Still havent been paid for a festival i worked for them in AUGUST and its november. Zero transparency or accountability. Do not work with this company.
BEEN CALLING FOR 2 WEEKS AND NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL, NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM IS THE PAST WITH TOM COLLINS OR TIM, THEY WERE THE BEST AND RETURNED CALLS. GUESS THE NEW STAFF THERE DONT CARE ABOUT SALES
Got here after paying over 2k for VIP tickets. Nothing but a headache. No one knows seating chart. Bring a copy of your seating. 4 different people and 3 gave different answers. Have now wasted an hour with this garbage.
Tried calling 3 times. The phone rang I selected the proper selection and I got hung up on 3 times in a row!
Went to Lake Shake tonight & saw a girl assaulted by Live Nation employees. Not sure what was going on, but these people should be trained & not react aggressively to clients. Don’t want to go to another show managed by Live Nation. I’d put 0 stars if I could.
