A Recreation Center in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Cincinnati. Pleasant Ridge should be if hasnt already been listed as one of the most livable neighborhoods in Cincinnati. The recreation center has a variety of programs that cater to youth to mature adult. A very family centered area and facility.
This is a great playground. Im working my way around Cincinnati with the kids in search of great outdoor places for them to play. This playground is among our favorites so far. Theres a large wooden playground with several rope ladders, slides, and monkey bars/rings. The kids had a blast running around and I appreciated the 3+ hour naps that began almost the moment the were buckled into their car seats to go home. The only thing I wish there was more of at this park was shade. There arent many trees close enough to the playground to provide shade for little ones to nap in. There is one area with a roof and benches around it, but it was a bit crowded with other parents and their babies in strollers. There just wasnt enough shaded space, at least at the time of day we were there. That wont keep us away though. Well definitely be coming back here a few times a month. This playground is right next to the Pleasant Ridge CRC which has a small waterpark. We havent been there yet, but look forward to using it whenever it opens for the summer.
Very nice swimming with social distancing enforced
The pool is a million times better not that reservations are required.
Today was my first day at the gym and I absolutely love that will be my routine.
Being that I was a former basketball player here in Cincinnati play high school basketball and Withrow High School to here we won the city championship and went on up State and lost in the final I really enjoy that part I played there many times back in the seventies its amazing how well the park has been kept so awesome watching the kids run up and down the court shooting ball and all the Nets is still on the rim
My Mom is an avid pickleball player and recently brought me to Pleasant Ridge to join her over the Thanksgiving holiday. The gym they set up the pickleball nets in fits three pickleball nets, but they seem to designate one net for Advanced (3.5+) which ultimately means there are only 2 nets available for general round robin play. In short, if there are a lot of players, wait times between games tend to be longer here than at some of the other local pickleball spots simply due to the number of nets available.Staff here is very friendly.
Nice community pool. Would be nice if the lifeguards were less timid about enforcing the rules, like keeping folks off the pool entry stairs so others can get in. I really appreciate the adult swim time when the kids get out to rest & settle down a bit. Pool area is always clean. They need new/more pool chairs & loungers.
Pool is on the smaller side with a separate area for the single diving board. A swim test must be passed prior to diving board use. The baby pool was closed on my visit but looked like a nice size and is located in a gated off area. There is a splash pad located just outside of the pool which is open dusk til dawn and is free to use. Call for pool schedule and pricing.
We went to the Trunk or Treat event and really enjoyed it!!
Bravo to the visionary & architects of this playground we affectionately call, The Castle that unifies all cultures and ages. Thanking God this in my neighborhood! The Rec Center has numerous programs for kids & adults for a modest $45 annually.
We had a Nice time at the sprayground. Not too crowded, the people there were very respectful. My kids (daycare) enjoyed it so much. They didnt want to go to Happy Hearts for lunch. And were asking can we go again.
The BANDO school Lion Corps Academy teaches very real world self defense. For both males and females!! You need to experience it to believe it!!

Great summer program, and after care for PRM. Kelly the director and Mr. JJ Absolutely are amazing . My son Xander absolutely loves it there and then
The pool needs to have an outside clock. It took too long to register for a single membership. Thanks for putting a clock on the outside of building for the pool patrons.
I attend weekly meetings there on Fridays. No issues restrooms or clean the rooms that the meeting is in is clean and the staff is friendly
Just a good place to go
