Hey are you guys open during lock down? You should be essential services!

Bought a bluetooth vibe tested in store to see if it turned on got home connected to bluetooth after one minute vibe lost pairing and continued to malfunction would not buy any toys that have any electronics in them as i wasted over $100 for 1 minute of use and they have no returns. With that policy the store should carry only the best products that work properly. Contacted the manufactur for warranty since it was new and not working properly did not get anywhere they didnt want there paper wieght back or try to send me a new one or even exchange it for another one.

I am so blown away by how friendly, knowledgable, and happy the staff is. I was able to joke around with them and have my needs met too. Lots of product and a great experience. Sadly, I am from Canada but definitely will come here on my next visit!

Complete waste of time!! After driving over an hour I was immediately yelled at for being on my phone and threatened to be kicked out for referring to sales associate as a girl they dont identify as girls or boys... How was I supposed to know that Trash & over priced would not recommendUPDATE- After getting home the $84 vibrator I bought didnt even work!! Refused to charge... Pathetic.

The staff was very knowledgeable. I am new to the lifestyle so having people who were non-judgmental and full of information help me here, made me feel comfortable. My bf and I bought a pair of cuffs and a matching collar (all PINK!!) which I guess is made by their leather guy, I really like them so far, very comfy! They have some pretty jeweled plugs and fox-tail plugs I have my eye on. I will definitely be back!

Where do I start ..when I arrived in the basement like 6 workers just looked stunned like I stepped out the Twilight Zone....Now..not to sound sure of myself...(I do turn heads)....but this was not the kind of look that goes with this encounter..So I quickly pulled out my wallet and displayed I had money and I came to spend some..and not steal...in spite of my skin tone....so finally..one of them responded...he was a in drag...none of the actual females said anything...I should of left then..cause I would think that in a sex store.... a woman might be able to relate a little better...but They quickly let me know it was him or no one...but I would have really looked like BLACK THIEF...SO the Drag Queen..was like:Can I help you find something...SO..I loudly shouted out on front of the whole stole..as he had..I had a bullet it broke..can you point me on the direction of that section...He then turns around grab a box off the shelf..and explains to me that it was a new product on the market ....it had 10 speeds and waterpoof..and that he had a display over on some table which he grab all while still in the same spot....Im still at the bottom of the stairs in my same spot....finally he moves closer to me to let me feel the different speeds..I said ok..good enough..Im ready to leave at this point so everyone could be at ease...He said..let me go over here and see if its working..we check our merchandise first before we sell it...Strange but ok....cause Im thinking Im not going to be here long to wait on no charge... I know it cant possibly charge that fast totally dead and never used....I hear a buzz..He said ..its working...I went upstairs..paid..out the door...Got home called was over charged on my bill...and googled the item to discover it was not a new item or was indeed introduced in 2013 and was 16 dollars sold everywhere..I paid 34 dollars there..and long story short charged the item it never worked...he switch it with one of the samples!...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO A DOG WONDERING DOWN THE STREET!

Along with its sister operation, The Garden, these are clean places with friendly staff that really blew away my expectations of sex shops. The Chamber has most of the kink/fetish stuff, so if you need a crop, gag, or what not, this is where you go. For vanilla customers dipping their toes, the helpful staff is pretty knowledgeable about their stuff.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I went in to look around and well dont you know walked out with a bag of new toys and very happy :)

Not a store for you unless you know your pronouns or you will be rudely asked to respect them or leave...No taking pictures of the store or merchandise, no purses inside the store, and dont show up near closing time either cuz u will be rudely reminded of the time....Id never waste my time or gas to travel back to this place...I felt very unwelcome and it was an unpleasant experience overall....

Everything you could need in an adult store. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
