Stuff crust pizza is the way to go! We always have fun here! Especially with the online coupons; my whole family can enjoy themselves here.

I was skeptical to come here due to mixes reviews however me and my family had a great time! Very clean, salad bar fully stocked l, pizza came out hot and very tasty. The staff were extremely courteous and made sure we purchased the best deals. I would definitely come back to this location

Was really looking forward to going here when I saw they had a Lunch Buffet now. Sadly I was disappointed!This is not the Chuck E Cheese’s you remember when you were a kid that great tasting Cormeal crusted Pizza is now plain and stale tasting.Then the guy working there tried to tell me hes worked there for 18yrs and they have Never had Crust with the Cornmeal on bottom, first I dont think this location has even been here that long, second I doubt anybody who has worked Chuck E Cheese’s for 18 straight years and is not the freaking Store Manager knows what hes talking about, third I googled it and it says they changed their crust last year to a new fresh dough, I guess another product changing to this no artificial, no fat, no dark meat, no TASTE FAD of this Generation.The $6.99 Buffet Ad price is misleading after drink and Tax it was almost $11.Then they made me wear a arm band!This was to keep track I was told who actually bought Buffet to keep people just playing games from taking food. Children and parents get the Ultra violet stamp.So there was barely any Pizza on the Buffet so I got a couple of pieces and waited for more to come out.Went back up was saying to self where are plates? and it said on sign ask Cashier for new plates.( FYI, there paper)So I stood there waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come back out to give me a new plate.I asked why the plates were not on the Buffet?She said so to keep people who didnt order it from just grabbing a plate.I was like I thought was why you made me wear this stupid arm band!So went back to buffet with my plate got a few more pieces and a salad and realized there were also no forks out!So had to go back to cashier to get fork, RIDICULOUS!This particular store very little selection of Games also by the way.Seriously, I guess if you have lots of money to waste on now crappy tasting pizza just so your kids can have a Birthday party in a arcade, then maybe go here, but if your feeling Nostalgic forget it!If your looking for Buffet deal forget it!If you like going back and forth waiting on people to come out and give you plates and forks everytime you go out while you sport a stupid fluorescent arm band this is your place!

Great time, good pizza, they sanitized often

Place gets a bad wrap honestly, but for 10 dollars I can let my kiddo spend 30 min I believe to play and have a great time. I love seeing him get excited to see chuckie cheese so its well worth it. Plus their birthday package and service during, is phenomenal, definitely will go back for many of my sons birthdays

I really like the new thing they did with the cards. I like how you can purchase time rather than coins. It made the last trip so much more enjoyable.

I love this place and the pizza is good but the only problem is the parents who dont know they should still take care of their kids.. I know its a place for kids but going there doesnt mean you can just sit at one of the tables and let everyone else take care of your kids.. One day I took my kids there and a little girl kept following us and taking our tickets.. WHERE THE HELL WAS HER MOM?? There is always a mom that does that.. every time we go

We enjoy the amount of games we get to play for our money. The pizza is good and the staff is friendly. We always have a good time!

The kids have fun here, games to play for toddlers to adults. The pizza is ok, salad bar doesnt have a lot of choices, but the kids dont care. You have to pay for a pass for the kids to use on the games. You can pause the pass only once, which isnt good if your child wants to sit or interact with Chuckie when he comes out to play. You should check out the prices for the different time lengths online before you get there. You may be able to find discounts online. But it is a lot easier to use the pass than to have to deal with tokens!

My 2 grandsons love it, one is eleven and one is seven. They develop a bond playing games together and thats what its all about. Dont care about the cost.

Just had my nephews birthday party here and the food and the staff were amazing and made the experience very fun and easy. The food took a while to come out but was great when it did. My nephew had a blast and wants to go again, will be happy to do it again.

Just visited this location for the first time in several years. First off, the quality of the pizza has improved significantly. They have updated their games selection and removed other play areas (like a climbing house/slide) . That is great for the older kids but limits what younger toddlers can do. I would say it is more geared for the over 6 years old crowd. My largest complaint is that they still do not keep the hand sanitizer bins filled. These places are germ factories and at a prime time like 1pm on a Saturday, they should be full, even half-full, but they were all empty.

Really just went in there to sit down and rest after a long walk in the mall next to it. I just people watched. So i dont know what the food tastes like and how the arcade is. Great atmosphere though. Will update when i do try everything.

I have two children (5 years old and 2 years old) and given where I live, this is one of the few places that caters to such an age group. They have recently cleaned up and added more games applicable to that age group even.My 5 year old had her birthday party there and they went above and beyond to make it good. She really enjoyed it and really enjoys going to Chuck E. Cheese. I really like the security there - although no where near foolproof, it is better than some places!Even the parents can enjoy some of the games and with the coupons you can print from their web page, you can get some decent deals for hours of family fun.Their pizza quality actually did improve over the past few months. I think they went with a new vendor or recipe or all the above. Their thin crust is not bad, their sandwiches are pretty good and their chicken is okay. I do have ONE complaint: drinks. They are really strictly PEPSI products. Honestly - in this area - throw in Dr Pepper!

We had our daughters 7th birthday party here. Amber was our party host. She was friendly and very attentive not only to us but also to my daughter and her friends. She even played some of the games with her so she can get more tickets. Awesome job, Amber! Thank you.

Its fun, but you can have 1500 tickets for prizes and get a toy that looks like it came from the 99 cent store.

Its a kids place, the college station location is not the biggest and kids may be bored with in 2 hours, but its something to do, and the staff is nice .

My 4 year loves this places but it is always busy on the weekends with parties and birthdays. The best time to visit is weekdays.

It was hot majority of the time. Not clean what so ever. Horrible staff. The only part of the staff that was nice and helpful was this sweet girl, who I assume is the manager. I understand that some people hate their jobs, but these workers were rude to the kids and parents.

VERY MEH. Staff doesnt seem to care about anything at all. Very poor customer service. Very unfriendly. Even after attempting to initiate conversation with staff at price counter when redeeming my sons tickets I barely reviceied any eye contact or words back from several staff I encountered.There was ONE very friendly associate I converted with and I am sorry I didnt get his name. He was great !Only reason I gave a 3* is because my son loved the experience. Otherwise 0* from me.@Chuck E. Cheese - please focus on training your staff.

Came for the lunch buffet. Thought the pizza was getting better, but the lunch buffet killed that. If you want a salad... Forget about it.

Pizza burnt, wrong flavor wings, appetizer came out AFTER the pizza, which, we waited 45 minutes just for the pizza! The worst part was that the cook was also the busboy!! $72.00...what a waste...

We had our sons 6th birthday party there. Ive been there before and the service was mediocre. Our party host tonight was a girl named Jieun and she was on point! She served us well, patient with the kids, high energy and very helpful. She most definitely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. They need to hold onto her!!
