It is a retirement community 55+ trailer park. Its clean and the area is not a bad location to live. Quiet and close to everything like grocery store, gas, restraunts, parks etc...

This is a long established Senior Mobile Home Park. The clubhouse is available for functions like Bingo nights and Mens coffee breakfast. Theres even a pool and hot tub. Theres a feeling of security knowing your neighbors all watch out for each other. The established trees and landscape give it a neighborhood feel.

Great community for 55+ mobile home park. New and used units. Maintained beautifully and the roads kept clear. A bit hilly, the slope of the community, but there are brand new mobile homes that are gorgeous (for a mobile home). The office staff seem friendly and answer questions honestly.

I really love living here. I give it two ratings. The people & staff. Our resident driven activities, sense of community and services are outstanding. I give it a 5 .The lot rent is very high & costly. Everyone here is on Social Security, or on Disability with limited income. Lot rent goes up 5% every year. This years cost of living raise (clr) was only 2%. Last year there was no clr, but rent still went up 5%. I give this a 1. That average is a 3. Sorry to see that a lot of neighbors moving out because they cant afford it anymore. Some have been here 30 yrs or so.

This app seems to accurate all if the time. I use it everyday. The offline could get a little better with traffic, but understandable with no I nternet connection.Great app I would recommend to family. Friends & even strangers !!

Some homes very old and some new. There is a small exercise area by office. Expensive lot rents tho!!!

Older motor court type motel. Could use an upgrade, like more electrical outlets. Kind of pricey for what they offer. Good location for a weekend in the mountains.

I was doing some warranty work on a new moble home and was treated like a resident! Great people and respectful!

The great place to retire to. Has lots of activities to do everyday.

A very nice and will kept manufactured home community. The common area and pool is very nice and the management is friendly.

My husband and I just love it here.You feel as though you are out in the country with all the lively wildlife that comes to visit.

Just a decent little mobile home park.

Husband and I moved in a couple of weeks ago and could not be happier! Yes, I agree that the mgmt team is AWEsome and it is so pretty here. And quiet. Sometimes I can hear trains go by but that is not disturbing to us. Saw my first deer the other day eating my neighbors rose bush, but he went on down the street to dine where it was not so crowded (when he saw me). We love it here.
