Happy it wasnt packed with rude talkative teenagers! Tonight we actually got to watch the movie we didnt have to walk out this time so it was awesome

Wonderful experience!!! My other half and I went to see Tenet around 6 weeks ago here and the theater was super clean!! The popcorn also tasted delicious. I was hoping additional new movies would come out but they havent yet which is really sad. To me, sitting at home and watching a show doesnt compare to a date night movie and dinner outside. I hope it doesnt become the end to the theater industry because people will miss it. :(

I tried to take my sister to see a movie and they told me we could not see a movie because I wasn’t her legal guardian then asked for legal papers if I was. I understand the curfew for children but I am over 21 and your telling me I can’t enjoy a movie with my 13 year old sister because I don’t have legal paperwork that’s a bit much for me. And so that mean aunts and uncles grandmas and grandpas and god parents can not take their love ones to see a movie if they don’t have legal proof of the child being theirs. Who takes legal paperwork to a movie night with their family.

Went with my 2 two year olds, staff was polite and helpful, the movie didnt start on time but the seats were comfortable, and the Croods movie was great. I would definitely repeat.

Greatness! I just saw Spider-Man into the spider verse with my wife and my son on his birthday! It was a pretty good movie!The theater was clean and it wasnt that crowded because it was a late showing.Overall I like the cinema, and of course I love the reclining seats. They are very comfortable.We also had a lot of space in front of us because we were in the front part of the section, near the walkway area that divides the seat sections. That sounds confusing.The 3D portion of the movie with the glasses, that was okay. Im not sure how I feel about 3D these days. Although it stimulates your extra senses, sometimes I think just watching the plane movie would be alright.I definitely will go back to the Cinemark Theatres, because its clean, and they have a lot of good movies selections! A+

It felt great getting back to the movies. Very clean and welcoming. The biggest surprise came in the marked down concessions. Movie, popcorn, drink and candy came to about $20.

I an my partners watched TENET there. That was my first time in that Cinema. The recliner seats had me wanting to overstay my welcome.

Such a great theater. If you’re looking for the whole super comfy recliner seats and great food experience, this is it. They do require you to select your seats when you purchase tickets so I prefer to buy online to avoid the hassle of being flustered while I’m there. But besides that there’s plenty of parking and it’s a great experience.

The staff wore mask, we were the only group in the theatre once we exited the employee went right in to clean up after us.

Very easy experience and nice theater. Offers a lot of small and more intimate screens/theaters. Ive seen two different movies there and have been in a theater that seats well over 100 and a theater that seats about 50. The screen and audio quality has been great both times, as well as nice leather recliners. My only complaint is, that as a very tall person my feet hit the chair in front of me and not wanting to be rude I unreclined my seat, but I was still comfortable.

Seemed like a very nice theatre, but its a good idea to get your tickets well in advance unless you want to sit right in front of the screen. Stadium seating is nice I guess, but I really find it inconvenient because there are so many fewer seats. All of the outdoor kiosks were out of order the line inside was moving very slowly, but the indoor kiosk was in working order. There are parking spots specifically for carpool and fuel efficient vehicles, that was quite nice.

My boyfriend and I went to a different theater than we usually would when we go out to see a special animated movie (even though we havent seen many) and in this particular theater we wanted to up our experience and decided to go for XD (one of the huge ultimate experiences with leather recliner seats rooms). Id be lying if I said our viewing experience was ultimate because it clearly wasnt from the constant buzzing that radiated throughout the room from the entire time we were in the theater from start to finish of the film and all the stagnant silence in between scenes as well.... Another issue is that the volume through the movies was WEAK! I mean absolutely pitiful for the so called experience we were supposed to be getting and that we paid for. I honestly could of had better overall sound let alone surround sound in my own home. At first we thought it was just the begining of the movie and would get louder in time but already 5-10 minutes in it wasnt getting any louder and eventually my boyfriend went to talk to someone up front and someone turned it up maybe just a smidge because the volume was still awful in the end... Id like to say wed go back to the theater but Im not sure after that... We saw the new My Hero Academia movie: Heros rising in dub.The overall layout wasnt too complicated and the theater itself was pretty big while it seemed to be a much nicer and cleaner theater than most I cant speak about it too much. Like any theater no one has any respect and will leave trash around for others to pick it up by the end of the movie however, I appreciate the time and effort into the amount of options they allow you for all your trash. Directly when you walk out from the doors of the XD theater they have a sink to pour any leftover liquids before throwing away your cups, they have different bins to separate your trash,and even allow you to recycle. We dont usually get popcorn,snacks, or drinks when we go to the movies because of how expensive it can be but we did end up getting drinks and some candy and my boyfriend didnt come back and complain so Im going to guess price was fair and everything went fine.

