My nephew and nieces had a great time. They have a lot to choose from. We will be back.

We hadnt been here since last year and my daughter wanted to attend for her birthday so we went this past weekend and we were not disappointed the facility was clean not over crowded and my kids really enjoyed themselves.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! Chuck was absolutely wonderful! He made it such a wonderful visit, we will definitely be recommending to all our family and friends!! Our children’s ages range from 4-10months they all enjoyed it so much!! Shoot even us adults had a great time! Thank y’all again so much ️

Very nice and a large variety of things to do. Except for the trampolines, everything could have been cleaner. Prices are a little high, but there is not a lot of competition to keep prices in check. We bounced on trampolines and bouncy houses, then roller skated on a dirty rink. Bottled drinks were $2.50 and the concession stand was not open. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Unbelievable. Not only have I been scammed I have been followed and harassed by one of the faculty. Unbelievable once again. Adrenaline stays on top of this garbage and sub par facility.

This Plex hiwire is pretty decent. It has soccer fields, basketball, roller skating, volleyball, also they have video games, laser tag, and they have plenty of trampolines for people to jump all over the place. Its great fun for the kids although the customer service could be a little bit better. Most of the workers there look like they were miserable at least on the day that we went, except for the lady at the ticket counter she was all smiles and very helpful even if she did forget to give us our wristbands and we had to go back in line to get them. But all in all the experience is great for the kids

Awesome family enviroment. Young staff kinda rude but my kids had a blast great for groups.

It was a blast! I went on the roller skating ring at 11:05 am and left at 1:46 pm. My biggest problem was the ring was it was not kept clean at all there was a chain, receipts and so on everywhere. Over all despite the mess I still enjoyed myself.

Visited during the covid shut down to get the kids out. Couldnt do anything but jump. The kids had fun so thats all that matters. Customer service was great no complaints.

Did the trampoline portion and it was great to do with friends of all ages.

Place is nice but if you make customers sign waivers then your employees should enforce safety. Kids running across the mats and it clearly states no running across mats. My daughter was jumping and on her own mat then another kid ran across hers effecting her jump and she twisted her ankle a little bit. The foam pit the employee just yells at the kids “hey one at a time” but that’s about it. Basketball forget about it no one takes turns and it’s a free for all pretty much. You have the employee just sitting there watching kids fight over the 3 basketballs they have. They have big kids jumping with toddlers when they should have a toddler section just for them. I can tell this place doesn’t care about safety because of all of this going on. I have been to SkyZone and they take safety a lot more serious than this place

Grandson had a blast celebrating 4th birthday with family! He had a greattime bouncing & in arcade games. Nice complex.

A great place to take your kids and get active with them. I love taking my son it gives me a way to stay in shape while letting him get some energy out.

Awesome play ground for children, there is jumping jack play ground, hire wire, skating and small ninja warrior play ground. Good price for the time also game machines.Love it here we will surely come back

Pretty good experience but the one problem was when I was playing basketball they kept telling me to stop yelling “active shooter in da building“ 8/10

Awesome place! Kids love it. Refreshments bar is reasonably priced unlike a lot of places. However the video game area was slightly disappointing. Most of the games was out of order with error codes on them.

My grandson had so much fun and I enjoyed watching every single moment of it...I cant wait to be able to take him back!!

This was so much fun for the family. Staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. The kids had a blast and the wife and I were sore the next day from all the jumping and trying to get out of the foam pits. Great exercise for sure. Great place to go act like a kid again.

They did a wonderful job of making sure our son had a good Birthday party. Small glitch but they went above and beyond in making up for it. We will be back for sure

So much fun! I used a Groupon duringg the weekday morning but its actually a better deal to use one of their weekday deals they already have posted. No matter. Kids had a great time very clean

Great place. Really enjoyed watching my sons flag football league.

I have been to more then a few trampoline parks and this one has the most trampoline footage. Military discount. Good jumping zone variety. The foam cushion in the pits is new and easy to climb out off. The Ninja course could use some updating, but it’s still challenging. The bathrooms really need updating and to be cleaned more. Video games are fun, but pricey.

