Great place to take the kids! Not too big, not too small. They have rides, putt putt golf, go-carts and a pretty sweet arcade! Id also like to add that the cheeseburgers here are phenomenal!! No joke, they are absolutely delicious!

Something went wrong with the machine we were on. The result was a great customer interaction. Nathan was very professional. I even went a head and spent 45 bucks at the food bar because how comfortable the interaction was there.

Had a great time here with all the kids. We have an 8, 6, 4 and 2 year old. The 2 year old just had fun running around and watch people, but definitely more for kids 4+. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Great place for a few hours of fun. We played a round of mini golf and it was fun but there are very few obstacles and the same hole setup is just repeated over and over on all three 18 hole courses. There are 3 types of go carts and tracks each with their own rules for riders (some kids can ride alone, others must have a licensed driver). There are batting cages with multiple baseball and softball pitching speeds. The arcade is like most nowadays that runs on a card basis and tickets are won and can be redeemed for prizes (mostly dollar store stuff). The bumper boat pool was closed and was being repainted when we were there in mid March. There is laser tag and a 3D theater game and a snack bar with a pretty good variety of foods to choose from but we didnt eat there so I cant attest to the quality. The young lady at the outside counter for the mini golf was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff is made up of teenagers so they range from surly and indifferent to cheerful and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall there is something for everybody and though most things are priced reasonably, you can spend quite a bit in a relatively short amount of time without realizing it. Definitely worth a visit but set a spending limit!

When in Columbia, South Carolina I do recommend getting to Frankies Fun Park. They are on the order of another indoor fun center but they have some great outdoor activities like Mini Golf, three Go Kart Tracks, Batting Cages and Bumper Boats. They also have an amusement ride.They offer food and drinks for purchase. Their arcade offers a very good number of games.Check them out!

Im a frequent customer here and enjoy the Monaco drift track with my siblings. However the staff don’t wear masks and yet they force customers to wear masks before entry. I’m not anti-mask but if the guests that are spending hard earned money at a place where 3/4 of the staff don’t care and aren’t wearing mask it shows the lack of customer service/support.

I love Frankies. The only thing bad i would say is the employees need to make sure to enforce the rules. Especially with the go carts. I had someone SLAM into the back of me after i had already parked. It hurt my back real bad, but no employees said anything to him about it. Not even after he laughed from slamming into me.

Always clean and bathrooms fresh. Need a limit of cars on big track. And check between races for trash and flying debris.

Had a great time this place has a lot of activities and games for all ages was impressed with staff also they were very kind.

Just wanted a nostalgic moment, I use to come here when I was younger of course the games are better now but you cant beat the classics. Laser Tag, Put Put and of course the go carts. I enjoyed myself and I will return soon to live in my childhood once more to remember what once was my life.

Great look outside the park, very nice and clean. Everyone is helpful, there is handicap/stroller accessibility everywhere. And hand sanitizer stations! You put money on a card that you swipe to play games. And it keeps track of your tickets. Very easy with kids. You can also get a lanyard to hold the card so its not lost. There are little kiosks to use to add more money to the cards and to check ticket/available balances on the card as well. Super fun, very affordable. We are having a great time! You should totally come, we are here from out of state and are enjoying ourselves.

Visited from out of state and saw this on a “things to do in Columbia” list and it was definitely worth it. My daughter as well as me and my boyfriend had lots of fun! When did the mini golf, laser tag, a few games, and the fun house. It does get very pricey however so be prepared to spend at least $50-$100. There is a food court there if you get hungry.

Food took 30 minutes and then my husband got food poisoning from his burger. They did not wipe down games or go carts after each use. Carona Virus people. They get one star because my sons liked the go carts.Will not be going back any time soon!

Frankies in Irmo has a nice variety of games and rides. My favorite is the drifting go-karts and put-put. Theyre being very cautious during Covid-19. They do have a 18+ age rule in the evenings. MASKS ARE REQUIRED and if you cant wear a mask they require face shield. They are strictly enforcing this, but I understand given the circumstances. We noticed some customers giving employees a hard time when asked to put mask on. People, please be nice to these employees, they probably dont want to deal with this everyday and making their job hard is NOT nice! They have a wide selection of food in the snack bar and are constantly wiping surfaces and taking precautions for Covid. Highly recommend!

