Good park, plenty of space. Its sad that people just throw their trash everywhere and let their dogs off the leash without supervision. Would be a lot better if people treated it and eachother better.

Its a small park cute near the road and a middle school and elementary. We came for the basketball hoops but the court isnt maintained at all there was busted glass and the hoops are missing on 3 of the glbaskeball courts and the other 3 have them.

Nice little park. With walking paths. Not very busy place.

The park is right between a elementary school and a Junior high its got a lot of room for kids to run around and have .fun

Not enough trash cans. I usually visit with extra trash bags to leave the park better than I found it. Imagine if we all did that, or at least did our part and didnt throw our trash on the ground.

Its a nice stop for all the kiddos to go play at on a nice day. It is usually pretty busy at this location and it isnt very big. But it does have nice sitting areas around. And needs a bathroom would make it better.

Nice playground and equipment for small children there are no bathrooms and it is situated close to a busy road.

Nobody know how to clean up after themselves

Basketball courts are shotty, not enough shade trees. No bathroom and no water fountain. But its beautiful and has a nice playground

We love going lots to do for young kiddos unlike most parks that arent very accommodating to younger kiddos and dont have equiptment for young kids this park does. Its also quiet for the most part and very clean conpared to other parks. I only go during day not at night. Its on a corner to a very busy street so supervision is very much needed if you go. They have a small Table area with the yawning but no grill and two tables. They have another table off to the side and benches here and there around the parks area. They also have a huge field too

Great park area serves community well. Set between Pikes Peak Elementary and Carmen Middle School...lots of room for sports.... Easy access but not much parking its all on street...

Large soccer field with a walking track, multiple basketball courts, very long side walks for walking, and lots of open field space. Well maintained.

Such a nice huge park. Only thing I wish it had was designated dog park area because my dog needs to be able to run free and learn to fetch and I love this park

Peaceful by day, peaceful by night. Not a lot of trees, but kids play there and its mostly mellow. Near a school, near a bunch of apartments. Ive not yet seen any trouble there, but really, Im not lookin for trouble... Im looking for peace.

Its a nice park to walk your dog as long as others have their dog leashed as well. The recent rains have made the grass beautiful and green. I enjoyed my walk there this morning.

Adjacent to #Carmel #Middle #School, this is only one of two parks in the Southeast part of Colorado Springs that I think is ideal for picnics, birthday parties, Easter egg hunts, barbecuing and A WHOLE LOT MORE!!! I like that this park is very open. Not too fond of it being right on the corner of a busy street even with the speed limit being 30mph. However, the play structures are nice and there is a lot of space to walk or run. You could even have a picnic or birthday party there with the one gazebo - but the field is large enough to have games as well.

I live real close to the park. Its enjoyed by children,dogs, sledders,squirrels, geese,and crooks alike. Its right in back of Carmel middle school. I only give it 4 stars because the school wont keep it lit up in back at night.

Nice park, little bit of graffiti and trash

Need more coverage from the sun for the kids. The park was too packed due to some school track day and the kids didnt have food supervision as they ran my son over and all the adults just kinda stood there and said nothing.

May be a rough part of town but the park is nice, me and the little one had a great time here!

Clean, quiet and relaxing with a gorgeous view of the mountain range.

This is a nice park that has a small playground and a large field.there are also some nice paved paths for walking.

I love bringing my kids here. Just needs more tables and places to sit.

Be careful not to step on a heroin needle if you go.

My grandson and I go to this park frequently. Most of the time it is a pleasant experience but on occasion there are some rude, disrespectful teens hanging out smoking and their language is very offensive.
