Kiddos were drenched in sweat and fell right to sleep when we got in the car! they had a blast. my kids are between 1 and 6 years. they had a ton to do. there is a section for kids under 46 inches so the baby could run and play. the others were able to to almost everything. need to be 55 inches to do the sky walk that leads to the big slide. the staff was friendly and always watching so they made sure that everyone was safe.

Cool place with some fun stuff. They call them bungee trampolines but they are not actually bungee cord operated, it’s a flexible pole system called an extreme air trampoline, made by a company called extreme engineering - utilizing the bending method of poles along with a hydraulic pump to lift the participant up into the air as they jump on an inflatable trampoline. Fun!

Great place! Fun activities in a very safe and clean environment for the whole family! The Staff are very friendly and helpful too!

This place is alright for kids, the only reasons this place gets a 3 Star is because they need to do some updates to the place, it looks like it’ll soon be run down if they don’t keep up. However, their customer service is horrible, it doesn’t exist, Jump Around needs to do some training with their staff and management as well, no people skills whatsoever. If you avoid staff you should have fun.

Its a neat place and well laid out. BUT the all access doesnt really give you full access to all the activities in the facility. Staff should inform first timers of this disclaimer and also advise of height restrictions so customers can appropriately purchase passes for their children. Two of the 6 kids we took there were allowed to enjoy the full access areas.

Took the kids here and they loved it. We got here right when they opened so it wasnt crowded. Around noon it picked up. Check Groupon for good prices here because it can be expensive.

We had a birthday party here. It was a good value for the money.Jump Around was a little bit hard to find. There is abundant parking. This place is good for ages 3+ and has climbing, jumping, and sport set ups.

Me and my friends wanted to go to a trampoline park to do flips and other tricks, which is what you do at a trampoline park right? Anyways we started doing our flips and just having fun but immediately a worker there started to get up all in our faces because we were doing flips. If I was aware of not being able to do flips me and my four friends would not have spent 80 BUCKS for two hours there. We went to the foam pit because they said we could do flips there, and when we were there we started to flips but the apparently we couldn’t jump over the foam blocks into the foam pit because we would “get hurt”. But isn’t that part of the waiver? That it isn’t their fault if we get hurt? Anyways they proceed to tell us we can’t do flips and the workers just follow us around the place and yell at us for doing absolutely nothing wrong. So all in all this is a terrible place.Jump around if your reading this I will never ever again come back to your trampoline park!I would highly recommend apex or rock n jump because they actually let you do flips!

So much fun me and my eight year old son had a blast. Lots of really cool attractions. The only part I didnt like was the Skywalk they dont make it very easy for younger kids to get up there and dont offer much assistance.

This is a Great place to take your kids. If the weather is extreme, too cold outside or too hot in the summer, this place is an excellent escape from the elements. With all the activities provided, you can spend the whole day there. I love this place!!!!

Actually I don’t know how to say. Today, I spent more than $100 for my 2 kids. This is the 1st time we visit here and I am not well in English... it’s difficult for me to understand what they say. I told to the staff that my 2 kids just want to jump only and they told me that $5 per 1 ticket for jump in 5 minutes. So, I bought 12 tickets for my 2 kids so they can jump in 30 minutes that cost me $60. And the staff walk us to the area that just my 2 kids jump only and no one else. My 2 kids look boring because they feel lonely. So I ask the staff so how can my 2 kids jump with others kids and she recommend me buy the all day pass $20 for each so they can jump in more places with other kids. Then, I wonder why the staff didn’t tell me first about that. So, I come back to the cashier to buy more 2 all day pass and it cost me $40 more so my 2 kids can play with the other kids. I think if the staff tell me about the deal so I could save my money but they just straight to charged me $1 per minute while they have the deal $20 for all day pass.!!!??

Very disappointed in the staff. I was bringing my niece and nephew from two different sides. I wasnt allowed in due to the waiver needing to come from their parents but had already paid so I wasnt allowed a refund due to their in ability to clearly communicate prior to purchasing of the ticket. Very disappointed in the staff.

We went for birthday party at 7pm. Kids got to jump for an hour. The food area to buy stuff was closed at about 8pm. We were kicked out while opening gifts. You cant say you close at 9pm and close at 815pm. I wouldnt come back. Why say you close at 9pm??!!! I would be afraid to pay for 90 mins and only get 60 mins. First time here, probably my last.