Fun place. But expensive, especially playing the good games. An I paid $12 for a double cheeseburger. Literally just a burger. Nothing special.

We have been here three times to minigolf and we have had fun. The courses are very well maintained and fun. We love that they have tiny putters for little toddlers. I took off one star for the service. Sometimes it takes a while to get an employee in order to pay to minigolf. And they always come across as bored and like they dont want to be there.

Friendly staff and when we had an issue with the batting cage they quickly addressed it and refunded the charge.

I got there around 10:30 on August 1st waited in line for the go carts and when the previous people got done I saw that they started cleaning the carts but with rags that have been used already. All they were doing were spreading germs around and some people didn’t even clean the handles to the cart with Covid going on that’s an easy way to spread this sickness. Paper towels or something with one time use would be a better way to clean so you are not passing germs. So we skipped out the carts and went to play games but the whole entire time I was there all though it was only an hr and change I did not see not one employee clean off the games. They are no minimizing the spread of Covid 19

Awesome place to go if you want to play games, ride go carts, play laser tag, putt putt, bumper boats, batting cages, Virtual Reality games and more! Great place to have kids birthday parties or to celebrate some event. I give the place 4 stars because the games can be a bit pricy compared to a few other arcades game places in Columbia.

I really used to like this place but ever since they posted the new rule of no one under 18 after 6 it’s become such an inconvenience to drive the 30+ minutes and be turned away. Frankies is so good and I understand if there’s a need for a new rule but maybe pushing it till 8 pm??? It’s really a shame and I was so looking forward to going.

Drove a hour and a half to Frankie fun park which is mainly for kids for them to refuse my business because I had my son., was told no one under the age of 18 allowed after 6pm.... on a Saturday.....no postings on the websites or anything. I find this very inconvenient and not business like.

Fun stuff to do there and they have food. Wish there was an hourly or all day option for purchasing a game card. Even if you didnt accumulate points, Id buy that option instead. Games are a minimum of $1.50 each.

This place is so cool not only for children but adults too. The laser tag was so awesome, it was the first time I had played. It was just me and my family who played and my sisters score didnt add up, almost like it wasnt turned on. So the employee let all of us play again. Great customer service. It started raining when we went to play mini golf, so they gave us a refund of our money. Ive been back a few times. Expect to spend quite a bit of money when you come tho. My niece and nephew loved the child playground that they have inside. It felt safe because there was only one entrance to it.

Kids always have a blast although food prices has gotten higher. Overall its a nice hangout for all ages.

So overall I had an ok experience when it was time to play putt putt there was no one at the desk so we had to go searching for someone to help us and when we wanted to do the batting cage we had to do the same and my fiance wanted to switch bats after the first go round and nobody was no where to be found so we left and went to Dave and Busters this got 2 stars because it made me want to go to Dave and Busters to have a better experience

We love Frankies, but this last visit was even better. They have updated a lot of their games and it was fun being able to play different ones! Plus this was my almost 2 year olds first official visit and she had a ball!

It was very enjoyable going to Frankies. For a Sunday it wasnt too busy. We played arcade games and putt- putt, and the arcade games have been updated, which was nice to see and have. A little humid, but all around a great Sunday Funday!

It is free to get in, my 2year old really love playing in here, so many attraction, but not a lot of choice for under 3year old . open til really late, which is really good if u need to work everyday but u can not get some activities out so this place is really good for u and family, mini golf is so much fun too, i make video for my youtube channel if u guys want to know more about this place .just search “the casconi’s diary”

Great place for birthday parties or just weekend fun. This place is a local favorite. The go charts and Laser tag are an all time favorite. Small children and adults will love it. Frankies is like chuck e cheeses adult cousin.

There were tons of different game options as well as interactive and group activities. I also felt that things were a tad bit pricey but overall worth the money. I defitlnitely want to return next time I am in South Carolina.

