Juvenile detention center..?

This is a place for Human Services to keep children that they cant find placement for in jail if you look it up its a mini correctional facility for youth for minor crimes theyre keeping us in there longer than need be its its privately owned so whoever has stuck in these businesses these Correctional Facilities it is like herding cattle the more you get in the more you make its not even a revolving door these youth have no chances in these types of facilities theyre raising aggressive young adults theres no program set up for these children and theyre treated like they are adults by staff restrained degraded and humiliated
