Horrible. Its rigged for sure. Dealer shouldnt touch the card box at all. Meaning tapping or softly slamming it on the table before pulling cards. Small bets were ok. Big bets never got one.4 gs gone to fast

I rarely play table games however when I do I enjoy 500 club because the variety of games available not to mention cleanliness friendly staff I feel safe and have a good time. the food and bar are perfect also and the accessible location.

It was ok. The teriyaki bowl changed. I loved the old one they used to have. This new plate taste nasty and the chicken was cooked tough. Had burnt taste to it.

I cant speak for the casino, although there were plenty of staffers on a Sunday morning. Ive been to the restaurant for breakfast several times now and the food and service is great. I had bacon and eggs with fruit. Food comes quickly, good coffee, and our server was very polite and a pro. Bathrooms are always very clean. Its not super cozy feeling, obviously its a casino. But its nice and not too crowded.

I love to hit the casino. However, most of the trips i make to the 500 club satellite location have to do with playing it safe. Its no gamble going there for food! I have yet to be served any dish at the restaurant that isnt spot on. Kudos to the chefs and food servers that are busting their butts for a whole bunch of unnappreciative gamblers. Its a stretch just to get a thank you from this bunch! Keep bangin out the great food. Phad thai is my favorite.

The meat in my Pad Thai was flavorful and very tender. My companion enjoyed his meal as well. The atmosphere was very much sports bar. The servers were very cogenial. We went there because we heard so many good things about the food. We could see the card players and were surprised that so many were there in the early afternoon.

Food service was good. I played poker and I told the dealer an Ace was marked, but she didnt seem to care. So I informed the manager Frank who addressed the situation immediately. I might come back if the dealers are trained better at spotting potential cheating.

Stopped in for a bloody Mary, steak and eggs. sat in the bar area, business was slow, waited 15inutes, not one person came up and asked me if I would like anything. I come here and eat breakfast about 4 times a month may not do that again, I basically just got up and left.

Both 500 Club locations hold a dear spot in my taste buds heart. I have never had a bad meal at either spot. We usually hit the Willow location for lunch during the week when I am craving their fantastic Cobb salad of the Sweet Basil Chicken over rice. The flavor is consistent and delicious. My favorite indulgence from the Old Town local are the onion rings!!!! A cold drink and a basket of rings makes any day a good day!

Some days the quality of the games are great when you have good players and some days its not when you have obnoxious player

Spent evening out here unfortunately we were informed by one of staff that the music had to be at a certain level which was less then 2. Too spend 15 dollars and not able to enjoy listening too music and our drinks was a awful expereince. We left spending over 100.00 dollars unhappy...... Owner needs to be informed of this complaint to be fixed. Thank You

Fabulous food! As always! I have been coming here for years and it has always been so yummy. The bar is also on point t with its drinks. Service is wonderful as well. Only complaint is that there just isnt enough seating for all of the people that want to enjoy such an iconic part of Clovis history

The atmosphere is pretty lovely even at the end of happy hour. Service is fair but friendly. Food is decent, had the pork eggrolls, which are super good, and chips and salsa. So good got an extra order to take home. Prices are ok maybe gambling makes it better? Overall it was pretty good. Id go back for sure.

This was one of those visits where you and the missus are laying in bed and its about 2 in the a. M. And neither of you can sleep and both decide that table mountain is too far to travel so 500 club be the next best thing.... Not exactly..... Looking forward to eating because Ive heard the food there is rather exquisite so first thing I order: fettuccini Alfredo. To my disappointment, the waitress returns to inform me that they ran out of fettuccini Alfredo, yes, thats correct, THEY RAN OUT. I then proceed to order chicken strips, theres no way such an item can be absent..... WRONG! Im now 0 for 2, its not looking good for me... Third times a charm, right? I decided to then play it safe and ordered a basic chicken sandwich that my 2 year old son couldve made... Verdict: nothing special about it. On to gambling.. . I guess the gambling gods felt bad for my bad luck with the food they decided that theyd let me walk away with some change in my pocket. I sat down to play 3 card poker and it was my girl and I playing for the first time and an empty table. Some might expect a dealer with a unnecessarily rude disposition with little to no patience for a couple of noobs such as us.... Well let me tell you, not only was the dealer informative and more than willing to help us learn to play but towards the end he was actually rooting for us to win and win we did! I believe we walked away with about 200$ up. Aside from the bad luck on food choice, Id say we had a fun, eventful evening and didnt have to go far for it. Like the new location (I know its been here for a while but that goes to show u how long its been since Ive been to 500 club lol) highly recommend this place for any avid card mongers and for those of you that are slit machine fanatics, I suggest you not come here looking for any action cause its clear those are absent from this monument to consumerism and is strictly a card based gambling temple. Will definitely be going back!!!

The 500 Club can be enjoyable not so much during an event then its over crowded. Service at tables is great, food service is the same. You dont have to be a gambler to participate in the enjoyment of great comfort food twist menu you do though need to be 21 and over.

Place looks nice but unprofessional. Dealers kicking you out of empty seats holding for others wandering around and letting other players cap on top of your bonus bets just so they dont have to play a base bet. Never coming back again. Players have no respect whatsoever.

