Quiet but poor management that likes to send harassing letters

Not the ritz but if youve got limited income but need a place to live itll do. Not alot of bs but still a trailer park.

This park has come a long way in the ten years Ive lived here. Homes are looking more beautiful everyday. This park is looking 100 times better than it did when I first moved here. Keep up the great work.

Miss Kim is very nice person I like the park its Run great i give the park a good review because the people are very nice here they make me happy they work with you a lot.

Yes this is a nice place to live or water bill is way too high my water bill is $90 a month and thats hiring Ive ever paid I paid least $100 here to $115 at one time for water and thats way too high for water my electric bill is cheaper than my water

The workers do have ass jobs and alot of the residents are rude and inconsiderate. They say they have a rule book but only certain people are expected to follow the rules. It would be better if the workers actually cared about their job. Ive lived here for almost 2years and yeah the park may be fuller but its still a trailer park.

It was okay but the land lord wont let any kids ride around on side by side or forwheelers
