Easy check-in. All online. Level sites, fairly large. New campground so no trees. Have a pond to fish and kayak. Close to interstate but far enough to be quiet. Hope they make sure the full-time sites are kept clean and not cluttered or park will go downhill.

This is a beautiful spot, tucked away near Columbia, Missouri. Its pretty quiet and had gorgeous views. The sunsets are amazing. Linda and the team have made us feel right at home in our extended stay at the RV park (full hookups for our class A rig). There are cabins, a lodge, and conference center all on the property. Were also enjoying daily walks around the lake!

Clean, new, nice that someone answered phone even in the evening. Freshly mowed and welcoming camp host right at front of the park. There were no trees at all within the park but there was grass between each site. Trees rimmed the perimeter and what looked to be a man-made pond was over on one side. There was a dumpster for trash down the far end. All hookups did work but because at the way we were parked we had to turn around so that the sewer dump wasnt tilting upward. Even though the sites were close together it was not crowded during off-season so we consider that a perfectly fine place to spend the night while we were on the road. there were no gas stations and no grocery stores or even convenience stores at that exit or nearby anywhere. That wasnt a big problem because we decided to get gas and supplies on the road. Nice gravel road drive going back there with lots of trees and grass associated companion resort and nice homes along the road leading to the park.

A great, easy in/out campground from highway. Nice and efficient reservation and check in process. Not elegant or filled with amenities, but very comfortable, great views from our back in site for our 40 foot rv. Full hookups. Good Sams discount. Will definitely visit this campground again.

New pull through sites, but they were a little narrow for our 5th wheel. We were somewhat concerned when an explosion rattled our trailer. We went ouside to see what was going on and found out someone was blasting with dynamite near by. The fact that the road to this campground was gravel was surprising. Would have been nice if that fact was mentioned on the Good Sam app.

We stayed here for 3 weeks waiting on our first grand child to be born. Beautiful and relaxing! Scenery is amazing! We spent a lot of time walking the dogs around the lake. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. We will be returning frequently......so glad to have found Cedar Creek!

I can’t tell you how helpful the staff we’re here for getting us in late in the evening after everyone went to sleep. This place is ridiculously beautiful and absolutely accommodating in every sense of the word. I strongly recommend coming here with your family. Our 2 1/2-year-old absolutely loves this place. It’s also quiet and pleasant all day long.

What a perfect weekend! We rented a cabin and it came fully stocked with everything we needed and all the comforts of home plus a gorgeous view of the lake and pastures. It was so nice to have a dock a close walk from the cabin so we could fish and canoe. We caught a lot of fish and put the cleaning station to good use. We also enjoyed the large fire pit for s’mores and all the picnic tables. This was our first time here and we look forward to coming back.

If you’re looking for great fishing and relaxation, Cedar Creek Resort is the place for you! The property is conveniently located off of hwy 70, about 1 1/2 from St.Charles Mo. The sites were clean and well kept. Our family really enjoyed the seclusion of the A Frame. The private dock and pontoon were a hit. Did some night fishing and putting around the lake. Can’t wait to go back!

This is a November 14th 2020 edit. I had one review here and deleted it since it appeared that changes were being made from it. But its quite clear i shouldnt have. Love to see all the replys from the owner to the negative this said about her park saying come back and see us. We have fixed the issue. Well sorry to say. That is not the case at all. No matter how many times the problems was brought to the attention of Linda it was just shoved off. When we came to Cedar Creek it was pre discussed that we would be there for 2 years. 18 months into it get accused of trying to live there. Well isnt that what anyone there is doing. Weather it be for one night or a pre agreed 2 years. Just living life to what makes them happy. Well the first review came with a one star rating and was changed to 2 when some changes was made. Our visit ended after an email stating to change my review or be evicted. Well needless to say that was the final straw. Great way to run a business( if you can read my sarcasm)

Beautiful!! The resort is worth staying atOur family got lost along the way, it was raining, and it was 4:00 a.m. We had a flat tire and this wonderful resort let us stay even though it was so early in the morning and the nice lady made sure we made it into the campground safely because the rain was so bad!! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and for being the wonderful people! The resort is a Christian resort and is the perfect family environment!!