I played the course twice during our stay in the Phoenix area in February. I really enjoyed the course and as others have noted, you will not see a house on the entire course. On a number of holes you have a beautiful mountain backdrop that makes any wait time worth it. The most beautiful hole is 12 with its elevated tee off box hitting down to the greeen. With the mountain in the backround, its a great view and a great hole. The pace of play was good both times i played. The fairways were good and the greens firm. The price was right given its Phoenix in February where everything is jacked up price wise. I would definitely play this course again.

I love coming here for a late night dinner. The food is great and the service is awesome.

Its a decent place to have a meal for a low price with decent servers. A decent selection of beer with a bar and redbull too . My only complaint would be that when it gets busy, its very loud and youll be waiting a long time for someone to come by.

Went in around 2am to eat with a group of 8. It was pretty busy but we still got fast service. They have a rule after 2 they go around and take all the alcoholic drinks from the table and stop serving. My poor friend just ordered a beer, he took a few sips, went to the restroom and right before he came back the waitress took his beer. They are serious about this. Regardless, the food is decent and the service was quick.

These guys continue to push the envelope in giving their casino a homeroom feel. They continue to find the poker games that will feed the appetite of action players and they come up with promotional giveaways to fit that mold. The team that runs the service floor is top notch, when it comes to conversing with customers, and they always keep an open ear to suggestions to make the games and the promotions better.Their Omaha Hi-Lo game is one of the best around. Even though it has many of the same players, with a home game feel, there is no shortage of action.

Always great food, in fact perfect, never changes. Service is always for the customer, we absolutely love Jordan!! Oh, I should mention their Cadillac margarita is the best in the central valley if you have never been your missing out.Thank you to the staff at the 500 Club!

Love the 500 club. It is so fun to play 21 there. 3 card poker also fun but with 3 card you can win big or loose really big so I only play if I have lots to loose. They have Spanish 21 & Baccerat also. I will say I was a little intimidated to even go through the door the first time but before I knew it, it felt like I had been going there for years. The dealers are the best. Way better then Table Mountain and Chukchansi. In fact after I played at the 500 club then went play at another casino, I didnt want to play at the other casino anymore. The payouts arent as good,side bets stink and to find a fun dealer is rare. I get that every time at the 500 club. Btw the food is really good too. I am so glad I walked through those doors in my opinion there isnt a better place to play.

I was just there, poor floor management service for poker. I was at the feeding table, as I was next up in line for a table switch the floor man skipped me and serval other player and pulled a regular player that came in last to move to the main table. When questioned he said he wasn’t sure what was going on as he just stepped on the floor and accepted the first player that wanted to move, the dealer then corrected the move and he refused to listen to anyone and said everyone there had declined to move therefore whomever volunteer first was to be move to the main table. I was okay with it as it was still a full table. As the game went on I requested for a table change and the main floor man stated I was first In line as there was not enough player to switch table, I then questioned him why a last player that joined the feeding table was move first he denied ever moving a player to the main table, claiming it was a misunderstanding. I stated I’ve play poker long enough to know when I’ve been played! The floor man continue claiming he’s done nothing wrong, even when the dealer was on my side. Watch out when you go play poker, they tend to side with the regular players and the floor man are a bunch of idiots!!!

The atmosphere and people are great. The food is much better than the price which is very good with a big variety to choose from. The 500 Club does not disappoint. The card room has 4/8 limit Holdem all the way to 20/40 and their no limit games has lots of action daily.

I live near this place I used to go to this place. But it seems some of these Asian girls get jealous or they will be hating. They will show you with poor customer service if they are not happy LOL. The bar area anyway. I had this one Asian waitress that left my Wells Fargo card on the table I returned from the bathroom and my card was just sitting there all by itself LOL that is not good I dont need to go to a bar where young girls go through emotions and take it out on me LOL

Went here for dinner a couple days ago and the waitress was really nice. I think her name was Lucy. She said shed been working there for only a short time but she was very courteous and even showed me a buuunch (like a lot) of pictures of her baby horse and her dog. Both very cute. Will go again.

I think this place is great! Open 24/7 full bar, great food menu with decent portions/prices. That being said the actual eating area is very small with people coming in all the time. But heres a tip, although all the games in the casino are table top card games, if you sit at a cheap table you can eat everything off the menu for $1!!!!!! Its awesome! Perhaps they may have changed but thats how it was last I was there.

I’ve been to Club 500 a few times and service was ok. On March 23, 2019around 3 a.m. I was very disappointed! We’ve been waiting for a table for a good 20 mins and no one, meaning 3 servers, didn’t bother to clean or clear the table that was occupied before us. We literally had to grab a table as soon as a customer left so no one would grab our table because the servers didn’t know how to seat the new customers. So in saying this, I will not be returning to this so call Club. Be prepared to wait a looooong time!

Sometimes youre just in the mood for some Casino food and this is the perfect spot. I love their Pho they serve delicious Pho. They also do a lot of their Thai Dishes really well here. Lots of flavor and always well prepared. Their sandwiches are amazing always fresh food and great service. Lots of fun to people-watch

Very friendly and helpful staff during my quick pitstop. Although this card casino is very small the atmosphere is pleasant, clean and friendly for local players. There are not many tables If you compare it to the card casinos in Los Angeles (which happen to be among the largest in the world). But if you are hankering for some poker action I am certain the locals would be pleased to part you from your cold hard cash. Wheelchair accessible.
