I have been living here since 2004, raised my 4 kids here and seen 4-5 park managers come and go. The park is clean, quiet and more recently under new management well maintained. I have noticed an uptick in children lately. Not sure if its because of Covid and kids are out of school, or new people moving in. Little by little all the old trailers are being removed and replaced by beautiful large manufactured homes. I love living here, it is close to everything. I agree with some other comments, that I wish all the residents would take pride in how their homes look.

The mobile home community is looking better and I think they’re making a sidewalk outside. New homes in the community is making everything look much better.

This is probably the best All-ages park in Chula Vista. Clean, well managed and with really nice neighbors. Totally recommend it

I drove to Rancho Bonita Mobile Home Park interested in the homes, Estrella the property manager answered all my questions. I was assisted very kindly and respectful especially considering that I didn’t have an appointment. The place is nice and clean, I recommend this community, you will not be disappointed!

This location is very quite and clean. I notice the community has beautiful new home that make the place look top notch. I just wish the residents took more pride in their home and try to repair it or at least paint their home. Besides that it would be perfect!

A great community and the property manager is great! They hired a new maitanece person who works hard to keep our community clean! Thank you Rancho Bonita!

The park is looking much better new homes. Big changes are happening Im glad its about time.

Doesnt look like it is taking care of. No parking space for visitors. I would not want to live there.

Use to be a nice park now it is becoming trashy with bratty kids it use to be a senior park not anymore