Great place to take the kids for a day of fun.

Visited this place on 7/2/20. It wasnt very crowded at the time of our visit. Took my 11 yr. old son b/c there are outdoor activities that wouldnt involve us being in close contact w/ others. He was able to do the batting cages & desperately wanted to do the go karts. I watched to see if the go kart attendants were wiping down/disinfecting the karts after each persons use. The attendant for the slick track did not. We watched the attendants for the road course & they did spray down the karts after each use. So I reluctantly allowed him to get on. The other outdoor activities: bumper boats & the dropping ride, no disinfecting/wiping down was done. The young lady handing out the bats for the batting cage & golf clubs for putt putt golf, did wipe down the equipment upon return. There is hand sanitizer around the entire establishment. I did witness an employee wiping down arcade games. However, it was not frequent enough for me. I believe this was the same young lady who approached me toward the end of our visit & told me I had to put my mask on completely. I moved it to my chin area for a minute in order to breathe better because no one was near me in close proximity in either direction (more than 6 feet). I can appreciate the fact that they enforce/require face mask. However, she should have spoken with one of the employees whom she looked directly at after speaking with me who had her mask only covering her mouth & not her nose as well. There was a virtual reality game that a young lady did wipe down the goggles & laser gun w/ disinfecting wipes after each use so I allowed my son to experience this attraction as well.I cannot comment on the food b/c we did not try anything. This place seems very cool/fun if you choose to experience everything. Only a couple attractions were closed due to COVID. Be aware that it is on the expensive side if you choose to participate in everything. There is no play card that you can purchase to play the games for a certain amount of time for a set price. It appeared that most arcade games run about $1.50 per game. Virtual games $8 & up; same for go karts. Batting cages $2 for 16 pitches. I also dont like the fact that they charge you 25cents for the reloadable card. I know its only a quarter, but when youre spending that kind of money for rides/games at any establishment then you should not have to pay for such a thing. You dont have to keep paying 25cents to reload. Its just the principle of a business charging patrons for such a thing when theyre spending money there anyway on food and attractions.

Freaking fun! I had a blast with my 3 kids and husband! I loved all the age friendly varietal activities! The jungle gym kept my 3 year old occupied for an hour, allowing me to regroup. We were all able to enjoy the boats, go carts, golf, claw games, and dining. The prices were reasonable for the amount of time allowed per activity and ride. My family won on the master lock game, 1600 tickets! We also won a giant penguin on the giant claw. Incredible time, but the employee at the jungle gym was miserable, he didnt want to be there very much at all!I will be Back again very soon.

Clean place, had lots of fun!

Had a blast! We went in October around 830pm. Boys loved the go kart race tracks. We got soaked on the bumper boats and never stopped laughing. The employees were awesome and were very energetic. I liked that they answered all my sons questions with a smile. We did the fun maze and that was a blast. The arcade has some fun games and they all were working! It was clean. Bathrooms were clean. My soft pretzel was delicious. Definitely going again!

We went on a Thursday and I loved it. It wasnt packed. I enjoyed not having to wait for lines of people to play games.During the summer when everything is open, drift park, water bumper cars, the go cart track, drop zone and the mini golf its so fun!!! Its also busy. Not like the other well known franchise but busy. The drop zone is perfect for little ones. The drift track was my favorite! We did that a number of times. The line for the race track was long. We didnt have a chance to do that but it will be something Ill do when we go back.

Great Escape during the Winter Months especially for my young kids. Pay $8 each to play in the Fun House (4 stories of nets, slides, cables, bridges & swings) and then hit Rushs on the way home for a cheap dinner!

This is a great place to take the kids, girlfriend, or even a first date.

We always have fun when we go here. However, it is expensive. There are machines setup on the inside so you can easily add money to their money cards. You use these for the different games and activities. Inside they have lots of different arcade type games as well as the laser tag area. They have an area where you can buy food and drinks, but weve never gotten anything from there. Outside, they have two different go kart tracks, a batting cage, putt putt, and a few other things. Its a fun place to go, but definitely not an inexpensive outing.
