What fun. Im so glad I went there tonight. I got to hear a great organ trio, The Soul Message Band. I never got to hear Jimmy Smith, or Groove Holmes back in the day. Tonight I got to hear all those people. The Bop Stop is a great place to hear live music. Please go there. What fun!!!!!!!

Had a fabulous first experience here with great music and friendly service. We’re from Akron and are lucky enough to have Blu Jazz available for jazz performances, but we weren’t sure there were any jazz clubs in Cleveland. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the music and service here - so glad we found it! Only criticism is that the “vibe” feels like a college classroom vs what we had hoped for - more like a jazz club with history and character. Not knocking them on the rating for this though, given the mission and purpose of the organization.

This place is truly a Cleveland gem worth visiting for anyone who appreciates good music. I came here to see Mark Guiliana and the venue was perfect for the show. I am definitely going to come back for more shows. There are no bad seats in the place.

Jazz jam night is great to see some young faces and some old ones doing some good stuff. Not too crowded either.

This is a Awesome place. So personal and up close. Staff is Amazing. Friendly and personable. Any of the shows are easily enjoyable. From small crowds to Sold Out shows. There is something for Every part of your family.

This is Jazz at its finest. The band (Joshua Smith quintet) was in the zone. Great synergy with the crowd. The drinks were reasonably priced ($6 beer). The ambience was warm, eclectic and unique. Will definitely return.

Awesome intimate music club

Went for a date night with the hubby there was a young quintet (maybe from the music school?) having a jam session- only 10 bucks to get in - we enjoyed it- good atmosphere - they have a bar and appetizers - the food was not so great but I went in kind of expecting that I was more there for the music - tip: eat ahead of time come after for drinks and music

The best place for jazz in CLE

Great music venue for Jazz and attentive service. Light snacks and tasty libations. I give it 4 stars bc there isnt a dance floor. Gabe, the manager said they are working on it

Only complaint is parking other than that I love this venue for live music!
