddy employee was the epitome of that.

This place is truly a gem very friendly people and a wonderful doberman that is simply the best.

Quite literally the best smoking supply shop Ive ever dealt with, from California to Florida and back, never have I worked with people as flexible and truly dedicated to what they do. The owner himself has worked countless hours tending to every senseless thing Ive asked, beyond store hours, late night at that! These people are what make the community so freakin amazing. If youre a new collector, or a veteran like myself, they will bend their backs to take care of you.

I emailed Headies regarding a piece I was having trouble tracking down . Brian replied in a timely manner and told me what he had in stock that would fit the bill. Jeff texted me many pictures of the item at my request and was more than happy to answer any of my questions. Payment was fast and easy and my order was shipped to me just as quickly as as the correspondence took place. Packaging was beyond adequate, double bubble wrapped and double boxed, in discreet packaging. I was kept in the loop for the entire process until it reached my door. Ive since placed another order with Jeff that should be arriving soon. Again he was more than happy to send me pictures of multiple items in question and answer my questions. I even got a video of a water function test of an ash catcher I was interested in. Very stand up guys. Theyll definitely be getting more of my business in the future.

I was very surprised when I came to this store. I have only seen places like this in California. They have a huge selection of high end glass. They have small hand pipes all the way up to some really, really nice pipes. Their prices are good too. I have seen stores charge a lot more for a lot less. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their product. If youre looking for a place to buy your next pipe, stop looking, you found it.

Honestly, I am completely blown away by the service, hospitality, and professionalism of HeadiesHideout. They really go up and beyond what they need to for customer service.My Experience: I sent in a quick DM to their Instagram to go over a piece Id been interested in (sadly it was sold out already) but they quickly pivoted to helping me find another amazing piece.They asked me what kinds of pieces I like, what artists I like, and then proceeded to both send me pictures of amazing pieces, their prices, and even set up a facetime to show me all the other pieces they had on hand and close up.Now I am hundreds of miles away mind you, but I felt like I was right there in the store with Will. We chatted back and forth about non-headie related things, which felt super genuine and that they really care about their customers.In addition to face-timing, theyll give you all the composition details about the piece and a demonstration of its function. What also really drew me into headies is you can do 40% down on your dream piece and then have 60 days to pay off the reminder at your leisure. So suddenly that piece youve always thought you cant afford is right there in reach.I ended up settling on a brand new Bugz Astrobot, and they then helped me pick out the Pelican case (comes complientary with the piece along with a mat and stickers) and easily put the down-payment on it.And if you dont see something you like or have a favorite artist they dont carry, just send them a suggestion and Im sure youll see that piece in their shop very soon.Wont be going anywhere else for expanding my collection.Thanks Will, Jarrett, and Headies!