I took my nephew last week for another awesome time at the PLEX. Since I have 4 children already registered, I already have socks for everyone to play in, so I only sign in to select our activities for that visit and pay an affordable price for our fun visit. I really like that theres so much really good seating areas for us adults who enjoy watching more that bouncing, etc.Thanks PLEX HiWire @ Sandhills for a safe and fun environment....oh, and for the opportunity to eat & refresh ourselves while were there!DD

The ground is very nice and the people that work there are always nice and helpful. Never disappoints.

If we never went to another trampoline park, I might have given one more star. Ive thought long and hard before I decided to write this review. This place and the staff just seems tired. Thats the best word that comes to mind. The games. The equipment. The staff who really really enjoy talking amongst themselves seem tired. If you value your childs safety, dont let them out of your sight. Its like a no rules free for all. The one rule the staff really pays attention to is when your time is up! And who puts their handicap parking darn near as far away from the building as humanly possible?

We always enjoy ourselves here. There is plenty to keep my boys entertained.

I must admit that my children have a blast when they go here, but as a parent I feel theyre not doing their job to ensure the safety of the children. I understand they have a video showing how to jump and be safe and they have you sign a waiver, but if youve never been there, you really dont know what its like. My husband and I watched my kids like hawks but its frustrating that the staff do absolutely NOTHING to keep order! One issue is that all Children jump at the same time. Of course my toddler wanted to jump with her siblings so it was chaotic since much bigger kids are flying all over the place. Parents do not always watch their children so you have to basically follow your kids every where to make sure theyre safe. I suggested they should corner off an area for kids under 5 because its really dangerous even if the kids dont mean to be. My frustration grew when I saw staff hanging around talking letting kids do things they werent supposed to be doing. Signs are everywhere sayingNo Diving and kids were doing just that including mine who I had to reprimand. A staff member was right there. Nothing said and kids were jumping into the pit while other kids are getting out. If staff dont keep order by enforcing rules then why are they there, wandering around? I guess all theyre expected to do is open the rope to let people in. Furthermore a few of them looked like they hated their life. What kind of customer service and welcome is that?!? Lastly, my daughter got a straddle injury on the strap they have meant to be used to tight rope. My husband is partially at fault because he allowed her to do it, something I never wouldve, but again there were staff around, didnt say anything and if kids were separated by age group into areas more appropriate for their age, this couldve been prevented. Be aware and vigilant when you go. I dont think its fair that we sign our childrens lives away to a place that obviously doesnt care for their lives. Its as if you pay them to work there too! Watching your kids is one thing but when you have to attempt to maintain order... thats another. Discuss the video with your kids, teach them how to stay safe and give them certain limitations before they go in. Teach them how to be considerate of other jumpers! Dont expect that from the staff!

If you got the money, the kids will have fun. They really enjoyed the laser tag We were there for a birthday party. The arcade is expensive. During the birthday party I dont think the girl working there smiled not once. Overall the kids enjoyed it.

My kids loves this place. A lil pricey but worth it when you see your child/children having a great time! We stayed longer than expected! But they really enjoyed their selves.....will return soon!!

I took my grandkids, ages 3, 5 and 6, only for the Jumping Jacks area. It was fine, until a group of unsupervised kids came. There was no Plex employee in the area for about 20 minutes, then 2 came and proceeded to talk to each other. Kids were running full throttle, going up the wrong way, pushing my kids out of line, etc.The kids will not be going back

I went for a Birthday Party for my 2 year old grand-nephew. This is not for me but the children enjoyed it so thats all that matters. I gave it 5 stars because the children enjoyed and had fun.

Went here for a gymnastics competition and it looked nice for a play place. Lots of bouncy things, a play field for like soccer or something, jump area. Nice size place.

I really like this place. Skating, jumping, laser tag etc . My child had fun but also went when the pit wasn’t full, hurt her back.The staff need training .I don’t think some employees realize you are dealing with new and old customers, therefore they will have to repeat themselves all day. Please hire nice trained employees;) we deserve it, we pay for it. Bathrooms could be cleaner too.

