Decent space and parking lot is convenient. But just wish the walls could be a little thicker and soundproof is all.

Interesting concept although it took me some time to pick up on the story and cues.

Love the prices for rental. Thank you for letting everyone including the small quirky productions have a space without breaking the bank.

Cheap. The front studio HVAC was obnoxiously loud and the bathrooms are shared with the rest of the building, but this was sufficient for our limited purposes.

Saw a great improv show here with some kettle corn and had a great time!

Nice spot the only reason why they didnt get 5 stars is because there is little to no parking seeing as it is a very residential area. But great studio, and would go there again.

Its the perfect place for performers to practice their craft. Its clean, big and has a great staff.

Very cheap rehearsal space, but if other groups are in the other two rehearsal rooms, you can hear them through the walls and vents. For rehearsals, you may be willing to deal with it, but in performances you then must block out each room to ensure no noise spill, which increases the rate. Still, conveniently located with basic amenities so worth it for groups looking to save money but get out of their apartment.
