The Corner Alley was very relaxed. The staff was very welcoming and our server was very attentive! We stopped in for an appetizer and a few drinks and everything was scrumptious. We had the chicken quesadilla which was out of this world! Along with a blueberry bird dog lemonade that went down smooth, a mango margarita which was sweet and a great mango taste, and a 4th street punch that was just like a beach vacation in a glass! We will definitely be back and cannot wait to bowl next time!
Good place for people with kids. They have bowling lanes and and an arcade area. The location is perfect and the prices are reasonable. The only downside was the service. Waiters and waitresses are very good but it seems like they just dont have enough. Other than that Id recommend it.
The food was decent, kind of on the pricey side. They do not carry Budweiser products. The service was slow while we were there. Hamburgers come either well done or medium-well. Bathrooms are downstairs from the bowling alley. The menu does not have much to choose from as far as variety is concerned. The menu is on your phone from a Q-square.
The food was good, we had a pepperoni pizza, a Philly steak sandwich and Artichoke dip. There were 3 of us and we had to take some to go.
Not a fan. Go to RED Steakhouse if you want classy service. This place has No straws. She took my half-drank drink away when I wasn’t looking and asked to get me another.
The Corner Alley is really a bar with a bowling alley rather than a place for serious bowlers. Its a great venue for large parties as they have the capacity for catering food for buffet style dining. The bar area is beautiful and modern, but the only drawback is the constant noise from bowling balls crashing into bowling pins. Bowling equipment rental is available for a nominal fee and there are many interesting old arcade machines around while you wait for your turn to bowl. Overall, the place just screams fun.
Went here around xmas last yr. I had a good time
This bowling alley is huge, has great drinks, and has the Better Off Bowling league there. It may be a tad pricey but worth it when you experience it. You has a nice and relaxing bar area, and its in the heart of downtown. Its clean and the staff is very polite and professional. Great food and drinks, worth going to!
We happened upon this place while walking around downtown taking in sites. Friendly and laid back atmosphere. Nice night to eat on the patio. Limited menu due to COVID and all, but I will tell you their nachos were sooo good. And, their fries. A pitcher of beer only $12, you cant beat that! If youre looking for a little family fun, go there. Bowling, food and drinks all in the same spot. Oh, and our server Hannah was great! That always makes it better.
I had a great time they just do not give you enough time on the bowling lane I like the social distance
One of the best jewels in downtown Cleveland. Full bar, full menu, patio seating. Whats not to love?
The drinks were okay, customer service was good. Great location
Its a great place to hang out with family and friends, great music and food all around great atmosphere..
Pretty awesome bowling alley in a building in the Playhouse Square area of downtown. Upstairs bar with food, 8 to 10 lanes of bowling alley, and a nice game and party room below. Highly recommended if youre in the area and have an hour to kill. Also, all the house balls look like pool balls. A nice touch :-)
Celebrated a birthday party here with a party of 17 people. Got a bowling and food package through their events planner Melissa. When we arrived, we were quickly set up with shoes and lanes. Food arrived promptly as well. My guests told me that the food was very good which is typically not the case for a bowling alley, but this is not your typical bowling alley.Food was served at the lanes buffet style. They also have a great bar scene for those that do not want to bowl. Our servers were quick, attentive, and took care of all the party needs. The cost was also pretty reasonable considering the size of the party. The place is in a busy area of downtown so you have to factor that if youre not getting uber or limo service. The only thing missing wouldve been some hand sanitizer stations near the lanes as youre eating and bowling and well you get my point here. All in all, really good time and would definitely recommend for a corporate event, special occasion, or just something different for adult night out.
Very good place to go have drinks and just......chill.....
Great service and atmosphere but the beers were a little pricey.
Staff very helpful and nice. Quick and efficient.
Came for my daughters birthday yesterday. We met with a pink haired manager named Ricky or rocky (a very sweet girl with a guys name) who set us up in their players house. We bowled for an hour got moved downstairs due to a private event was scheduled in there, no problem but our original server did not continue to serve us but the manager rocky took it upon herself to keep serving. My husband and I will definitely be back on a kid free day, great service! Great manager and wonderful food plus the kids slept great with all the free video games!