Took my Grandson here for his 12th birthday, he always has a blast. It seems a little expensive to me $15 hr but the kids love it. They have other hourly games but they are never working when we come. Wish I had taken some wet towels for them to clean up with after all the sweating they do.

I didnt jump; my kids did. I wanted to skate but they had a gymnastics competition going on. The arcade was fun, though. Ill definitely come back.

Extremely unsanitary and rude/lazy staff! There is no informing of any of the rules. Multiple people jumping in foam pits at a time, multiple people on trampolines, and running. All the mats are stained and the foam is breaking down. The staff are not friendly and lack enthusiasm to do their job. Staff standing against walls and talking to each other instead of monitoring the customers. The bounce houses were not monitored at all and half the kids werent wearing socks. We will NEVER visit here again. This place is a huge health and safety hazard and should NOT be open for business. Needs complete renovation, cleaning, and NEW staff.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves. While the children were jumping the adults were in the arcade area. I enjoyed myself alot. Mostly because i saw there was plenty of supervision in the jumping area with the childern and on top of all of that EACH child has a name tag on explaining who they are! Plus i was able to see the trampolines from the arcades! I wasnt able to experience the entire facility but i saw many more activities such as laser tag,soccer field, skating rink and etc. I truly enjoyed every moment of the Plex and I would definitely recommend a family to experience them as well!

This place is perfect to have kids parties at. The ladies are so wonderful and they just cater to your needs.

I have taking my girls here since it has opened, once a year we will go but we hadn’t been in about 3 years. We went today and I was impressed with the changes that had been made but not impressed with the customer service of the girls working the front desk. They were not personable or friendly. They lacked in customer service and manners. However, all the other employees I came in contact with were super nice and friendly. I chatted with one employee for a couple of minutes and he was super nice. I didn’t get his name but he was super nice. All in all it was a wonderful time to be had. I would just recommend maybe training the people working the check in desk to be alittle more friendly.

Great place for kids play in a convenient location. The complaint about this place is the cleanness of this place needs to be improved. Not only the place itself but also the instruments.

The HiWire was fun but the entire experience was dampered by the heat. There was not enough air circulating in the building.

This place is fraud! They say two years old are free but you still have to pay for them even with a group of children. The management sucks and the staff are so busy talking amongst each other they don’t pay attention to the children until they see a parent coming!

What started off pretty rough was changed quickly by the GMWe showed up to let’s the kids jump...four adults, two kidsWe signed the waivers for the kids then found out once we got to the counter that all adults had to sign the waivers too...just to watch...and that was after we stood in line for about 15 minutesAfter getting extremely frustrated, I spoke to the GM (Chuck) to express my frustrationsChuck explained the reasoning and even offered the kids free passes for the bounce housesHe was extremely friendly...made jokes with the kids and adults and LISTENED (a seemingly lost art)THANKS CHUCK!!!

Great for children but the staff kids them self Wright now 2 are standing so close and you can see where thats going and its not on there job there another she been on her cell so if something did happen would they care so they get paided for this but it is a great place for kids but the mangers need to care a little more

We came to Columbia to evacuate mb for hurricane Florence and checked this place out with the kids. It is awesome!! So much for kids to do, such a friendly environment and CHUCK has been so sweet and such a blessing!! Thank you so much!!

Went for the first time with my 13 year old son who has autism. I had read many of the reviews and decided on a whim to visit. We got there just after 10 and it wasnt at all busy. The staff were great when I shared my son is special needs. I talked with some of the staff a bit a all were very friendly. We will be back next week. My son loved it.And now almost three years laterMy son went to Plex Hiwire during the winter break. He is 15 and autistic. It was busier then I thought it would be but he did great with the crowds. My son does not often engage others but he did start chatting with a very sweet employee (Kenya). She held a conversation with him for 20 minutes or so. She told him all about her job and keeping others safe. My son is much younger Developmentally, closer to an 8 or 9 year d. She never seemed bothered by him and it made his day. The staff here is always amazing with him, And a big thank you to them!!

