The customer service was excellent the people there was very pleased they loved being there and they love their job the work ethic was the bomb the place was sold out so we couldnt get very much there but we still enjoy being there.

Should have went sooner. They were almost sold out. No fault of them. They order the August ahead and was not expecting the current situation. So they had more customers then expected. Still satisfied with what I got.

This is my second year using Chillicothe Fireworks and they don’t disappoint. Great deals and super helpful and friendly staff. Better than all the competitors. They’ll have my business as long as I live in Ohio.

The vibes of this place are special. Everyone from the stock guys, cashiers and owners are willing to help and are happy- even when it is busy on the week of the 4th. They are still giving deals as many of the competitors are price gouging to the max. Lifelong customer.

Good deals, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They can show you videos of each type of firework they have, very helpful in making a decision.

Amazing Selection of types and sizes of Fireworks, and friendly service as well as 2 for one deals

Its like a big huge firework stand that you can walk inside. And it has really cheap fireworks, and really expensive fireworks. Dont expect to find supplies to make your own fireworks. They also dont have anything to support model rockets. I was kind of hoping for more of a DIY fireworks sort of situation. all the fireworks they carry are pre-configured or pre-manufactured.

The Security Guard is unpleasant and rude. My son and I had a good laugh about it though. We call him the Troll, perched on his little stool as we entered the store. Other employees were friendly. Quick checkout. Nice selection.

They have all the supplies for your backyard partys,bbqs and 4th of July partys and if they dont they can possibly get it. I love these guys. Their friendly service,selection and prices are why I keep coming back.

Pros: Good variety. Friendly staff -They were crazy busy, and still helped me carry everything out to my car! They, also, showed us videos on the certain fireworks we were interested in. Love the buy one/ get one, or 2 depending on what it was. You dont have to be a premiere member to get great deals. You get free fireworks, depending on how much you spend.Cons: May be time for them to get a little bigger place. With so many people finding out that they have sales right into July, unlike their competitor, it can get a little crowded in their store.Straight up, this was my first time here. I was very surprised with their sales and completely satisfied with my purchase! We got more items here and spent the same amount that I have spent at their competitor. Definitely going back next year!

I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Excellent selection, easy process in every way. Prices are super cheap and there are always quite a few duds but overall a 4 bc theyre friendly and I will recomend always and hope get the dud problem fixed but there are bound to be some its expected. .
