Free dock, 48 hr limit for ICW cruisers. Water available on dock, but power turned off due to abuse. Sigh. Wood faced and padded concrete floating dock will accomidate 4 to 6 cruising size boats. First come first serve.

Renovations/upgrades are coming along very nicely. Late in the afternoon before sunset is the best time imho.

The actual park is no longer here sadly but the view of the water and the new docks are amazing. New lights make the night not feel so hostile. Things look new and updated for the most part. Theres still that unfinished bridge thing behind the pavilion that is an eye sore.

It is a nice set of ramps. Parking is another matter. Ppl going to Cocoa Village like to park in the trailer parking and that completely sucks. The police dont do anything about it either except ticket a trailer if its not parked in an illegally occupied spot. Real load of fun down there sometimes.

Very scenic, not much in the way of excitement unless you are boating. Plenty of photo ops for the camera inclined.

Great place to walk and walk the dogs. The renovations to the seawall are nice. Too bad they removed so much of the vegetation and mangroves. They still havent replaced the playground. Grateful they removed the vagrant attracting picnic benches under the pavilion

I have to use 2 hands to count the times I have come face to face with some dude peeing somewhere, instead of walking over to the other parks restrooms. Why are the bathrooms closed all the time? I understand why they would be closed at night and everything.. But why are they NEVER open?

A beautiful and well maintained park with outdoor fun for everyone.

The ramp is fine but the playground is gone and the restroom is locked

Well-maintained park and grassy areas. Its set up for festivals and Vending with shore power around. It has a stage with lighting. There are wooden walkways and gazebos along the water of a yacht basin. At night I found people sleeping in the gazebos so I try to keep away from them. There are multiple boat ramps side-by-side and lots of parking. The playground has stuff for varied ages of children. It seems like a popular spot at night for people who are still catching Pokemon.

It has really went downhill the guy that used to work there I think was named Jim was an excellent person the new guy does not even empty the trash all the time hey does not pick up the trash around the boat ramp it is left up to the people that come in in their dinghies theres a part of a burnt boat and a canoe sitting there for over 3 weeks now full of trash and water ever since the new guy has took over the place has went to pot he has no care for his job I have actually sat there and watched him sleep the park used to be really nice but its just okay now the kids dont even play over there I dont think the tables have been wiped off since when Jim left its no good anymore just simply stating the park has really went downhill

Playground for kids, nice walking path around the amphitheater and a boardwalk along the river. Boat ramp and parking available. Very close to many businesses and restaurants in Cocoa Village. Food trucks and other events frequently hosted here.

Nice park along the Indian river. Playground, large grassy area, benches, and band shell. They have music events theat never seems over crowded due to the size if the park. And when nothing is going on, just a pleasant stroll through

Nice park to sit and relax. have with great views of the waters, boats and town. The ocean is not very accessible bushes and shrubs are in the way.

Nice park. Public toilets, fishing is meh, homeless are around but dont seem to hassle anyone but tons of trash along the north side of rt520.

4 Decent boat ramps, docks are a Lil short though, if its windy (choppy) it can be pretty rough at the docks whether your putting in or taking out. Not a Lotta room for larger boats, but its manageable.

Hurricanes u know...but amaaaazzing...also. Bridge...quarter rebar reinforced bridge needs. To be remade hehehe both sides...they have that concrete that is with moss or mold...it heals...loook it up lol. But rebar is rebar...duhhhh heheh. Family 1st COCOA PROUD!

The docks, boardwalk, boat launch, and foliage at Lee Wenner suffered badly at the hands of Hurricane Irma.The park is currently, (23 Sept 17), closed. As of today there is neither clean up nor repair in progress.

Small little park near the water. Large pavilion with bathrooms if you want to host a party. Homeless people tend to hang around the pavilion at night.
