Paid $1833.00 what a waste...Last game in November 2019 .....no practice until February 2020The team was created with children different ages and had to compete against older children...Do not recommend this league at all
A disappointing year with CJSL and Clovis Crossfire. I expected better organization after taking a break. Our season ended for U8 11/3 and still no pictures (which were scheduled late in the season and cost us more money). No individual soccer ball to each player as in the past and cheaper uniforms. Fields got switched a few times with little or no warning. Schedules came only a few days before the first game. The kids, parents and volunteer coaches deserve a better experience. I know everyone are volunteers but please consider peoples feedback and continue to try and make it better! Kudos to those parents who continue to step up to volunteer on their own time to coach and make it as good as they possibly can!!
Very political organization. My daughters team was broken up last year when the coach moved. I amongst at least 5 other parents from the team called and emailed the office every day for 6 weeks with no answer or call back. California Odyssey is a much more organized, well run organization.
Had a great experience. Volunteers were nice & my son had fun. Most of the time the only people who review are people who are upset about something. This league has been around for over 20 years and I play in it 15 years ago
I will second the fact this league is a joke. They cannot get schedules out to coaches until two days before the season starts. Then they will change the schedule without notifying anyone affected. Definitely dont go into the league office to ask for help with anything. They will just stare at you like youre Marvin the Martian, be rude and condescending, and then not help you at all.
The empires/ referees treat the parents like cattle, they are disrespectful, rude and will use any excuse to end a game earlier. Today Ive seen it for the 3rd time. They wont talk to any parent, and today the cops were called on one just because he asked for the referees name. There are other leagues around Fresno that are staffed and ran by more professional folks. This league is a joke.
Stay away if you can. Very rude.
