Great train and Conductor Nick is a great guy who cares about his job and the satisfaction of his little passengers.

Every time we go, we end up charged something different for the same 4 of us (1 adult, 3,2, and now 1 year old (who is a lap child and can’t even sit in a train chair on his own). First time we were told 2 and under is free. The next time the same man told us that under 2 is free, and another time that 18 month and under is free. And today he charged me for my newly 1 year old who isn’t even old enough to even understand it nor can he sit in a seat on his own. I don’t mind paying for a 2 year old, but it would be nice to get some set consistency for ages. It’s always the same guy changing the rules with us too (older male with white beard), which is frustrating.
