Got to see Les Mis and WOW is all i can say! The venue is stunning and gorgeous. There was not a bad seat in there. The acoustics were superb, I never felt like I couldnt hear something. Venue was easy to find right in the heart of Cincinnati. The staff and ushers were super nice. It was the valentine day showing so it was a packed house but the venue handled the large crowds excellently. Highly recommend seeing any show that travels through here.

Saw the Aladdin ballet at the Aronoff and really liked it! It didnt really follow the Disney version (probably bc of copyright) but the sets were nice and the dancing was really beautiful! It was great for people of all ages. Here are some pictures from my seat. I was sitting in the loge rear, row g, in seat 215. Hope you enjoy your show!

A delightful theater in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Plenty of parking all around the venue, and some great places for pre- and post- show eats. The Broadway seasons here are always well planned with high- level performances. Seating is comfortable, even in the cheap seats. Temperature and climate control are much better than comparable venues in Indianapolis. Concessions are limited, but sufficient for the type of venue it is. Do not hesitate to buy tickets to the programs here. I dont believe there is an obstructed view anywhere in the place. The balcony is high, and elevators are limited, so either arrive early enough to use them or bring your stair climbing shoes. Ive caught 2 shows here in the last 9 months. Another coming in 2 weeks. Love this venue!

Absolutely beautiful venue! I was fortunate enough to be able to see Dear Evan Hansen the other night and the performance was incredible! The staff was very helpful and efficiently got everyone into their seats. They had a nice selection of drinks, I was able to enjoy some of the wine during the intermission and everything was priced reasonably. Overall, this is one of the best theaters that I have visited and I look forward to having the opportunity to return!

So everything is wonderful and the seasons are great, but the theater is too big. Like if you sit anywhere behind the lower balcony front section you might as well just stream it illegally online. You will feel closer and more connected to whatever you are seeing. Pre-order drinks are fire and they have a good system set up for it.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. We saw the Lion King musical; which was amazing definitely recommend! The ushers were awesome. We had our 4year-old with us and they brought him a booster seat without us even asking; which we didnt even know that was an option so we were definitely impressed. Also, parking garages nearby were only $10. In my opinion, fairly cheap and very close walking distance to the Aronoff. We cant wait to go back again.

Got a last minute ticket to The Book of Mormon the day of the performance. Still, just as easy to get the ticket. My seat was in the very last row of the uppermost balcony of Proctor & Gamble Hall. The show was still amazing and I did not have a problem with the seat! I also saw The Hunchback of Notre Dame in the other theatre and it was amazing! There isnt a bad seat in either theatre. I see a ton of Broadway shows there and Ive never had any problems. Staff is always amazing a nice!

Every event experienced at the Aronoff is always exciting and full of magic. The performances NEVER fail to entertain, talent overflows from the stage, and I always leave feeling that I just experienced another life in time the intensity of a quiet moment in a scene, when you can hear a pin drop, but, at the same time feel the enormity of a character’s emotion...an experience only felt at a live event :)Staff is always helpful with a smile, the ease of arriving and exiting w/o hassle is provided consistently. A variety of dining choices before and after shows are perfect, and each event I look so forward to! Thank you, Aronoff for your unwavering attention to details provided to your customers!I Cannot wait for the next show

Could use an upgrade to its concession offerings I think. Lines too long and too limited of offerings. I think some kind of cool stylish vending machines could be a fabulous addition. However, the Stage, stage lights, performance and seating are all Top Notch in my opinion. Had a great time at Lion King!

The Aronoff is a beautifully decorated theater. Ive only been a few times, seeing The Lion King, 12 Angry Men, and Motown the Musical but each visit was highly enjoyable. There really isnt a bad seat in the house and the seats are comfortable enough but if you are short or need a little more cushion, they have seat cushions you can borrow for free.During our recent visit to see The Lion King, I purchased coffee (delicious!), Chocolate covered peanuts, and cheese crackers. Ive purchased acoholic mixed drinks in the past and the service was quick and the servers are very friendly. Im sure that I will be attending more shows here during 2020.

Missy takes me here to make a worldly man of me. If y’all are into artsy, a good place for you. If you’re into low impact karate or Netflix binging, this will not hit your spot. It would be a 4 star if they hike the wine price. Lucky for them, them Gallo are still seven bucks, to make the artsy stuff more palatable. It gets into you, them artsy places... “palatable” ... how hip my review is!

Great experience from security to the dedicated volunteers. Mostly would impress how they handle our issue with a third party dealer. Apparently the owner of the season ticket decided to sell his or her seats twice, leaving us holding the bag. The Aronoff was very courteous with our issues and offer better seats for the same price. Needless to say, my Wife gave the third party dealer a piece of her mind while demanding the return of our money. BTW Les Mis was awesome! The cast to the set has outdone previous tours here in Cincinnati.

Our visits are always fun! I would suggest using the side entrance off of walnut for a quicker entry. I like to park on 8th between main and sycamore for easy access to the show. We always like to arrive early for photos, check to see if they have any special opportunities. If you want to eat near performance time, I highly recommend making a reservation.

Great staff. Great show! Horrible seats. Seats are so uncomfortable and small that it would distract you from the musical and when you paid a lot of money for those seats you expect a little bit more of comfort. Also bathroom lines are way way to long. When you are pregnant and have to really go or you have a young child who cant hold it for 15 minutes its not ideal.

I went to see Brain Candy and it was amazing. A little long but very entertaining. Adam Savage has been a big star in my life from Myth Busters now to new shows of interest. Have been going to the Aronoff for around 15 years. Pretty much in the same fabulous seats. Rows Q and R seat 305. This year it has been extremely cold. We are all sitting with our coats and gloves on. We have told a person at the ticket box but she pretty much blew us off. I will not renew if it continues be this cold. We had to cover our noses. When I go through the scanners it never detects my knee replaceme as it does at Music Hall and the airport. Concerned.

Im rating this 3 stars not for what is presented there, but for the lack of handicapped accessibility. I went there with someone who is disabled, and found out that the ushers are not familiar with helping those on canes, etc. There are certain areas where the handicapped can go, but if you dont know this ahead of time when booking your seat, it can be chaos when you get there as it was for us! In the balcony, especially, there are stairs everywhere except in one area. It was quite a challenge getting my friend safely seated!

The Aronoff Center is a world-class venue to watch a musical. Everything is new and clean and well-organized. You can even pre-order drinks ahead of time so during intermission you can pop out, grab your drink off the counter, and head back to your seat without standing in line and possibly missing the beginning of the second act. Acoustics and sightlines are great anywhere you sit. They book the top nationally touring shows fresh off of Broadway with top companies. No second-rate talent here.