Nice theater. Great concessions. Three XD theater is awesome. All theaters have stadium style seating with recliners. Staff keep everything clean. Bathrooms are fine. And the clientele are well behaved. This is my go to theater in Cincinnati.

Really enjoyed our experience at the movies

Service is ok for a movie theater, food is pricy though that is to be expected at any theater. Auditoriums are clean for the most part, definitely a nice theater to go and catch a show. I would recommend If you are in the area.

Yesterday during the movie “ just Mercy” at 610 session, a friend of mine and my son were there and some people close to us were really mean to us since when they got there. My friend was turning her phone off and the lady beside us took that to the management saying that she was using the phone during the movie? Manager came and threatened to send take my friend out of the theater if she didn’t stop using her phone even though she was just turning her phone off? The this particular family told us to “ go back to where we came from” Yes, we are from Brazil!! Watching an anti racists movie and she said that in front of the manager! That family want to cause trouble since when they got there and we were fine not bothering anyone. I think the situation. Was not handled the way it should. Very disappointed.

Really nice lots of actual theaters inside so a good selection of movies to see. The concession stand is self service for drinks and gets a little crowded sometimes but I actually like that concept. Comfortable reclining seats are really nice as well.

One of the nicest theaters in the area. Several concession options including alcohol and comfortable recliner seating. Great screen quality and volume control, some of the newer theaters tend to be too loud but this was just right.

The seats are ridiculously comfortable and basically fully recline. The place is clean and well maintained and usually not to busy before 6. Its great coming here during the afternoon.

The seating is very nice and comfortable. Reclining chairs and good sound quality. Very good place to bring you family and friends to.

Was pretty clean, the pricing wasn’t bad at all for the quality of the theater it’s self.$8.50 for everyone other than children and elders.They do lack staff that voluntarily interacts with you.

This is our neighborhood movie theater so we go there a lot. Their prices are a little bit higher than other movie theaters but with the upgrades we dont mind going. They do serve adult beverage there and have the usual snacks and treats you get at any other theater. The employees, most of the time, are very nice and attentive, I really cant complain.

Saw Yesterday here. Great movie theater! What else do you need? You have plenty of snacks and beverages. You have comfortable recliner seats. And great sound. Added bonus ... I really liked the movie.

Show was great and so was the seating, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and very well lit. Im giving 4 stars because the pop corn wasnt freshly popped and there was no changing stantion for infants in the rest room.

Theater is a little older. Service was good and concession prices were about the same as other theaters. The $5 Tuesday deal they have is an excellent way to go to movies and not have to spend as much.

I think the theater itself is great. Good beer selection, seats are comfy. Everything youd want in a theater. But what ever happened to checking in on the movies? I mean everytime I go theres someone on the phone texting, recording, talking, etc., and even when the staff is informed of this, they dont care at all. I live 5 minutes away from Oakley and would rather drive across town than go to this one.

Nice area on the east of Cincinnati. Close to expressway (I-71) and stores. Developers have put in a lot of work creating a space dedicated to shopping and other forms of entertainment,like restaurants, a movie theater and more. There are also condominiums in this area giving the city like experience within realm of the suburbs. Theres a Parking lot available and grocery store, you name it. Theres no denying that this is a beautiful area of the city offering tons of convenience. Ive seen the transformation of this small neighborhood occupied by young and mature families, into a place of visual stimulation, access, and opportunity. Its something to rave about and should be raved about considering this transformation has came at such a high cost to those who can no longer afford the experience Oakley Station and surrounding areas offers. The theater has nice seats. Tickets are roughly $12. A Plethora of food and snack options. The theater tends to be crowded on weekends.

