Clermont Performing Arts Center

This venue is overlooked by almost everyone and it is a shame. The grounds are wide ranging and well kept. There is something for everyone here. They offer all sorts of classes. There is an indoor basketball court and an outdoor pool. Two stages, one more intimate and the other main stage is spacious and very customizable. The main stage can accommodate over 1000 people I believe. Finally they have a number of conference rooms available most of the time. Great place and a must see.

Its a very nice place BUT parking seems to be limited that is one of the reasons why I give it 3 starsAlso the seats are not elevated they are all at the same level the bad thing about that is if somebody is tall that sits in front of you than you cannot see over them because all of the seats are at the same ground level.Also they have a VERY bad bar set up they need to get a bigger bar and faster employees.

The Clermont performing arts center was quite lovely. The seats were comfy. I must say the performance by Fl Philharmonic orchestra was delightful. The selections were perfect for the evening. My hubby and I enjoyed it. Its wonderful to have this venue locally.

Good value quality entertainment i.e Beatles Tribute and Tony Danza only negative theatre seating could be better

The Starbrite Musical Productions John Denver Tribute Show Starring Ted Vigil was spot on! Not a bad seat in the whole auditorium.

Nice location with easy access and plenty of activity rooms in addition to a main theater. The main auditorium would be better if it had raised seating. As it is now the seating is all on the same floor level so it can be an issue with taller people in front of you.

Great place. Ample parking. Love the shows. Just wished the seats were elevated. Otherwise, you keep trying to see past the persons head in front of you

Visited the smaller Black Box Theatre there. Very intimate venue. Sound could be a bit better and seats are a bit small. Otherwise a decent place to see a show.

Nice clean venue. I agree with some others in regards to seating. Nice place, good parking. Good staff when I went. Only issue is I wish they would invest in elevated seating. I had to move from the 4th row to the last row so I could stand up and not block anyone because I couldnt see while seated in my 4th row seat . It was a bit uncomfortable. But otherwise a nice place.

I only go to the rec center but its always clean. The guy at the counter, James, is always a very professional and courteous person.

Has a great stage and theater. Huge space cant wait to see one of the plays here just to see how the sound is. I heard it on low for testing. Makes me curious to see it in action.

Great place. Was used for church meetings. Clean, vary spacious. Being on top of the hill the view is great.

Wonderful opportunity for the kids

I’m so disappointed and angry at this kind of service. I’ve never met someone more racist or rude to us. If I could literally give this zero stars I would . I had my graduation party there and I told the lady sussana in advance that no men were allowed into the room for religious reason because they wear the scarf. She started to interrogate me and told me she don’t understand why no men can’t be there and if I’m trying to sneak any alcohol in that it’s not going to work and my reasoning sounds very suspicious. She was being very racist as I have explained to her 3 times that because the women wear the headscarf the hijab no man from maintenance can enter the room and she kept telling me she still doesn’t comprehend why I can’t let men in and that I shouldn’t see that as a problem . She disrespected my values and my wishes in regards of the party and religion . As I’m in the middle of the party my sister comes frightened and tells me a mean lady screamed at us. I go to see why I kept seeing sussana screaming at the cleaner lady and the little kids . She came to my mom and I yelling turn your volume down it’s too loud we will kick you out if it’s not lowered without giving me warning before to lower it. She was giving me and my mother attitude and when I looked away to leave she said don’t roll your eyes at me when I was not even facing her. She had no right to tell me that because she was the one who came running in ruining my party and kept shouting at little innocent kids . If she had approached me asking nicely I would have willingly turned down the music but she came yelling at my mother an I. Also on my way out another party was going on where the music was excessively loud and I can hear on my way to the bathrooms but they were not asked to turn down the volume . I will be contacting the head of the office because I felt violated and I felt like she was being very racist and very rude which was not acceptable and I felt like my party was ruined by her.

Wife, Sr in Law, and me love venue and all 3 acts great and many memories for us! Best of all African American young staff person at tickets was great help and didnt get name but best customer service- jim and lyn berko

A spectacular charity event and silent auction. It was the 6th Annual Dreamplex Gala entitled A Night of Inspiration and it truly was! Inspiring young people with stories of love and overcoming adversity. A lesson for us all!

The sound in the room was great!!

Great show. However the seats were$45 each and was difficult to see the stage. The chairs need to either be elevated or the stage to be up higher. I would not go to that theater again for that price unless I had front row seating

Very dissatisfied, we paid for our seats in advance, and got to the venue, and our seat selection had been reversed, so instead of being on the 1, and 2seats, on the inside, we were the 1,and 2 seats on the outside, having to see over 11 rows! I ended up standing up against the wall to see at all. When I said something to an usher, she admitted, they changed the seats around!! The people in front of us were complaining also. Guess you dont get what you pay for anymore!!

The auditourim is big enougg for the playera but there is no room for the crowd or parents

Nice location, but the theater needs to have seats that are stacked higher. Almost flat, if you sure in the back, it is hard to see the stage.
