Not a bad place to live. Looks like they have all the amenities available to residents. Location is great. Not high end but if your looking for a decent place this one is not bad.

Beautiful park, perfect location for beaches and shopping

Great place

Lovely community, well kept grounds. Good management and other than to say hello they pretty much leave you alone. The pool is used a lot and is nearly always immaculate. I just wished the heated part was a constant. We like to use in early evenings and its chilly to cold. Otherwise we enjoy living here.

Great place 15 min from Clearwater Beach and they have their own pool!

They claim it is age qualified and no gogs over 30 lbs. Allow dogs at least twice that wait. Also anyone Ken and does go to the pool. No security and drinking and very young kids in the pool by themselves. The monthly fee is high and th base is what you are told about ...then you get a bill for water split by everyone at the park whether you have one or four people living at the house. This is a slum .

Most of the people are sweet, We have great neighbors and our street is so chill. I was sick and now my husband is going to have a dangerous neck surgery next month and will be outta work for almost 3 months and in disabled and so all I can do is clean and take care of him, all I have is a CAN licence and so if any1 needs help with anything over the next 4 or 5 mo. Let me know, in cheap and thorough in every thing that I do. Day or night, weekdays or weekends. As long as I know a few days beforehand just in case we have to go to the VA in Gainesville for a night or a day, possibly 2. My love and I are sliding up on our 30 year anniversary and r gonna renew our vows Sept 24th 2019. I love you Wilèy and I adore you more every moment I wake up and youre still here with me. 45 and up community now no longer 55 they have heated pool lots of activities at the clubhouse but the lot rent is over 600 and keeps climbing

Lot rent to high for such a low grade trailer park.
