Tried to give it another chance, both times its basically teenagers overseeing everything. Concerns were brought up to management, waste of time. Went both times on Saturday morning during toddler time, and the light play restriction was definitely not enforced. There were guys in their 20s playing dodgeball pegging balls at each other with other kids is the area. Someone else mentioned mask restrictions, no one seemed to care about that, either. Nice facility, just not a good place to take toddlers, even during toddler time, unfortunately.

Great place to keep the kids active. There are climbing walls, dodge ball court, jousting area, many trampolines, a climbing ladder, and trampolines that you can do flips off of and land in foam pots. They are staffed at all of the activities and the staff are helpful and courteous and will talk with the kids and maybe break out into a silly dance on a less busy night. We had a birthday party there and it went great. They were a little busy that day and it was a bit hectic so they let the kids jump a bit longer. My daughters birthday was in September and since her party was there she can now jump for the rest of this calendar year for free. Bottom line....this is a safe place for your kids to have a blast while they exercise. Cameron is the manager and is always helpful and usually available to answer any questions, if you have any. A great place to take the kids. They also randomly have good groupons you can purchase. Have fun.

I suppose if you don’t want to be able to jump with your kids, then it’s fun. Upon arrival I was told that I would not be aloud to jump with my children when that was the whole reason I wanted to come here. Our kids were supposed to be segregated from us as well as other kids. Would not recommend. Go to an “off brand”

Kids had a great time. This place worked great. Previous to this stop, we had lunch at Golden Corral. I released my 3 boys onto the dessert bar and they got so sugared up they were nearly unbearable. Next stop, sky zone. 15 minutes in they were all red faced and sweaty. Perfect. It was a great way for them to burn off the sugar and calories while having fun.My only suggestion would be to put together a parent lounge. I got rather bored hanging out.

Pretty awesome place to get some exercise! If you are looking for a place to take the kiddos for some fun inside where it’s cool this is definitely the place to be! We took our 3 year old and as two grown adults we also enjoyed our time here. I suggest getting in early because on a Saturday a lot of parties are here and plenty of kids. The basketball jump zone was not operational which made us sad but it cost us $66.00 for two adults and one child for one hour. The price seems high for the amount of time that you get but hey fun times and exercise often aren’t cheap lol! You get some grip socks to take home with you as well. They have a snack bar that serves food smoothies snacks and drinks. We also used the hurricane machine to cool off at the end we had an excellent time. I do recommend that you bring your toddler for toddler time on tues Thursday’s and Sunday morning where they can play with kids 5 and under ! I defiantly got a good workout and had fun in the process. They have a jousting pit, a dodgeball zone, a free style area and plenty of trampolines for use by everyone. They also have a rock wall and a ladder to climb up if you can do !!! I recommend this place 100%.

Best Kids Birthday Party EVER. The kids were thrilled. The party room was clean and completely set up for us. The attendant was friendly, engaging and handled literally everything. I went in assuming that Id have to do the usual routine where I spend most of the party waiting and waiting and listening to excuses about them being overbooked and understaffed which has happened to some extent everywhere weve previously gone but this was AMAZING - no issues, no problems. They literally took care of everything quickly, easily and in a totally positive way.

All the age groups were able to go to different areas to play.I really appreciated how many teenagers were working. They were very engaged, watchful, and respectful. The young men who took us to the party room (I’m ashamed, I didn’t get their names) did everything for me. From serving drinks and pizza, to cake cutting, to engaging the kids in small talk. Really outstanding work!I am more than happy to recommend a birthday party at Sky Zone anytime.

This place could be great or even amazing. Unfortunately, this place is neither. Being a single dad I look to take my child out for fun days. I thought this place would be it but was so wrong. We jumped twice before I was told I couldn’t jump with my son. The employee had me go to another section of the trampoline where my son and I watched each other jump over 20 feet away from each other. I imagine this is what it is like to have your son visit you in jail but you’d be a lot closer. All in all, save your 40-50 dollars.P.S management, maybe create a family zone for toddlers where one family member can be with them at a time. This would probably make your employees less miserable by not having them police families trying to have fun.Love,Brett

We just visited for the grand opening. I think this place is probably great for older kids, but mine are under 5 and it is not right for this age group. You have to wait in line to use almost all of the attractions, which is impossible for younger kids. In addition, everyone must stay on a 3 x 5 trampoline square in one section amongst a large, open space of other trampolines. If you have younger kids, this is nearly impossible. A toddler or younger child is not going to stay in one spot and parents cant stay by their kids to make them stay on the one trampoline. I think they are trying to keep it organized, which is great, but from a logistics point of view, is impossible.Given that you pay by the 1/2 hour or hour-I paid $45 for the kids under the age of 5- its not worth it for this age group. That said, its looks great for older kids and the place is very clean and nice. It is possible that their times for just toddlers might be better, but I believe its over priced for how much you can get out of the experience. Since you have to wait in line and constantly monitor young kids, its not worth it in my opinion.

