New ownership and went in and painless sign up process. My little girl loved it. Really big inflatables and she really enjoyed herself. She even went down the biggest slide inflatable which is a big deal for my daughter as she was very nervous about it once she was up there. The owner was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

My 2 year old and 4 year old grandsons had a blast here. Price was reasonable and the Owner, Management were very nice and helpful. Kenya was a very kind and welcoming woman. Great place to let the kids wear themselves out.

This place is amazing! Such a great price! We could spend all day here especially when its bad weather out. The staff is great too! Such a fantastic place to come!

Friendly, fun, family environment! The owners are so nice and more than helpful with party planning or general questions. Yes the mall itself is old, but don’t let that keep you from enjoying low cost family friendly fun! We go here at least once or twice a month with both kids.

Perfect place for our 2 year old. The slides and trampolines are great and the dance studio was her favorite part. Great rainy day place

Went for 1 hr of recreation play and I was prepared after reading some of the other reviews. However we were greeted by the general manager & she was a delight. The kids had a blast on the inflatables & there are very few rules to follow. Well worth the money. Most of the negative reviews were surrounding birthday parties so not able to review that portion.

The place is all dirty. Look at the red pipes in the ceiling. Its really nasty looking. They need to clean these down really good. Before some kid gets sick. Thats all they need. With the occupancy there down to 5 places open!! Thats saying a lot. If anybody doesnt have asthma, they will soon enough.

Bee Active Gym is THE place to take your family for FAMILY ORIENTED fun where you can get fit and have fun at the same time! I took my family there and it was so amazing! This place is really, really unique and its worth a trip in to see just how fun and cool it really is. The employees are really friendly and the management is top notch! I would not hesitate to bring a friend in and we are thinking of getting a membership so we can come back again and again! Thanks a million Bee Active for such a great time with our family!

Birthday party here. It was great. Kids had a blast, fees were reasonable, and staff was nice.The only downside is that they are in this zombie movie like mall.

They don’t have heat in the entire Cincinnati Mills mall. We went yesterday and it felt like we were playing outside ! They have small space heaters but my child was freezing . I didn’t know we needed to play with jackets sweaters hats and gloves on. The place has nothing to do. No trampolines anymore just 5 little blow ups. They also make little girls with earrings wear bandaids to cover them up . Oh and if you have beads wear a hair net ! Boooooo 0 stars

I enjoy this place but they can improve on 1. Offer more discount days 2. Overnight at a reasonable flat rate like $20 per child 3. Management is rude all the time!!!!!

Really hard to find in the deserted, creepy mall. Hauled 6 kids in there only to find that the hours are not what is listed on their website and they were closed. Since then other people have told me this place is so beat up they dont even think it is safe for kids.

Rude staff grandson did not have socks told them when we went in charged me anyway so I told him to go play he had soft deck shoes on. And there were it her kids on play area with tennis shoes on. Staff yelled at him he was in tears. I told them wanted a refund as he couldnt play. Was told didnt give refunds. I was wearing pink fuzzy socks so I convinced him to put then on so he could play. My granddaughter came back and told me manager and staff were pointing and laughing at him not only rude but unprofessional.

I have been there twice for birthday parties, once for my 6 year olds birthday and the seconded tome with my 3 year old. I enjoyed it both times, the staff are always friendly and work hard to accommodate all of our needs. I really appreciated Andys help over the phone she was great! Thanks!!

This place is awsome my brother and i love it we can practice gymnasticts and have fun. The workers even helped me learn a new trick thank you bee active.

Be Active (for kids) and Bee Fitness are two different businesses (same owner, apparently) at opposite ends of the nearly abandoned Forest Fair Mall (in 2017). In reading other peoples comments, some people seem to have the two businesses mixed up. Bee Active has a half-dozen large, fun inflatables for children and a some basic trampoline and gymnastic equipment suitable only for kids, which is fine-- its a place for kids. I havent been to the adult center. My six-year olds had a blast on the inflatables, but the snack bar was not staffed. Provide your own parental supervision--you cant rely on those incredibly bored looking teens who are working there. Still, my kids had great fun and well go again some rainy day.