This place is great! Every time I go here, something weird happens. Its the only place on earth you can almost get into a bar fight because you said I cant believe there are video games being televised on ESPN. They put pickled carrots and cauliflower on pizza (which is absolutely disgusting but hey... to each their own) and you gotta bring your own plastic straws but other than that, its a cool place.
Great food! Me and a few friends came today and had a wonderful time. A lovely girl named Rocky had all of us laughing, never let our drinks get empty and helped us try a lot of things I would have never ordered that we ended up loving! Let me just say that bright pink hair matched rockys bright personality and those buffalo egg rolls were the best.
Best bowling alley in Cleveland downtown area. Bowling waits are usually high and they dont take reservations. Tip: As you need to add wait list in person, do that and while you wait explore E4th and / or Chocolate bar.
The Bowling was great but the food was not.
Been 30 years since I went bowling. Had a blast! Lanes and balls were pretty good. Staff was great. Very courteous and helpful. Had a lot of fun joking around with them. Will definitely be back soon!
This place was great. They accommodated us with 5 kids under 8 and a 12 year old. We ate and bowled in VIP. Everyone had fun.
Great place, twist on bowling. Few arcade games. Awesome bar food. Overall fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff. The food really is amazing and full of flavor.
This place is very peaceful. Great Mac and Cheese. Eddie makes great Long Island Ice tea Blue
We were there for my Daughters birthday party. We had so much fun, everything was amazing. Very impressed!
Great place to eat wonderful staff.. Specially after a ball game are just a night out on the town
We bowled for an hour... were switched to four different lanes due to technical issues... and because of that, we were only able to complete 2 games in that hour. I also need to add that it was only myself and my fiance bowling. Two people. Absolutely a waste of $50.
Their food is mediocre at best. First of all I had to ask three times just to get a Coke. Then when we were ready I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I asked that the burger be medium well with mayo tomato and lettuce on it. My date ordered the chicken salad. She received her salad with next to no dressing but she was ok with that. My cheeseburger came without mayo and very well done instead of medium well. It was so well done that it was crispy. My suggestions would be simple. Give enough said dressing and bring the food the way the customer wants it. Otherwise why even ask what should be on it or how well done it should be. I really believe that giving 4 out of 5 stars was being generous on my part. Their saving grace is the bowling alley
They are open and keeping patrons safe! Stop by.
I don’t usually post reviews but felt i should for once. My girlfriend and I came to the bar and waited 50 minutes for one salad! We were upset but hadn’t yet asked to speak to anyone. A manager named Rocky came out with the late salad and introduced herself and explained she’d be taking the salad off the bill for the excessive wait time. I’m so glad that before we even reported it the manager noticed and tended to our needs. She came and checked on us several times after and it gave us a very welcoming and warm experience!
I really like this bar/restaurant. The drinks were great, and I had a pizza, it was perfect (both in size and taste). I did not have an opportunity to bowl, but I will next time I am here, it looks like a lot of fun.
Garlic parmesean wings were great
I was in town for business, and wanted to try something with my team. The Corner Alley was great, with a wide selection of craft beer, amazing options for dinner, and we even went bowling. This was perfect to relax a bit and have some fun. The prices were great for dinner, drinks, and bowling. Thanks for a good evening.
Dont know how their food is like. Placed our orders before two other table that came after us, one was almost done eating, the other ordered burgers and gotten their food. We ordered wings and sandwiches. By the time the waitress came by again it has been more than 30 minutes, said our orders is coming up. 10 minutes later, still no food, so we cancelled our order, paid for the drinks and left very unsatisfied
The staff is awesome. Their food is so good. I personally really love their chicken tenders and their buffalo chicken pizza.
Expensive for just the meal, the place is intended to be a bowling joint, location is wonderful.
