They have a scanner that will preview the item on a TV before you buy. Unbelievable! I like it because you know exactly what your getting. Dont go in if you just want to look. Youll walk out with a cart full and a smile before you know it. Rod was fantastic. Hes very knowledgeable and his customer service was outstanding. Very clean and professional establishment. Best Ive ever been to! Will recomend it to anyone, anywhere. I drove 90 minutes and will happily again.

Very Expensive.. Had an issue with the card reader.. Left for cash and returned to an alternate payemnt method which should have been offered at 1st.. Poor Training and Customer Service

Deceptive parking signs with rude management and employees. Dont let your kids wear swag from other firework stores when you go in, they will make sure you know exactly how they feel about the competition. Yall are the ones the opened a firework store RIGHT next to a established, nationwide firework retailer. I go to more than one grocery store for the best deals. Its completely reasonable that consumers of fireworks would do the same. Not the way to gain or keep customers!

Went here last year and got some great deals! Moved up to Seymour and it looks like we are coming back today to get those same deals and quality. Great selection and good prices that do not compare to others within the area.

My wife & I have been going here for our Independence Day fireworks the last couple of years and they are the best firework store in the area, that weve noticed. Not only do they have great prices that beat surrounding stores (yes, we checked), but their selection of Black Cat and Brothers fireworks is amazing. Their staff is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what puts out the best display, and what may not. Well definitely be shopping here for years to come. Do yourself a favor and dont waste gas running all over the area looking for the best deals; we learned the hard way.....or, should I say, the time consuming way.

Staff was very helpful and prices were great. They have an area where you can scan the fireworks and see them in action on tv which was incredibly helpful! May get cheaper prices elsewhere but definitely not for the quality of the fireworks!

Great staff took four grandkids there today they each had a basket and dollar amount to spend. Jill checked us out rang each kids fireworks up seperate to make sure of dollar amount then another girl took bags and marked their names on them so all would be seperated. Will shop there next year.

Come here every year and walk out with a ton of stuff. Super fair prices and worth the money. Wont go anywhere else. To many other places will rip you off. Love these guys

Steven was a great help. Told him our budget and what we were looking for. Not only did he have great product knowledge but also helped with how to set up fireworks and work our way to our finale. Felt like I was talking to a young man who was passionate and knowledgeable about helping us put on an awesome display for our family fireworks show. Will definitely be a repeat customer for years because of this experience.

This is my daughters first 4th of July celebration without their dad... This was the one holiday he always had the girls. Pyro City helped this mom find a show that was under budget and exceeded their expectations! I will only shop this store from now on!! Thank you to the wonderful staff that made this possible!!

I went in because I knew the manager of the place and he had told me to stop in if I ever needed anything and as it turned out I did need a few things so when I went in it was like six-flags for fireworks. There was more products than I had ever seen. The prices were amazing too, even though I knew him personally he still was able to describe nearly every single firework in there and I was impressed. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great help last year. The gentleman who operates this facility actually helped us build our show around what we had to spend. No gimmicks, no hassles. Loads better than who they are across the street from...cheaper in price too!

The best place to get fireworks hands down. I overheard an employee explain how fireworks arent like milk and bread, since you only buy them once a year. So naturally you dont know what they are supposed to cost. Yeah you can go to a competitor and get the buy one get free, but they just mark them up to just be the cost of two plus some to make money off of you. Pryo City just has them priced right for one. Been shopping here for the 4th of July for many years now. Every once and a while I think maybe Ill go somewhere else to try it out, just to be disappointed by the competitors price and end up at Pryo City anyways. Save yourself the headache and just go there to start with.