I was really disappointed to learn that the theatre charges an extra 1.75 per ticket if you buy from Cinemark, every other ticket vendor sells tickets just a few cents higher than list price EXCEPT the people who own the theatre. Youll be last on my list from now on, unethical creeps.

This movie theater is very nice. It has a bar and large concession station. You are able to buy your tickets online or outside before you walk into the theater. The staff is nice and helpful. The seats are large and comfortable and are able to recline but still leaving enough space for people to walk through the aisle.

Enjoyed the movie, nice theater, but weve been spoiled. We like being served dinner at the movies now. Love Florence 14 reserve adult seating. Oakley did not have that feature

Theater itself was fine. But the bar/ snack area was a mess. The manager stood and chatted while the line backed up. Someone in line asked him if he would get someone to help and he turned and walked away

Its great. The lounge chairs make all the difference. My only real negative would be the concession area. Rarely is the whole area up and running and it is often very dirty.

I like the Comfortable reclining chairs. I can purchase Disney T shirts, ect., of the movie playing, Clean friendly environment. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

Cinemark is the best movie theater there is in the neighborhood!, Because of the fact this movie theater has a lot of different variety movie genres you can choose from! Also you can buy snacks such as: ice cream, items from pizza hut, popcorn, cheese and pretzels, nachos, soft drinks and candy ect! and last of all: their very clean and the staff there are very polite and respectful! So come on down to Cinemark and enjoy the movies!

The theatre was great.....what was upsetting was the seat availability at the counter made u feel the movie was going to be full and u couldnt choose the seat u want....but then the movie was empty and plenty of seating.....idk if its an order ahead and not show up issue or what but I domt like assigned seating for that reason....something has to be left to the 1st one there gets it!!

Came to this movie theater beacse it was closer to were I leave. I took my family meaning me my brothers and cousins. To watch a rated R movie and was told that my cousin needs to have one of there parents in other for me to purchase his ticket cuz his under 17. Im an adult that was going to watch it with them

Perhaps dry food sells more alcohol? Potstickers: deep fried, not super flavorful. The soft tacos: dry with little to no crunchy vegetation or flavorful elements. Short rib sandwich could have been good ... the meat was tender and the bun was soft. The smidge of bbq sauce had a nice flavor. There was not enough sauce and the overly ample greasy fried onions dried the sandwich out to the point that it was nearly inedible. I asked the waitress about the sauce of the voodoo pasta. She warned me not to order it because it was an overly spicy red sauce. I asked if they would be willing to add some cream to make it a cream sauce, as I always love a cajun cream sauce pasta. She said no, they wouldnt and couldnt make it a cream sauce. A man nearby ordered it and its not a red sauce at all, its a cajun cream sauce! The server had no idea what she was serving. The drinks were good, and the workers were nice.

The chairs are like you are sitting at home. The sound system is off the hook, and the staff are accommodating. There was a fight if young teens out at the curb when we left but I’m sure that happens ever so often. I would go back and watch a movie here.

This theater is cool but like all theaters I dont like the assigned seating arrangement. I feel like its Juvenile and takes me back to high school. I also dont like how they randomly have people standing up in the theater. Ive heard a lot of things about random people disturbing the peace in movie theaters and whenever I see that it makes me nervous and want to leave. In terms of the theater itself sometimes the seats are really sticky due to the workers not cleaning up after each movie so that can be kind of disgusting.

