I would not recommend this facility---at all! The owner is very slow to respond to business inquiries. More than 48 hours passed in between some communications. The website is outdated and image options are not readily available. Email communications were unprofessionally written. All details were not provided at the time of the initial inquiry.The studio does not have a direct pay option (credit card processing). The facility uses a third party, in which fees are paid by the customer. The studio only accepts cash only on the day of the event, which was not stated during any correspondences.The studio was not set-up for us upon arrival. The owner was extremely unprepared. The paint and wine studio did not have a wine cork. She had to leave during the session to borrow or buy one. Pencils and brushes were not readily available and each person did not have the required paint brushes at their stations. Only three smocks were available upon arrival.The session was rushed. At the end of the night, when I requested my deposit, the owner began to speak of herself in third person. The deposit return policy is not clearly defined. The following business day I requested an update about the deposit Charita responded by saying it would be refunded if requirements were meet. The requirements were met and my refund was not sent back to me as quickly as I sent it to her.Please take your private parties and business to a professional venue or seek a near by Paint Nite location!

Such a great experience! I have been several times and every session has met my expectations. My artwork came out beautiful each time, i actually think Im an artist now!

My emails were ignored, my review was reported and deleted and Ive been blocked from other social media outlets to prevent me from sharing my awful experience at this studio.

We had a ball great for couples and diffidently good entertainment .
