Beautiful and unobstructed view of Garden of the Gods with Pikes Peak in the background. Easy to find and an outstanding view of Kissing Camels. The overlook has a small park-like area where you can sit, take in the view and possibly have a picnic in warmer weather. It is a bit breezy, which makes a visit rather quick in the cooler winter weather. Definitely worth the stop.

This is as unique and beautiful a natural spot, as it gets. There is nothing that can truly capture the majesty of this place. One can scan from horizon to horizon, and gaze upon such unique natural rock formations that you could spend an hour looking and not find each interesting detail. Spectacular place.

Absolutely breathtaking!!! One way street throughout to drive, places to park along the way to take pictures. There’s also a bike lane, and hiking trails.. And if your daring, they’re open to climb

A must-see in Colorado Springs. This is the perfect place to watch the sunrise. As the sun comes up behind you, the face of the rocks is magically transformed before your eyes. Its awesome! Get there early to get a good parking spot and claim your place on the park bench for beat viewing!

A beautiful place to sit and admire Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak from above. If you go during the week it’s not as busy. It’s a popular spot however and especially during the evenings during sunset it is extremely busy. It’s very popular spot so you may have to walk around to see through groups of people but thankfully there are several spots where you can walk and get past everyone. Parking can be difficult (or non existent) when it’s busy but if you catch a spot and are able to watch the sun go down it’s an amazing place to admire Colorado Springs beauty

This is one of my favorite places to go in Colorado Springs. If you go in the morning you can catch the sun hitting the mountains just right and it’s extremely beautiful. This overlook may have the best views in Colorado Springs. Definitely have to stop here if you’re just visiting town.

Amongst some very expensive houses is this Mesa Overlook. I was driven here by a local. There are not many places to park. Its a great view of the Garden of God. Look closely and you can see the kissing camels.

If you plan on making a trip to garden of gods (and you should!) you first need to stop at the overlook. It’s absolutely amazing! The view is perfect!

Great place to view the Garden . . . As well as the West end of town. Its almost never crowded so stop for a minute and relax.

Beautiful overlook. Nice tourist stop to check out, but some younger aged people use this parking lot as a hang out. This could deter some people from coming to at least take in the sight.

This is a nice spot to watch a sun set. I can highly recommend this spot but the only issue is limited parking.

It was beautiful, we caught it at just the rite time (just b4 sunset) if i had a pro camera with me this would be a great place to spend a few hours taking photos of the Garden of the Gods.

Slightly off the normal visitor path. About 1000ft higher overlook above GOTG. Locals use it for a quiet, beautiful area.