This is a great place to have indoor sports fun jumping all over the place wow by kids had so much fun my daughter and her friend went there along with me and her mother and her brother and her sister they had so much fun jumping from an hour tire them out

I love that they have a Groupon to help families save money. My children always have a great time.

The trampoline park is incredibly boring and underwhelming after about 4 minutes of doing front flips. I see a lot of complaints about the staff not paying attention, and that’s spot on. To anyone who didn’t know, there used to be an absolutely amazing skatepark in that area of the plex, complete with a 10ft vert wall, a pyramid with a flat bar, and the whole park was surrounded by 6 - 8ft quarter pipes. There was also an absolutely beautiful wooden bowl, about 5 feet and 8 feet in the deep end. That park made way more money than any silly pay-to-bounce nonsense.Conclusion: the staff and mgmt always has been, and always will be completely out of touch with the interests/concerns of the actual customers.

My daughter had her birthday party at Plex not too long ago. All the staff went above and beyond to make my experience as stress free as possible. The kids enjoyed themselves and the birthday girl couldnt be happier. I want to give a personal thank you to Krystal, our party coordinator. Krystal was amazing to me from the time I booked my party until the final pizza was eaten! Thank you for reminding me what wonderful customer service looks like. Thanks!!!

My grandkids love this place!

We were extremely disappointed with our visit! Upon arriving all waiver systems went down, with lines everywhere. Although technical difficulties can unfortunately happen the irritation came with staff members having no alternative paper form or other ways to help tackle the electronic downtime to move things along. Secondly, it’s seems as though the staff consists of young adults who lack basic customer service skills. This Place of Business is advertised As a fun place for children yet the staff doesn’t greet, smile and lack all forms of enthusiasm about being here in general. The majority of activities advertised weren’t functioning or available, which made the amount of money spent for 1 hour and 15 minutes of the offered activities a complete waste!

Outrageously expensive and very dangerous. Its a good time if you are extremely careful, which is hard to do with hyper children. At least one child gets injured on the trampolines every time. The arcade games are always broken. The laser tag is probably on the safer side but its still pretty risky with kids.

Grandchildren had a great time. Ladies bathroom was nasty. Most stalls without toilet paper. Paper towel roll sitting on wet countertop.

Weve been wanting to come here for a while but have just been busy. We came 6/16/2017. When we came in, there was no one in the front to show us where to go. We found an employee and informed her that this was our first time and we werent sure what to do. All she did was point in the direction of the bouncy houses. That was it. Didnt say a word to us. We walked the direction she pointed and saw the bouncy houses and skating area. We then walked in the direction of the trampolines and found the front desk. His customer service was severely lacking as well. Its weird to have a place that caters to young adults and children with no employees smiling or seemingly enjoying their job. Seemed like a good place but not too sure if well be coming back. If the employees have very poor customer service and communication skills, how are they going to respond when an incident or injury occurs. This may not be how it always is, but service was lacking.-Paul Hensley

Best place to tire the kids out.

Not impressed. I was comparing it to other trampoline places here in SC. Dirty and had strong BO/urine odor. The place needs either better ventilation or deep cleaning.

I go here with my family as well as take my students here for a field trip. Everyone always has a great time.

Great place for kids to get out alot of energy ! Kinda warm inside with all the bodys jumping around.

My kids enjoy this place. We always come here. My only complaint would be that they need a toddler area. My kids are older but it’s hard for them to play sometimes because all the little babies running around. Seems much safer to have a toddler/baby area.

Awesome party here at Plex! My 4 year old birthday boy had a great time and so did his friends. Austin did a great job hosting and it was stress free for the parents. The manager, Ben, was also very helpful! Would recommend for all birthday parties!

I used to love coming here, but my last experience was horrible. There unfortunately was not enough foam in the foam pit underneath the obstacle course, and as I fell into it to get off of the rope net I was climbing on, I hit the bottom of the pit so hard that I fractured my L1 vertebra. Had to go to the ER in an ambulance and everything. All they did was fill out an accident report. There was no trained med staff on hand, and if there was, no one came to help except the worker who had to fill out the report. One of my friends went back into the pit to examine where I fell and found that there was only enough foam up to his knees and no padding on the floor of the pit whatsoever - just a hard wood floor. I know that we all have accidents, but this was gross negligence on their part. I wouldnt take your kids here. Its cool and all, but its not worth the risk.

