This is a pretty park with bathrooms and a big pavilion. Great place to take your dog to run, as well as a safe place for kids to play. I took my whole family (three children and a dog) to this park at least 3 times a week this summer and we all loved it.

It was fun

One complaint. Cut the grass. It was apparently cut last night and the length was still ridiculous. The soccer players could hardly kick the ball and the kickball players dredged through the damp ground and thick grass. Cut it lower. Otherwise great park. Must have saw 4 or 5 sports doing practice or pick up.

Clean, nice park. Nice little playground for kids, bathroom/waterfountain facility and basketball court. Love taking my dog here!

Just go & enjoy yourself. Safety first, then take in the sites. Nice clean & base areas to spread out.

Pretty good too go to as long as theres no pick up pulling a camper AND sleeping in The parking lot taking up spaces in the morning!

A little difficult to get in and out of parking lot during rush hour, but overall great little park. Lare open grass area is great to play with dog while kids played in park.

Includes a large field, playground, basketball courts, baseball diamond, and shaded seating. Would have more stars if the bathrooms were better kept and the park itself was more closely monitored. Some occasional shady characters tend to roam through here.

Its beautiful and great for the kids. Wide open spaces for picnics or pick up games of Frisbee.

Nice park my family and I love to go there sometimes but we cant we are visiting but thats the best place to go chill or have a picnic

The park is a small to medium in size. It has a playground for the kids, a basketball court, a baseball field and plenty of open space for soccer and picknickers. You can see pikes peak from the park.

The wood chips on the playground left splinters.

Loved this little playground. Would say it is for age ranges 0 to 4 and 8 plus. Definitely not super versatile only has one slide for toddlers. Climbing is also too hard for most children.

Nice park. Grew up going to this park, even got engaged there! But they took out the original train structure and replaced it with one that isnt nearly as much fun!! So now the park of many memories for me isnt nearly as great.

Small and Easy to find

There is multiple baseball fields and there is bathroom and a playground. There is a ton of free open grass space.

Could be a nice park but its always full of unsupervised children with mouths like sailors, homeless, and adults smoking weed ON the playground.

Very nice park and absolutely massive, always seems to be healthy, very green and well maintained. Well kept playground and equipment for the little ones but keep them away from the nearby basketball courts unless you want them to learn that awesome ghetto fabulous language where every other word begins with the letter F.

Its a wide open park plenty of space for plenty of people theres a park and a baseball park as well

Nice place. Used to. Ring my kids here when small. Nicer place now than then. Sat and had my lunch here. Its nice to see a bit of open space for kids to run and play. Nice Park!

Fun and great park, the play ground is always clean and in working shape. The basketball court and open fields are usable and well maintained. The bathrooms are usually closed but are opened during the summer but its about gas station level of how its treated.Has a pavilion to host a get together or party on cement near the front of the park towards the parking lot.

Clean park but usually one or two cars in parking lot with people watching park goers.

An amazing location for family fun and a wonderful place for kids to let loose safely. The gorgeous mountain views make this a prime picnic spot

Cool little Park. Has a huge Green space to throw frisbees and run the dog.

The best basketball court to roller skate, sooo soft

Its a big park with a baseball field, soccer field and a basketball court. It has rest stop type restrooms and a gorgeous playground with a train to escort you and your peeps to all the adventures you can handle!

We call it The train park . The kids play area has a rain feature - grandson has fun.

Great park! Awesome for kids and sporting events

Its really a lovely community Park thats perfect for the toddlers to run and play there is no barbecuing allowed but theres plenty of tables and lots of nice grass to sit on if you feel like eating theres always baseball going on and soccer.

Great place for a quick picnic, but restrooms are not available all the time. Shade in some areas, a play swing area for the kids, and hooded picnic table area. My family and I enjoyed lunch there.

Great for younger kids. There is a part for old kids, but have them bring a ball for the huge field nearby to keep them occupied. Parking good. A few teenagers million around, but they didnt bother anyone.

A nice little park. Has a playground for your kids, and plenty of open space for a volleyball game, frisbee, or just laying out a blanket and having a picnic. Theres a baseball diamond and a basketball court, too.A neat little park.

We take our dog there to run as much as we can :) Palmer park is far to walk too, and as long as you pick up your dogs droppings at this park, people dont mind it.Anyone who goes and doesnt pick up your dogs droppings (Yea, Ive watched TONS of people do this) Please remember this isnt JUST A PARK it is the soccer / lacross field for the SCHOOL and your dogs droppings could make a kid sick or the kid could fall during these games and get your dogs droppings on them.Pick. Up. YOUR. Dogs. Droppings!

Nice little park. Not much parking, but enough. Small tidy playground, lots of grass and two Pokemon stops. Picnic tables under cover and out in the open.

I go regularly to pick up son from Sabin most of the time its only congested for about an hour...The park is cleaned every morning as I see them almost every morning dropping my son off...only complaint is the bathrooms are never open...