Cool spot in downtown, delicious food and drinks are priced fairly. Would definitely recommend to stop if you are in the area
Fun area in down town cleveland
As we speak, the corner alley has my ID and my mothers credit card. One of their employees made a mistake... it happens. But Justina (their quote unquote manager) put the icing on the cake. I’m cool with an honest to god mistake... I’m not okay with a manager (one which I was for many a years) literally calling the police on me hoping it would end with something in her favor. I’ll see you tomorrow. Your employee made a mistake... and that’s fine. What’s not fine is how you have handled in. And trust, honey, I’ll watch you leave tomorrow.
Good place to go for bowling in downtown. They have 12 lanes and lot of choices of balls to choose from.
Went while on a conference and got to enjoy a buffet and bowling. It was a lot of fun and we all enjoyed the games. It is a quick walk from Crowne Plaza and there is alot to do all around the area. I hope to come back to this area so I can enjoy more of the sites and culture.
Nice environment I was there during the browns game last night. The employees were cordial and very nice. I had a couple of drinks but Ill be back to eat next time.
Corner Alley is a solid option for a night out or a group event. Also, if youre ever looking for something to do during the week, they usually have good weekday deals as well. When youre waiting for a lane, there are plenty of other video games, and other games like foosball to play. They dont take reservations for non events so if youre going to try to bowl on the weekend, I recommend dropping in your name in and grabbing a drink and playing games while you wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have servers come to your lane to take your order which was very convenient and helped the game keep moving.
This is a great alley with a lot to do. They have bowling, a pool table, and games. You can have drinks and order good food. I have never had bad service here. The inside looks good and is updated. I highly recommend this place if you are living in Cleveland or visiting the area.
Food is delicious. Never had the drinks. Staff always seems nice. Ninja Turtles game is free or someone above was smiling on us this night. You know the squad beat the game. Corner Alley is sweet and they have bowling. Who knew? Turtles had me locked.
They were out of a few beers when we were there. Food was not great. Overall experience is just average.
Excellent service!

Worst service Ive had in a loooong time. Waited almost an hour and never did get my food. Adding insult to injury because I only went there because Mabels was closed. Place wasnt crowded or anything.
We stopped here after an Indians game hoping to grab a round of drinks and an appetizer. We were seated promptly, but waited over twenty minutes at our table without any waiter/waitress stopping by. We left, and I likely wont return.
1st time here and Im like wow from the greeting at the door to Elizebeth my server with quick and promote service to hot tasteing food to quick refills this place left me speechless it been a while since I have had service like this
Celebrated my birthday here in April and my party goers and I had a BLAST!!! The planner that I worked with was incredible and the server we were given did an EXCEPTIONAL job. The food was great and the atmosphere was awesome. I highly recommend this venue if you are celebrating and want to bowl.
The atmosphere was great. My friend and I decided to come here before an Indian’s game and our waiter was great. We got our drinks and sandwiches very fast. Love being able to sit outside!
Insane food for the price, with quality beers. I had a great time, highly recommend.
I decided to take my co workers here because Ive heard such good things about the place. I asked about bowling and was told it would be 35 dollars. I asked how many games were in that price and the guy said its by the hour so hurry an play an youll get more games. Im sorry...but 35 for ONE hour? I dont care if its a restaurant and a very basic arcade here, 35 for an hour is a complete rip off. I go to the arcade and its basic at best. We went to the bar to order and my loaded fries were OK, but not worth 14 dollars. My co workers food, according to them, was very basic as well. It seems like we are paying for the location more so than quality. It doesnt help that the servers took their cute time serving us. This is a waste of space. Replace it or at least revamp it to something that is worth the price.
Decent food and drink menu. Service was good.
Drinks were great, food was outstanding, service was a little slow.
Food was great. Chewy (sp?) was a great waiter. Fantastic service.
Chewy was the best server! He was our server during the junior achievement fundraiser at corner alley and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Very attentive and seemed genuinely excited to be there. We would be very happy to have Chewy for future events!
This place had amazing food. I ordered the nachos and hot wings and they can almost as soon as I orderes them. I also order the fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The staff was nice and i even decided to bowl i was a great time. I recommend this place to others
Awesome place to relax, drink, eat, and bowl. If you are ever in the area, stop in and you wont be disappointed.