After you spend $200 on a birthday package they insist on charging you $5 for a pitcher of tap water, NO refills!! That’s robbery!

We live further north and like an hour from here, but our kids found this place to be the best. It Jhas a lot of different activities, not just trampoline like others, including an obstacle course on top around the inside of the building, and wall climbing among others. We spent over 2 hours here and the kids still dont want to leave.

We had our commands kids holiday party there, and the staff were amazing. They helped us out so much I could be happier. And the kids love being able to jump all day. The only complaint I have is that they had the wrong time on saved on one of the events for another party so no one was able to play in there the whole time. Other then that..... I will be scheduling our next holiday party here.

We went to Jump Around Now on a Wednesday afternoon. Paid for an hour starting at 5:49. Around 6:15 an employee came up and told us we had been there to long, we were already about to leave then she tried to tell us to hold on so she could call and verify that we hadn’t been there over our time. It was a Wednesday with 12 people in the place. She was rude, disrupted our family time with our 2 year old and wasted our time. She stood by us until we finished putting our shoes on and left. It’s a nice place but I refuse to be treated like we stealing time at a trampoline park.

Paid for good service. Instead got really bad customer service. Excuse management had,was that the staff is young and immature. Not the first party we have had there. But more than likely the last. Manager needs to take a step back and figure out how to better train the staff

Our hostess was very good but the over all organization and timing was not very good. Coke and 7even up didnt come until the end of the party due to a carbonation problem. We had some late comers who we had paid for but they were unable to use our last 30min of time. For the price I expected a little more!

We loved it! Been to a handful of trampoline parks but this one has to be the biggest one yet! if you get tired of jumping on the trampolines then head over to there multiple wall climbing elements you can enjoy! Lots of seating room around the park which is great for everyone. And if you get hungry then head to there awesome food court! Staff are kind, helpful, and not unnecessarily overbearing like similar places. They keep kids safe yet still allowed them to have fun. Our kids love this place. 4 stars because the pizza is really pretty bad. Youre not allowed to bring in your own which I totally understand, but it would be really nice to have decent pizza.

I love taking the grandkids here. Talk about getting these kids tired! Getting them to spend all that energy on jumping, climbing, running, is one way of getting them away from the T.V. and their video games. Worth the expense. JAN provides socks which you get to keep. Just remember to save them for your next visit and save $$.

Was the best trampoline park I have ever went to. Better than Get Air, Sky Zone and many others. Music, Service, Activities were great. Definitely going back! The best time to go is when there isnt as much people, because when it too crowded, you have to wait in line for some activities.

At the main jump center with my child staff was more intrested in sitting against the wall or talking with other staff member then roving and Tell him to kids to be safe.

Jump around is a very fun and energetic place for everyone. There is a ton of attractions unlike sky zone. If you want a fun and exiting party to remember then this is the place to go. Just be warned, a lot of people go there on Saturday

Kind of on the expensive side but a ton of fun. Be aware this is a workout. Great thing to do with children but adults can join in as well. You will be charged for special grip socks for each person who participates FYI.

Great pretty funwent for a birthday party, my 6 year liked all the jumping! The only thing was the staff on the floor for the jumping areas all they did was talk to each other and when asked a question they had a attitude it’s like if your in a mood DON’T come into work! Other then that was great our host was super nice and on top of things the price for food was reasonable:) and good size

During the time i was there with my girlfriend, i wanted to spend a lovely evening with her, and that was the plan. However, the staff made it difficult to make that evening a good one due to their bad attitude not only towards us, but we also saw that the staff working were treating the kids as if they were already mature. What i mean by that is that kids are there to have fun, so if they’re doing something wrong or against the rules, the kids probably won’t even know, and before they know it they are being rebuked. And during the skywalk my girlfriend was really scared, because she’s afraid of heights so i tried helping her get through it by at least grabbing her hand, however there is this rule on the skywalk that there could only be one person per obstacle, so the workers yelled at us from the bottom with a really nasty attitude when i tried helping her out, “Didn’t they explained you the rules?!”, there are lot of much better ways express that there can only be one person per obstacle! Basically, the workers had this really nasty attitude as if they were not enjoying their job, and they’re job is not only to make sure everyone is following the rules, but its also to make sure everyone gets a great experience, which is not what you will get at jump around.

Much better then sky zone in my opinion. Had my sons 4th bday party here and it was great! Tons of things to do for all ages.

