Nice off-leash dog park in the Very back with grass, trees, and a complete barrier between Large and Small dog parks. Bags provided, and safety exit gates installed. There is also a nice jogging/hiking path that winds through the park, that is flat enough for small children to be ok during a walk. Very scenic if you continue past the park on that path, with plenty of trees. Theres a large sports field, public restrooms, a basic skate park, free slot parking throughout, along with loading zones parking. Theres also a few scattered open areas with grass that would be good for picnics, group gatherings. There are no BBQ grills that I saw but there are a few shaded gazebos, benches and a large playground. If playing soccer/football/rugby/lacrosse etc, you will need to bring your own equipment and marking cones because there are no goal posts and (possibly due to covid-19) no lines at the moment. Park is well kept, even right now, they come out and now and do landscaping. There is small wild life present like squirrels and rabbits, but I havent seen deer or coyotes. It is very close to the school and the park is located in a residential area. Everything has reopened as of Sept 1st, 2020.

Such a fun playground for all ages. The paths behind the facility are beautiful for walks and photo shoots.

Two very nice lighted tennis courts. Low fence divides the two adjacent courts making for less intrusive play with the neighboring court. Lights are on the lateral sides of the court instead of at the ends, as they should be, so that during night play you are not looking into lights.

My kids do ballet basketball and karate. They love coming. They especially love lexie and Jamal. They are so sweet to them. Very very friendly staff. Great place for kids.

This is a great year around rec. Indoor & outdoor pools. Plenty of machines to work out on. A nice carpeted track 1/16th mile. Large dressing rooms that are very neat & clean. They are working on some outdoor items such as a larger kids playground & a much needed expansion to the current parking lot that will be done by December. If you have Silver Sneakers insurance for seniors it is free to use.

.Great sports park for all to visit. Baseball fields, basketball courts, skate board park, two large dog parks. Recreation Center with Community rooms and public restrooms. Ample parking, childrens playgrounds. Several picnic spaces, clean and lush greenery throughout.

Best park in Otay area. We have visited 20+ local parks. Today we took our 2yo and new born here. So much to do. Great big grassy fields, nice Flora and walking trails among the trees. A beautiful community center for sports and classes. The playground had 3 different age areas, was well maintained, safe and had Fun little xylaphone toys all over. Skate park, tennis courts and anything else you could want. We will be back soon.

Have a doggo? Go here! Everyone is great, most dogs are under control, recommend going around 4 PM daily. Lots of parking. Road to park can get busy after school hours, but otherwise huge park, lots of trails, sport fields, skate park, basketball court, whatever they have inside the rec center (but I never went in, just to dog park).

Great park! it has lots of space, baseball field, skate park a little recreation building with indor basketball court, snak machines and lots of things to do.People are friendly and there is a little designated space with a dog park at the end of the park, there are separeted spaces for big dogs and small ones, with water fountains and bags to pick up after your dog in case you run out or forgot your bags.

Great dog park. Has two sections for under/over 20lbs. My dogs love it. And we always take a cool down walk on the canyon path, dogs love that too.

This place offers a lot of amenities, counts with a softball field, running area, inside you can play basketball, the running fields are always clean and it is outdoors. Snakes are present from time to time and you just have to be careful. People working at the facility are really nice and kind, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Mornings are nice to run you can hear the birds trying and Angel the morning dew. You can bring your kids and family. The access is very easy and the park has trails so you can also walk.

It has all the amenities you need. Fields are in good condition, two dog parks (for big & small) kids playground in good condition. Trails to run or walk around the vacinity. Basketball ball court is decent but needs a good deep clean. Rec center has just about everything it needs to keep kids happy and active.

The park is huge and is great if youre looking to play ping pong and foosball. The facility is clean and the staff (especially Alyssa) is very nice. The lighting in the court is brand new making the court well lit. The equipment is in like new condition.

We take the Polynesian Dance class. The kids have fun and like teacher Cessy. Its always clean and the staff are friendly.

Took my dog yesterday for the first time to the big dogs area and during the entire time there was two dogs humping on my dog. I understand dogs are dogs but these ones were really bothering my dog(boy) at the point I had to remove them a couple of times. When I finally found the owner and ask him kindly if he could take care of his dogs, he responded to me in a really rude manner. When I had to remove his dog one last time he approached me like looking for problems. This guy and his fit body needs to chill and take care of this dogs and work on his ego. If you go there and have the same issue you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Very nice park in a very nice area of Eastlake. Has a small skate park, a very nice gymnasium with indoor basketball, has two good sized fenced in dog parks. One for small breed dogs and one for large breed dogs, like German Shepards or Huskies. Has some covered picnic areas near the dog parks, has a small playground for smaller children too. A great park to just walk around in too. I give only 4 Stars as I think there should be more parking for the size of the place. Been here on a holiday weekend and could not find parking at all, although there is off street parking. Otherwise, it is a well kept up park.

A great place for families, play groups, large gatherings, etc.Bathrooms located in the rec center. Parking can get tight on crowded weekends.

Low key. If the kids are making a mess you tell em to pick up their trash and bit track dirt in the park with their mtn bikes just cruising around and they listen. Its a hidden gem

Everybody wants salt creek. But montevalke is the diamond in the rough. Great place. Friendly staff and way better play ground for the kids of all ages.

The sports fields have got to be best cold in Wicomico County. Ey now have kayaks to rent to explore the Assawoman bay. Sundays during the tourist season is Sundaes in the park which are free concerts with top local talent, $3.50 make your own sundaes and closing with a great fireworks display.

I only go here for the dog park. This is my favorite and I bring my dog here every week. The dog park is separated in the large dog area and small dog area. The big dog area gets lots of attention. Its relatively calm during non busy hours. Friday afternoons are quiet Saturday and Sunday evening are a bit busy. Parking can be scarce if the park has sports games going on. The people are friendly too.

I love this park, it has everything you can imagine a park has, plus green areas are beautiful and very well-kept.

This is a small park in Chula Vista CA. My grandchildrens school had an camp night in the park. A great time with the kids and all the activities that was provided. The park alone has many things to entertain the kids.

Salt Creek Golf course is closing. We enjoyed one last round of golf with a view for miles. Its probably going to be developed into more expensive or exclusive neighborhoods. So sad..

Very nice place. It has a field exclusively for soccer, one for basketball and one for baseball. Plus, an off-leash dog park for small dogs and a separate one for large dogs. Plus, playground equipment and a lot of open space and green areas. It is truly phenomenal!

This place can give you most of your sporty needs. There is also a football club there which is very fun.

Great park ... has separate dog parks for smaller and large dogs and a play structure area geared to 7 and under. Great spot for walking, running and bike riding too, can do loop over to upper Otay Lake and back.

The park is very nice but the restrooms are absolutely repulsive every single toilet was backed up that being said there is a good dog area an ice skate park and plenty of open spaces for sports

We have been to all the recreation centers in Chula Vista, this one is my kids favorite. This facility is big, clean, and got a lot to offer for all ages.

This a great family friendly park and rec center tucked off to the side of eastlake in the Greater Chula Vista area. It has a few rooms for rent, an indoor and outdoor basketball courts, 2 field areas, 1 softball/baseball field and tennis courts.

Perfect amount of space and hillssame neighbors use park every day (poop police though)