Been to other clubs in the Great Cinti Area but now that i have completed my 7 day trial. Ive decide that Bee Active is a great Fit . Was just going go in for information and couldnt resist how nice and clean the facility.was . Jeff the Owner (cool dude) took me around show me the different equipment and machines . And also the Area where the Zumba & Spinning classes are held ...Wow .. Looks like a dance studio . Just to add went into the women bathroom clean, nice sauna area ....You wouldnt be disappoint ...Worth your health and money ...I am a Bee Active Member...love it !!!!

I’m upset, I booked a Birthday party in October. Paid my deposit.. I just happen to call Sunday 11/5 too confident my appointment.. They have been closed down.. I haven’t receive a call, text, email nothing.. I’m very upset the party was supposed to be 11/11 had too hurry up and make another plans... I’m pissed the f*** off .. If you been in business 15 years you know too inform the party ASAP I’m pissed.. Been calling since Sunday no response...

Such a fun place for our children to go on a field trip. We had a great time!

Stay away!!! No safe!!!We came here couple of times before on the weekdays and is was good, we decided to come here on Sunday 1/15/17. There was one person only working up front collecting money, no one on the floor, it says no food or drinks, no one cared, kids were running with the soda and throwing papers from candies right there on the floor, equipment is old and dirty, there is no are for toddlers, my daughter was hit several times, if the sigh said only for children under 5, there were kids 10 years old pushing little ones, if the sigh said only for under 10 years old, there you will have 15 years old running. I mean it was awful. 10$ for an hour for this horror, there are some much better places for cheaper price. We ended up leaving early, just because I was worried about safety of my child. Another girl left crying, because she got hit and she had blood in her mouth.

It would be a really cool place but its hard to find. Theres not one sign, not even on the entrance. The workers are suppose to help but every time i asked for something from one of the workers i got a sigh and they stashed their feet doing anything. We actually had to ask one of the workers to put a trash bag in the trash can so that WE could clean up. And reservations are almost impossible seeing that they hardly ever answer their phones, thats if you dont get the busy signal. We scheduled 4-6 and, even though most were already gone or getting ready to leave, they were pushy and kind of rude to get us out the door. The kids had fun on the inflatables though.

The Customer Service at this place is not of quality. The manager on duty was very rude. The place lacks communication when it comes to hosting parties. They overbook and we had to wait until the party before us was done at 2 pm when our party started at 2pm. This meant my guest had to wait because of their time management problems. I will say if I had known what I do now I would not have booked this place.

We had my daughters birthday at Bee Active and was not pleased at all. We paid over $250 for party and the party time was from 3-5 and at 4pm the manager cut wrist bands off children and told them play time was over, we had 15 kids crying so we had to purchase additional play time for entire birthday party. NO PARTY RULES was explained to us when we paid for the party, we had to purchase 15 pair of socks for children its summer kids came to party in flip flops and we were NOT TOLD about proper foot wear when when paid our money either. The manager was very very RUDE. and its a very fun place but sadly bad management NEVER AGAIN......

This place is a joke.No signs at any entrance to an abandoned mall that remotely helps you find this place. They charge 10 an hour to play on 4 inflatables and 1 is not blown up while we are here right now. Management is not professional or even friendly. Called yesterday and asked about opening time wich was 12 noon and apon arrival, the ninja course isnt even open and this is exactly why we even came here. After paying for an hour, was informed the ninja course opens at 1. Smh. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Overpriced, unfriendly, hole in the abandoned wall

We paid for 4 children to play. The manager told us she was going to open the gymnastics in a little bit. The gymnastics wasnt even closed down. No do not enter sign, or anything.There were other kids playing on the equipment and she had the nerve to tell us if we didnt get off of the gymnastics she would throw us out. I asked her again why they couldnt play then she proceeded to tell me gymnastics was only for private play and during open recreation it was getting tore up. When on the website it CLEARLY states open recreation is for the inflatables and the gymnastics area. I asked for the owners number because there were five of them and three of them were just standing around talking instead of supervising the children.

Always a great time and best off all kids of all ages are welcome to jump!! no scheduling special time blocks for kids of different ages!!! plan on having a bday party here in april 2015 and it was cheaper then the plaves close to home :-)
