As an event planner, I work with Ashley and her Pyrotechniq team on a weekly basis. I highly recommend her to all of my clients, as she works to closely with me and our venue, that the client has a seamless experience. Her team is on time, courteous, and amazingly talented. I can call for a pop up event and have someone in the next day, or quote a group a year from now and still have excellent response time.Long in short, Pyrotechniq makes my job easier and makes me look good for the client. I booked an LED show for my husbands 50th birthday and was very disappointed. The photos I provided were not downloaded except two which couldnt be seen. The performer demonstrated very poor skills. The booking specialist, Wade, was giving me hard time all the time, promised a receipt for my full payment, and now just doesnt answer my emails and phone calls. I defenetely NOT recommend Pyrotechniq for your events, very irresponsible company with bad service!