This is the most beautiful, peaceful place I’ve ever seen. I’ve walked at least two miles along the ponds and pastures lined with wooden fences. Stayed with a couple a friends here while attending a ceramics workshop at Mizzou. Cabins were absolutely perfect and had plenty of room to move around in. They have little kitchens, a common area and 2 bathrooms which was really nice. The resort itself is beautiful! Lots of geese and deer walking around. They have some horses too that you can ride on (I couldnt ride them because I didnt have enough time ). If you have an RV they have an area that they are fixing up right now where you can park it. A couple of ponds to swim in and fish in which will be great in over the summer. Since its still really cold out I obviously didnt go swimming or fishing. Would highly recommend to everyone and would return next time I come to Columbia.

Cedar Creek is a wonderful quiet rural setting but it is still under construction. It has the potential to be a really nice park but a few things need to be finished. The bath house is great. The sites are gravel, they need to be leveled and a bit wider. They are installing concrete patio which will be very nice. The grass is a bit chewed up by construction so there is some dirt and mud.

Stayed here, it was really nice except for the mowing...knee deep for a short person. No trimming meaning around concrete pads, sewer line, electrical. only way the could trim by the the sewer etc is to have outlined in gravel with border. Could be a really nice park if it had a little TLC.

We just returned from Cedar Creek RV resort after a 4 night stay. When we first arrived they had given away the spot we had reserved. Although I understand things happen. An email would have been nice. Friday someone was cutting the grass and left the deflector pulled up and kicked up rocks that hit the camper and my truck. I noticed a chip on the truck, but didn’t see any noticeable damage on the camper. I can only assume that after we left that afternoon she decided to cut the grass next to my RV. Low and behold I get home today and see a dent with a streak of yellow (same color as the lawn mower) on the side of my camper. We have about $150K invested between the truck and the rig and I am disappointed in the lack of caution used by the staff there and their poor communication. On Monday I will try to reach someone in management to see how they will respond. I only wish I had done a full walk around before pulling out so I could have filed a report right away.*****Update*****The same day I posted this, Cedar Creek reached out to us so that we could get this resolved. Linda has been very responsive and wanted to get this corrected as soon as possible. I’m pleased to say that we will be getting the repair completed soon. Although I initially gave them a 1 star review I have updated my review to 4 stars in large part to their quick responses and the fact they are addressing the issues to prevent this from happening again. We travel to Columbia often and I believe we will be staying there again. The location is quite beautiful. Thank you for everything Linda.

We stayed for an overnight stop as we traveled thru. Very nice campground. Friendly, welcoming staff, very clean, quiet. We were impressed and would definitely stay there again. Only caveat is the showers. The shower house was beautiful, nice and clean. But, the air conditioner was blasting and the water pressure was so low it took forever to rinse. The shower heads were literally 3 feet above my head. I froze to death and could not wait to finish my shower. Also there was absolutely no lighting outside the shower house. I had to feel my way in the pitch black.

Excellent. Park just opened in Oct of 18. Right next to a stocked bass fishing pond. Sites are gravel and not exactly level, and it’s about a mile down a poorly marked dirt road. Once you get there, however, paradise. Reasonably priced as well. Camp hosts were friendly. 15 min away from Columbia.

Saw the words resort and was hopeful! Our site we reserved was inhabitable, utility hook ups on wrong side. After concrete pads we poured, guy left a mess where he cleaned out his truck right over the rocks you park on. Could not reach anyone by phone, including the acting camp host. She could not get any answers either. As you exit, long rvs will have to be extra careful as the turn and the 1 lane bridge are really close to each other. Will stay at other campgrounds from now on. Needs a lot of work!

This is one of the prettiest and newest RV parks we have visited. As “snowbirds” we enjoy a relaxing stopover here. It’s peaceful, scenic surroundings are worth a few more days on the road. The pond is well stocked, pastures are close enough to watch horses. Staff is super knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. They’re a new park so not widely known, but a reservation is always a good idea! We stayed here in our motorhome.

We spent a week at this lovely resort due to a needed repair to our 5th wheel. Owner Linda and her entire staff were terrific. Linda gave us a tour of their beautiful resort and conference center. We had an opportunity to fish either of their well stocked ponds. When we were without our RV the day that the repairs were made we were welcomed into one of their cabins where we comfortably watched TV. We have been to a lot of nice RV campgrounds over the past 2 1/2 months, but this one tops them all as the most welcoming and beautiful. Thank you Linda and Cedar Creek family for your hospitality.
