I just love a hearty laugh and I always get that when I visit here..the way they are handling the covid since reopening is wonderful. .I felt safe the food was delicious

Had a great time. The venue was still very lively even with a smaller crowd and social distancing in place. Drinks and dinner tasted great and service was ok.

During COVID glad to see the spacing and how clean it was. The service was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Wish this was the case pre COVID. However, now I loved it more than ever. It is not too packed where chairs are bumping. Also, you dont have to feel awkward seating with people you dont know.

Eddie Griffin was AMAZING. The staff was amazing. I had a great time. Great laughs, real people. All good vibes. Even danced and got a pic with Eddie. Thank everyone who put in on this night. I needed to laugh. Laughter is life medicine

I really liked the new pandemic protocol. I felt safe and loved the fact that I had my own table with people I know. The staff was very friendly and the show was great. The only thing I wish I did was bring my own hand sanitizer. Although the bathroom was clean for some reason the soap dispenser was not working properly. Cant wait to return!

This was so much fun. All of the comics were funny, and entertaining. It only cost 15 dollars. It was cool to watch these folks live living their dream. The venue looked to hold maybe a little less than a hundred people. They had drinks available. Close to Union Square. Simply outstanding.I will make a point to come and see this show again.

It has a great atmosphere. My only issue was the service. Wait staff was extremely slow taking orders and get stuff to my table. I would have bought more drinks if they were more attentive. Service was bad enough to take away 2 stars. The set up and procedures were great for Covid-19. That part was fast at seating the crowd, no long waiting. Their covid-19 procedures worked like a well oiled machine. I was very impressed with that.

Considering the c19, it was enjoyable...everyone including staff were wearing masks and keeping their distance. Food was good, and the entertainment was good.

The food was great the servers were spectacular and the social distancing was off the hook they couldnt have done a better job than what theyve done it was a great time .

This has been my second home since the beginning of the year. I love this place to the moon and back!!! The laughs are always real and I leave crying because Ive laughed so hard!!! I win tickets all the time and I always use them! Improv youre #TheBest

I went to the Improv yesterday and really enjoyed myself. I had not had a day out to relax in years due to work and the kids. The weather was bad but atmosphere at the Improv was great and warmed your soul. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The drinks ànd the food was simply delicious. Both comedian were hilarious and I left with a pain in my side from laughter. The comedian were also very approachable and down to earth. I will definitely return to Improv and recommend to others who want a night of good food, laughter. and a relaxed environment

All the employees were polite and friendly. The tables were really spread out to meet the socially distanced requirements and the show was really good.

Ive been a few times and I always enjoy myself. The layout is really nice and you can take a date or have a friends night out and enjoy. They have a bar while you wait in line. Bathrooms are clean. Food is good and the pricing isnt too bad.

I like this place. Food is ok but the set up is nice.you can see the stage from anywhere in the room. They always bring great comedians!

It was lousy. The mike wasnt program properly I couldnt understand what the comedian was saying the people around me was having personal loud conversations that also allowed me to not be able to hear the comedian. It was a wasted $100.00+ this is including the food and drinks that was ordered

Hit or miss This is A nice quaint small comedy club. I enjoy most of the comedians Ive seen. Its the service you get waiters and waitresses with attitudes. I like the food. Every once in a while its not great.

This place have good comedy but the tables are to close to each other. Need more space, cant really relax and enjoy the shows. You just might bump your chair on another guest chair.

My first time going and it was a surprise gift. We went to see Tony Baker and two other comedians (Remo and DC Erwin). It was awesome and I laughed the whole time! The only thing we found weird was that we had to share our table with strangers. But we enjoyed the comics so much it didnt matter. The place looked very nice on the inside. I definitely want to come back for different shows.

November 8 the first time visiting the new Improv on the water to see Arnez J stand up comedian. Very Serene atmosphere and comfortable seating an overall fantastic experience celebrating my 62nd birthday weekend. We had a ball. And Ill be back.

So the food doubled. Slow service. Take cash. Lucky the acts were good but the price on the food is tooooooo high now. Definitely eat before I go from here on out. When I’m ready to go I’m ready go. Felt like I was held hostage waiting on my bill. My wife’s food was cold so she sent it back.

