Ms. Stephanie (a manager who refused to give her last name) was extremely rude to me and a group of friends. She told my friends that the clothing they had on (halter tops) was not appropriate for the family environment. We were really excited to find something fun to do, but the way she spoke to us was just plain rude. I do not recommend.

Theres no place little your home rink but this one was pretty kool for the most part. The VIP Bracelet is definitely the way to go it was $12 (a person) and you can skate, play laser tag and mini golf as much as you want.. the pizza shop was a bit over priced and not that good. I dont guess to many out of town people come here because the staff acted surprised when was like ok how does this work lol other than that the staff was pretty helpful and friendly.. if we are ever In Columbus Georgia again we will definitely come back to skate!!

Stephanie the manager lied about name when asking a serious issue concern part of rink being asked for discount she wasnt even listening had bad attitude. Asked food service worker who can I complaint to thats when I was told Susan who she claimed to be was actually Stephanie. Not even ten minutes later other fields of rink seem to be leaking . Will not refund at all as we are forced to stay at a faulty unsafe rink due to no compensation

PROS: Roller rink is huge! Price is good!CONS: Rental skates are old and falling apart. Diner inside is overpriced and staff is EXTREMELY lazy and unhelpful. The worst part was the music in the rink. It was about 6 PM. There were little children everywhere ages 5-14. The music chosen was not edited, filtered or even aimed at this age group. A lot of rap music with swearing, suggestive and disrespectful language. Not family friendly in my opinion.

Severly overpriced. Went to take my 2 year old and was being charged $26.00. FOR ROLLER SKATING!!!!. needs to be price adjustments for small cildren.

Fun time for the whole family. Skating, laser tag, arcade, mini-golf, etc. The prices are not bad compared to similar places weve been.

Not sure how to rate this establishment. They seem to do maintenance during operating hours. This is the second Wednesday night in three weeks they have painted the same windows. What is management thinking?????

They posted it as a 90s music night but that wasnt quite true. Except for that I thought it was pretty good.

Top notch facility, super clean. Decent pricing. A really fun place to spend time with family. I havent tried the food, but the little restaurant is pretty cool! Love the roller rink with is super-smooth floors!

Great roller skating experience. Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm is oldies music, you will be amazed how many older people keep themselves in shape roller skating! Safe and clean with attentive staff.

I have enjoyed coming here in the past...but as of today I will be boycotting Xanadu due to the unprofessionalism of the management. I loved coming to watch my wife practice with the other amazing ladies of the Muscogee Roller Girls and watching children speed skaters practice. But, today both groups were rudely and angrily told to leave without hesitation or notice. If a local business does not support our local teams, we should not support the local business. An act like this at any business would easily be a cause of termination!

This place is a joke. Dj doesn’t take request. Music sucks. They’re rude. We were asked to start heading out 15 minutes prior to closing. The rent a cop caught an attitude when I stood by door playing games 10 minutes prior to closing. Can’t wear hats while skating due to “safety reasons” unless they are bought from here. Which makes 0 sense.

Its a nice place to get out. Like the activities. Some of the arcades are out of order.

Place is awesome. I will be going back.
