We hosted our 2019 Finance Dining Out at this venue and couldn’t be more pleased with the staff, food, atmosphere, and overall coordination with the event. Would highly recommend them to anyone on Ft. Jackson. Thank you so much!
Went to the Marine Corps Ball here. Great experience. Very nice staff.
!Very nice.... Should make sure that the enlisted soldiers club, carried some of the same features of elegance!
Very nice atmosphere! The food and staff are awesome!
It was closed, we used the pavilion/picnic area. Great place to spend family day with our soldier.
Great place to host your social events, weddings, etc!
The place was simply beautiful. The food was fantastic. Customer Service exemplary. One of my best experiences ever. Great great place
Excellent service and staff was top notch.
Beautiful venue! Everything was perfect!
Nice people. Great atmosphere. Not crowded.
Very clean! Love the feel on the inside. The shaded coverage is perfect for events. The facilities manager takes Excellent Care of the building.
Excellent choices for a healthy lunch! Generous portions with a good price. Great atmosphere. I hope they add in some music.
Good environment, nice and clean
Very nice place. I recommend them buying some type of air freshener though for when people use the bathroom it seems to linger into the hall area.
Food for wedding was excellent
High School Reunion Class of 75! Lower Richland H.S.! Great time!
Beautiful place.
Had fun
This place is now called Victory Hall and it was very good. I reviewed it under that name with the new hours and information.
Employees here are friendly and helpful. The building is very old and the decor is very outdated and dirty.
Would have been great if it was open. You would think during graduation it would be open and available for use.
Good food. Beautiful atmosphere.
Loved the grand opening, the food I sampled tasted great.
The officers club has declined substantially in the past few years. Sunday brunch used to be packed every Sunday. This past Sunday they didnt even have scrambled eggs on the breakfast section.
We had our dinning in here. It was really nice and the staff was very accomidating. The place utself is beautiful in that antique, historical way. It would be a great choice to have a wedding receotion at.
Like the new menu!!
The Fort Jackson Officers Club is a wonderful establishment to hold military functions. Its a great place to hold wedding receptions as well.
The food for family day looked old, nothing on the menu was served and what was served was cold and disgusting! As a family of a new graduate, we were very disappointed and left hungry! $12 a meal! Sad and disappointed
Had my reception at Ft Jackson officers club on April 22, 2017 and I would not recommend it. The scenary is nice but the contract terms and food was horrible. To be honest I am embarrassed of the cold food my guest ate. The food that was served did not taste anything like the tasting nor was it presented in the same manner. I prepaid for $1500 for alcohol and they took 18% off top for having an open bar. I was told by the catering manager The cash bar has no gratuity because you are only paying the bar fee (setup/breakdown of the bar). It is expected that the guests will leave a tip for the bartender. The open bar has the bar free, the open bar amount, and the gratuity. The gratuity is included because guests do not tip when it is an open bar. Although this was stated the bar tenders had a tip jar out even though I was advised guest do not tip when there is an open bar. As the bride I do not feel that they provided specialized attention. I asked if a waiter could at least serve us while taking pictures. The staff put food in a room and did not inform us that it was there. Waste of money since we were rushed in the room at the last minute to eat cold food from cocktail hour (we ordered meatballs and egg rolls). When it was time to cut they cake a plate nor fork was offered by the staff for my husband and I to put our cake on. We had no choice but to pick up the cake with our hands and feed it to each other. As I walked around getting my guest I would say that 95%of them had not eaten their food. I ordered the breast of Chicken Ambassador. On February 24, 2017 my fiancé, my father and I did a tasting and the food was presented nicely and taste great. I was excited to eat it. When I saw and taste what was served I was in shocked. Im shocked that a chef would not take more pride in his work and serve over 200 people cold chicken breast. The customer service is lacking. It has been an on and off again struggle to get returned emails or calls. Ive had a few instances where Ive had to reach out to the catering manager manager and still had terrible service. I asked the catering manager for a call back a few days before the wedding and she told me she would call me exactly at 1pm. At 1:30 I still had not been contacted and called her manager. Her manager advised what would you like for me to do I advised have some empathy and give good customer service. While the venue is pretty I wish I never had my wedding here. The food is terrible and customer service is lacking. Im not sure how much experience the catering manager has when it comes to events. Please save your time money and effort and refrain from booking with this venue.
Food was excellent. The cook was amazing and I was disappointed to see her leave to Philadelphia.
Great historical building inside and outside, with great views. Visit during family day for dinner buffet not impress with sea food or beverage selection.
Manager is super rude, she literally think she has a rank and can talk service members like they are her employees. Is time for MWR to do some training with her employees.
Great scenery outside of bldg, and an awesome bar with friendly staff.