We had very bad experience .. crowded, chaotic and highly mismanaged .. they have no planning and birthday parties are clubbed with regulars .. it’s difficult to check where all the kids are especially when having a birthday party .. they run short of staff. Practically we had to keep eye on all the 20 kids. The manager with pony tail is rude and arrogant when I told him about the issues. Their staff do not keep eyes on the kids and it’s a mess with some kids from outside the group barging into the same area. The kids were not able to get to play in the area as older kids kept jumping in. My daughter could not get opportunity to climb the wall. The trampoline place was chaotic and older kids started barging in and with absolutely no discipline. The staff did not care and kept chatting and left kids unattended. On several occasion I had to remind my daughters friends to remain careful. I will not recommend this place to anyone .. there is one better in the West Chester area. I am not going to do any more parties for my daughter here . The staff who helped at the parties were nice but the staff who were present in the play area were worthless .. the girl staff were talking and not watching the kids who were getting hit by older rough kids. I would advise people who are planning to have birthday events stay out of this place.

They consider the time it takes for your group to check in (we had a group of 10) part of your jumping time. But at first didn’t explain that to us, they just gave us a sticker saying we had started 15 minutes prior to what we really started. My mother, who paid for the entire group, had to complain before they said they would add 10 minutes back to our time. There are designated areas for jumpers based on height and weight . They are strict enough to not allow my husband to jump/play with our own children.

Also staring at me very weirdly the entire time like I was going to do something and I mean he would walk up next to me and stare, very annoying. The kids (Unprofessional Workers) up front talking with the manager as I was trying to get something from the concession stand. Said multiple things and they ignored me. Review №94

I would not recommend the Anderson Skyzone to anyone. I have been there twice with my children, first time was a birthday party for my son and the second was today. The first time the staff ignored the kids running around and hitting the kids at the birthday party. I was told by the male manger with his hair in a ponytail that the younger kids should come at the toddler time instead. How about you actually make sure the children are in the area they are supposed to be in and are not being overly rough. They preach safety comes first but as I was speaking to the manager I pointed out several kids running through the trampolines and hitting the kids in my birthday party and there was staff right there that did nothing.Today, I took the kids because I have a coupon from the birthday party and thought I would give it another try. Two of the boys went to play dodgeball. I stood out of the pit because I actually watch my children to make sure they are behaving. My children are 6 and 8 so I ensure they are not running around the little ones or end up with a group of kids that are too old for them. In this case the male worker had an older guy come by and say “240 for the D’s” which I am assuming he was getting an older group together. Our time was 2-3 today. The worker said yes and let my children continue to play. There were a few older boys that started to get rough because the rules were not being enforced and they were getting hit but not made to leave. Finally one of these boys just got mad and pick up several balls and threw them at random, on of which flew out of the dodgeball area and hit me in the head. There is not reason to allow a game to get so out of control. I had to tell the worker that the game needed to end before someone got hurt.My youngest went back to climb the ladder. Two female workers were back in the back by the ladder and the rock wall talking. Older kids were picking up the foam squares and throwing them from the Rock wall and hitting my son on the ladder. Of course he fell off of the ladder and then was trying to get out of the foam pit to get to me. One of the older kids hit him in the head with a foam square as he was getting out. The female worker was watching the entire time, but remember they say your child’s safety comes first right? She never said anything. My son was upset and confused why he kept getting hit. I once again had to tell the kid to stop throwing things and tell him he hit my child.I went to find a manager once again. I was directed to the concession stand to a younger male with dark hair. This manager said he knew the dodge ball was getting rough but he couldn’t get up to the game, it is the first platform up the steps, so he knew and left the safety of those kids go. He said he would have a talk with the workers in the back about allowing the foam squares to be thrown. Meanwhile, another customer started to yell at me saying “I thought this was a concession stand and not customer service.” So now I have to explain to her this is where I was directed. The manager never once said he was sorry or even told the woman behind me that he told me to come to him at the concession stand. So in my experience, twice the workers stand around and do not care at all about your children’s safety as they say. Rules are not made to be followed and I spent more time making sure my children were not getting hurt at the blatant neglect from the staff. I attempted to let managers know what was happening both visits, the manager watched it the first visit and knew things were too rough the second and did nothing.