The food was so delicious, I forgot to take pictures. It made me miss living in the South. As others have mentioned, dont go here when youre in a hurry because service is slow. They have a great happy hour. My friend and I went together, split the bill equally. We ended up with too much food because the portion sizes are bigger than one would expect for HH. It was definitely worth the money.

The shows are great, but the food is not so great they need a new chef. And the will keep your change, what i mean if your bill is 29.91 you give them 40.00 they ask do you want change, yes, well they gave me 10.00 back. That total was gratuity added. Ive been going for years and seen many great shows and really enjoyed them. Improv could improve.

Wonderful atmosphere when we went each time Ive gone Ive enjoyed myself. The food is a bit higher, but sooo worth it. It tasted amazing and the drinks my gosh they were awesome too. Want a night out full of good energy, people, and food this is thee place to go

Every time I go I get great seats, if not front row, regardless when I order my tickets. I actually seen Kevin Hart here twice (about 10 yrs ago)....Always great line ups, great price, ok food (it is a comedy club)......But overall always a great time!

Went to see Godfrey the extremely funny comedian. Food was tasty and service was pretty good. A location built for laughter and fun in the heart of Cleveland.

My first time visiting. The show was great. I had one drink. Tip was already added to my bill. I expected my change, but it wasnt brought back to me. I asked for it, and didnt receive it. Good thing it was just small change. Its the principle.

It was ladies night with our moms.. we had wonderful time and laugh.

LOVE this place!! Only issue- my first mixed drink was perfect but the second drink I dont believe had any alcohol in it.. at $10 a drink you could at least put a splash of rum in my glass.

I went to see Simi the Queens of comedy Legend and had the time of a part of my life! She was hilarious and her opening act almost had me in tears. I remember Improv from back in the day & have never been disappointed!! This is a classic club. I wish them more successful events.

The comedy was actually funny . the service was on time and the good tasty for the most part .. ordering drinks at the bar was great but through the waitress was horrible .. at 1 point me sister and I ordered the same drink hers was a lot different the color the fruit that accompanied the liquor content. my drink looked and tasted like pure cranberry juice where I actually asked if that is what it was .... part of my issue was the fact that the waitress noticed and didnt say anything she was hoping I wouldnt notice it, and said such ... she took it back to have it corrected needless to say it was not ... and I had already paid by then so I paid for a drink that I didnt get to enjoy .. however thanks for the great customer service and act I just chalked it as a loss .. but if the waitstaff notice something like that they should speak up when it happens not hope the customer doesnt notice not everyone is this easy

I won four tickets to see Dominique yesterday... I used my tickets for my brother, daughter and best friend. My brother and daughters birthdays were this month... We had a ball!!! We had amazing seats. The food was kewl but, Im used to the blueberry habenaro wings which they dont offer anymore. The sweet potato fries werent that good either. But, overall it was a great night. Jack Johnson had me in tears. Once Dominique came out she kept the laughter tears going... Ill be back to see KevonStage in March!!!

Bartender was Awesome! He noticed I was pregnant and gave me a cup of ice before I asked for it. Great service. But my food was cold. Loaded fries should be HOT! The entertainment was very nice.

Very nice program. Had to leave numerous times because I was hot and we were packed in like sardines. Just made it out in time for air and vomited in lobby. No one came to assist. BTW, I do not drink.

The service was absolutely horrible. The servers brought the wrong food to the table twice. Our server continued to blame it on the kitchen...no blame just correct it. Where is the team spirit. the menu is too big for the kitchen with a sold out house then shrink it. Just my suggestion. And our server was not aware of bar items and had to find out. Product knowledge is key to sales. Table 10.

The Improv in CLE is set up for non-stop entertainment both inside and out! While waiting for the show to start, we watched the most beautiful sunset over Lake Erie as jet skis and tour boats faded into the distance. We will definitely be back for more amazing drinks, dinner & most importantly, laughs!

Nice and spacious. Prices are what you expect downtown. But the drinks are delicious.

Nice place for date night. They have pretty good Comics lined up and nice club food options that are really tasty and inexpensive. I also love a place that gives souvenir glasses an Exquisite drinks. When the weather is permitting there is a nice view of the lake and more entertainment next door.

Tight space for the seating area...The food was ok at best. The fries were hard and dry and the burger was bland. Really good view of the stage no matter where you sit though.