Cinema is clean and employees are nice. Seeing regular releases is usually fine, but Ive been to about 10 special event screenings (Ghibli, Anime, and Opera) and all except maybe 2 have had some issue or another.3 special event screenings had audio or video problems and theater managers are always quick to hand out free passes afterwards, which is nice, but Im running out of patience after experiencing so many problems. The December screening of Magic Flute was pitch black, no side lights, no stair lights, no video, no sound) in the theater for the first 10 minutes at the beginning of the show, which is quite dangerous as people were still making their way to their seats in the dark.Then I started having problems with my prepaid Met Opera series tickets because all tickets for November through May printed at the podium back in November and either the employee or I disposed of the extra ones because we werent aware we had to hold on to them...which is kinda silly to have all the tickets pre-printed and have to hold on to all your tickets for 7 months!When I went to the next opera show in January, it was a big mess trying to get in because the system showed all the tickets had been printed even though the rest of the showings were in the future. They could see on my app that I had a ticket and where my seat was, so whats the big deal? Manager wrote out a bunch of post-it notes for my future tickets and said hed come find me, but after the show was over, I couldnt find him, so I left. I am dreading going through this nonsense again.I really want to like this theater, but I dont feel comfortable committing to any special event screenings anymore.

Im glad I no longer have to go to Newport on the Levee to see a movie. Not that the AMC at the Levee isnt enjoyable, but Im much happier with Cinemark because its closer to my neighborhood. My family and I always enjoy ourselves when we attend.

Plenty of parking space and comfortable reclining chairs. Prices for matinee are affordable, but articles in the concession area are expensive.

My family and I went for the End Game showing, theater was clean and well organized.As for prices welp we all know they have to make their money its a business but its still very expensive.However I went to purchase popcorn and here is where I saw something that made me completely change my mind about the purchase.While the young lady was filling the popcorn bag she began to top it off and I notice that alot of the popcorn is falling back into the popcorn area while touching her bare skin on the arms and hand.As she finished filling my bag and proceeds to hand me my bag, a single popcorn fell into her hand and she throws it back into the the area that holds the popcorn again with her bare hands.At that moment I told her nevermind and left to enjoy the movie.So its a great place for watching a movie in comfortable reclining seats, however I would caution you on food and snack purchases.

This place rocks! I love the modern feel and touch of this theatre! The concession stand is small but they have a bar and offer alcohol. Also ice cream and Pizza Hut pizzas. This theatre has assigned seating at every movie and the seats are all recliners now. Great movie theatre with ample parking, lots to eat, great seating, and great facilities. Overall one of the better movie theaters I’ve been to.

Nice theater- love the reclining seats. I dont like the reserved seating. I know some do but I prefer showing up early to get a better seat, not buying it weeks in advance.

It was very nice the people are friendly & helpful the price was great. Sr. Day on Mondays. My mother enjoyed the reclining chair so did I it was nice er than any movie theater I have been it, except it was to cold while watching movie. So do not forget your winter coat & the food is pricey but I enjoyed refills on popcorn.

Comfortable chairs, variety of food and drinks selection including coffee and alcohol options. Honest staff. I left my wallet in the theater on 1/4/18. When I returned to look for it, an usher had found it and turned it in to management. Nothing was missing from it. Thanks so much. Will keep coming back.

We like this theater for the Tuesday 5 dollar movies. The seats are nice and the theaters are very large and exciting. However, aside from the popcorn, the food is not great. I got a hot dog wrapped in foil, and it was like someone squeezed it in a big, meaty fist. I opened it up and the bun was all squishy and smooshed. I saw they all looked that too. But weve gotten other food from there before too and it just isnt that good, especially for the price.

This is an excellent theater. There is a good selection of foods, soda, coffee and beer. Pizza and chicken tenders are good. Popcorn is always fresh. The seats are comfortable and recline with more control than the other theaters in the area. Plus, they do a lot of pre-release screening here. They really go the distance to get you through the line and into your movie.

I really enjoyed myself and the service from the cashier to the usher, concession stand workers and the cashier was great.I cant wait to see something else.GODBLESS!!!!

Went to see the 11:10 show Sonic. Movie was great and there is going to be a Part II. When working with food the staff needs to have their hair covered up. Ewww weave on the popcorn