Nice clean place write a friendly bartenders great drinks I love it
Awsome place great service wish all the games could be in area but still a nice establishment. Bowling, free games, a bar and good food
Very nice place. You can order some amazing food and drinks while you bowl! A great way to spend a hot day or a family day!
Great food. Ashley was a doll. Will be back
Good food, good service, fairly priced .Definitely like the happy hour here, which is 50% off on pizza and$2 off on beer . Really great deal. Do try fried chicken sandwich here also loaded nachos with chicken are delicious too. This place is right at East 4th st. Right next to chocolate bar.
Chewy was the most incredible server! He totally made our experience an awesome one!! I so appreciate that he always remembered my name, my order, etc!! So personal! Thank you for an incredible time!!! Can’t wait to come back soon!
Fun work event today. Good drinks, good atmosphere.
Nice bowling spot. Didnt have much time to look around and fully experience the arcade inside this place. But the little I did see was very nice.
We had a lot of fun, but you only get the lane for an hour at a time and we didnt finish either game with 8 people.
Very fun place to go. The staff is fun and very attentive. We had a large crowd (30 people) The staff was able to keep up with both our drink and food orders all while keeping a great sense of humor. I highly recommend!
The whole family loved going bowling and playing video games!
I have come here for dinner before a comedy show at hilarities and for a work event. The dinner was quick and with great service. I really enjoyed the food. For the work event we had drinks and a buffet of appetizer. The service was a bit spotty and hard to find. Just like the dinner, the food was really good. For bowling, we had a great time. The pins got stuck a few times and lost the rounds score, but it was good enough.
Great food, great selection of beers on tap. Very interesting atmosphere.
Half price is still overcharging for the pizza. It has the value of carnival food and would lose out to a $1 frozen pizza in a taste comparison.
Date Night with my Hunny Bunny. We had fun.
Came here from out of town. Ordered the grinder and some fries and a couple mixed drinks. The Grinder was a bit smaller than usual and $14 but believe me when I say it was worth every single penny and far exceeded my expectations. The fries were so good I ordered a second order. Mixed drinks were mixed well, very smooth and tasty. I will without a doubt be back here. One of my Top 5 places I have ever eaten at while traveling.
Great food and a cool atmosphere. I havent always had the best service. Theres a good beer selection and the bowling is awesome.
Drinks were good and the bartender was on top of things but also not breathing down your neck. I didnt do any bowling or anything but other people seemed to be having a good time. Great place to stop in and have a drink or two.
Food was good and some of it was big portions but a little high priced. Our server was good and they had a decent craft beer selection, a lot of local breweries. Need newer and more video games. They were free, which was nice, but some of them didnt work right. We bowled in the area that had 4 lanes in the back room but it was very small and cramped with the other customers bowling.
Fries Cauliflower is amazing and so are the pretzels and pizza!
Our server was awesome. Very attentive and just as excited as we were. It was our first time in Cleveland. We went to the aquarium, rock and roll hall of fame, and the corner ally for food and bowling. The food was awesome, giant pretzels, pizza was so delicious, and cheap drinks! They even have an arcade downstairs and a bunch of other games upstairs. We spent about 2 or so hours here, happily.
Went out for a work sponsored event. The staff was helpful and the service was fast. We had a good time bowling and enjoyed our cocktails. Ill be back again for happy hour
Its expensive and the lanes seem to be broken down a lot. But I had fun! $45 for an hour with shoes on a Friday night! In the middle of down town. I loved this place.
Came here in a large group with a reservation for several bowling lanes. Very relaxed atmosphere. Clean lanes and shoes. The food is quality bar food; the guacamole and queso and pulled pork sliders are super tasty. Good beer selection.
Note the food was good, hostess was great but the server was the worst we ever had. our apps came with our drinks (the 1st round), the 2nd round never came. we only tipped 5% to show our kids that tips are earned not entitled.attached is a pic of our drinks that remained empty which was sad bc the food was good.
Good atmosphere fun arcade games to play bowling watching sports
Beer and service were ok, but the restroom was absolutely disgusting. Urine covered the floor and stunk really bad, workers were told, but didnt seem to care.
Its chill Id suggest not going alone. The arcade games are free after like 6 or 7 I think.