Good place to take your kids

There is so much to do here and it is a lot of fun. Not just trampolines. Overall, good prices. Check out their website for group deals. I went in February 2016 and everything seemed clean and fresh. However, when I returned in November, it looked like nothing had been clean since then. Also, my husband found the bottom of the foam pit the HARD way. Make sure you fall sideways, not straight down.

Went here to spend about an hour ending up staying for almost 5. Had a special going jump all day for 2 dollars more than usual had to do it. My kids jumped payed ate and overall had a great time. Many different areas to jump some video games.

I would rate it zero stars but that’s not an option, this is a place only for kids under five, you can’t do any flips and there are no refunds.I have no complaints on the workers besides one female and the manager. Not happy with this place at all sky zone all the way.

The kids enjoy this place evrytime we visit, no doubt. But i noticed that those block cushions has been the same ones from 3 years ago. They are old and smelly and torn. Everytime my kids play in those blocks, they get this smell from it thats not pleasant. Also, the party rooms are way too small. Two banquet tables, a small table for food. They expect to fit 15 kids and their families into that one room? It was too crowded. Also if you book your party here, prepare to pay $25 for each dish you bring that is not a dessert.

Very clean and the staff were friendly. This place has lots of options for kids and a suprising amount if interior space. There is a comfortable area for adults and plenty of food choices for your kids or group.They have party rooms available also, nice for an indoor, air conditioned day of fun.

I had a great time. Its a great place to take your kids for a birthday or even to get out their energy. They have lots of different activities for the kids to do. Even the parents can get involved in the fun. They have snacks and drinks at the snack bar to if you get thirsty or hungry. The only thing I had a problem with is mabey the price, but you know what, It was worth it for a great time.

I had such a good first time experience with my son I felt I needed to let it be known. My special needs son and I both visited jump around now this morning and the amount of help and friendly employees was phenomenal. My son is 5 and has problems communicating, walking, and focusing, and all of your staff were so helpful. In particular Sam. We spent an hour in the park and Sam spent the better half of it walking ryley around, showing him all the different activities and generally just being a caring person.

Definitely fun even for adults and also very friendly staff.

The funnest and most diverse place of its kind in San Diego! Tons more than just trampolines. Weve taken our boys several times despite passing similar places that are closer to where we live. Theres so much to do for all levels, even me (Dad).

Jump Around is a great place for kids to have some fun and burn off some energy. They have adequate seating for adults in view of the play areas and away from the play areas. Signage is confusing (pay attention to Mon-Thu pricing and ask about weekend pricing before you pay), and price per hour of play is higher than other similar venues.

Cheap place where kids can enjoy different jumping areas at a very economical price!! $20 dollars all day long 4 every single kid!!

We had a birthday party here for my son and wold not recommend anyone to have a party here. I have had several parties at different places and this was one of the worst. The whole point of having a party at a location and not a park or house is because you dont want to deal with the stress of having to organize it yourself. This party was completely disorganized. The hostess was so quiet nervous and shy. She didnt know what she was doing. She kept going out of her way to help a group of people who were there that werent part of our PAID party. After the pizza and before the cake she showed me the bill for the second time (majority was already paid in full - more than half like they ask) because I guess she felt like doing so in the middle of a party was an appropriate time. There wasnt any real ending; after the cake was served she was gone. Then returned later to take the table covers off of the table we were still sitting at. To top it off she brings me this questionnaire about the hostess performance for me to fill out as she is standing right by my side. I was definitely disappointment to say the least. I didnt feel the amount we paid was worth the service we had. With that said, the hostesses need to be trained so they can HOST a party. Will never again have a party here but would bring my kids back to play.

My experience here was 50/50. While we, me and my family, had a great time here. I also experience someone stealing my wallet from my belongings. We were only there for two hours, not counting the extra hour or so it took to talk to the manager and staff about my wallet being stolen.While they did help in any way while I was there, thats where it ended. Once I left, I never received any followup information as to what was being done, except for the call from the police letting me know that they did talk to the the manager.I do have a recommendation. Why not place your lockers, which are located next to the restrooms out of view of most of the staff, at the entrance of the facility to make them more visible and more of your customers will more than likely see and use them. I fear I am not the only one to have had my things taken and I will probably not be the last. Also having a camera or cameras watching the areas where there are cubbies for shoes and items is probably a good idea as well, should something like this happens again and the video needs to be reviewed.My visit was back in August.