Decent place, kids enjoyed it as myself, but they need to pump up the A/c in the laser tag room and in the building, we sweat our butts off in the laser tag room. If they had air in there I would rate them 5 stars. Overall good place, they just need to offer MILITARY DISCOUNT!

Great place to spend the day with little kids! They should play music all day for the roller skating rink. Nice snack bar too. Better than the Plex in Irmo.

A great place for kids to run, jump, get some exercise, and have some fun. As is the case with most places like thus, however, they could do a bettet job of separating kids by size/age groups in certain of the play areas. It is a very big complex and it can be a very busy, very crowded place...so come prepared to keep an eye on your kids as they roam from area to area.

At the beginning of our visit, I was VERY angry. I wont go into details because they are now irrelevant. The manager thought about the situation and did some checking into it. Because he felt like a customer was unhappy AND it was within his ability to make it right....HE DID! I am very pleased with his decision and the fact that he went way beyond what he had to do. What an awesome turn around. Great job! By the way his name is Ben.

First time ay this location and will never come back. The guy at the exit to the jumping area was rude 2 different times to me. When I was only standing outside the exit trying to call and wave my child to come out their drinks. Very much uncalled for

It is very fun, the staff is helpful and you can trust some of the other people to watch your stuff if you cant.

My son lives this place and its a great spot for your kids to run out their energy. The staff is hit or miss. Some people are really great and kind to the kids and some probably should not seek a career in elementary education or childcare.

My 10 year old daughter had a gymnastics competition. After a 4 hour competition, we were so disappointed to find out the awards were going to be upstairs which has no wheelchair access. I am paralyzed from the waist down and was not able to see my daughter receive her medals. After consoling my very upset daughter. I spoke with the manager, Chuck, he stated, we do not legally have to have it accessible. Which with my 16 years of experience of being in a wheelchair, I know they do. The space in question is also the only place designated for birthday parties and events. I was not the only person that missed out on a loved ones experience, there were several elderly people and parents with strollers that missed out. Because they couldnt make to 2 flights of stairs climb. I have filed a complaint with the ADA with hopes that the accessibility upstairs could be corrected. Also the restrooms were disgustingly dirty and the womens handicap stall had a broken door lock. I also dont recall seeing a baby changing station either.

I was very disappointed in our birthday party experience this weekend. The staff seemed so disorganized. We werent really sure where to go, and once our wristbands were on, we were told I had the wrong ones and no one should have given them to me. (How was I supposed to know that)? The socks were an issue because one person gave me enough socks for my party, but then the people up front also had the socks and that caused an issue. It didnt seem as if the party was a big deal, most places treat the party guests really well and make them feel special. Definitely not in this case. Most of the staff just sat around chatting, and took their precious time getting up from their seats when members of our party would arrive. My party time was from 2:00-3:45, and when I told one of the employees this, he corrected me and told me that wasnt the case, although I had the email confirming the time. I did not like the way everyone made you fell as if we were a bother to them and they didnt want to help us get everything settled and figured out before our party time started. The place was also extremely hot, an we were so uncomfortable. Lastly, I thought the room we had upstairs was for our party, but there were other people up there watching their children from above. We will definitely never come back to the Sandhills HiWire, we will use the one in Irmo. Dont waste your money here!

Plenty of room, even when its busy. Even after breaking her foot on one of the trampolines, my daughter still wants to go back once its healed well enough.

We have been here several times and enjoy it each time we come. If youre planning a Saturday visit, plan to arrive as early as possible to avoid some of the crowd. Also, go online and fill out the waiver before you get there to avoid longer wait times. Parents or adults not participating need not pay which is pretty cool as well.

Staff was okay, but the manager (I assume, in a blue polo) was incredibly rude and interrupted my basketball game to take basketballs. Literally bumped me out of the way. Kind of confusing. Then the laser tag was a disaster and none of the equipment worked. Dont waste your money.
