Staff was super helpful and informative. Love this location and the many options it provides. look forward to returning for a 3rd time soon.

What I appreciated most was the friendliness, attentiveness, and product knowledge from the staff!!! They are very helpful!!! I will def be coming back !!! The store is very organized and they have every intimate product you can imagine ! Highly recommend this location :)

Be careful ordering merchandise from Lovers Lane. They wont accept returns on novelty items, even if the are unopened and sealed. My boyfriend and I bought each other the same gift from Lovers Lane, which is easy to prove. Still wont allow one to be returned.

Walked in fifteen minutes before closing time and one of the cashiers clearly gave the other an irritated, are-you-serious look. Ignoring that, there was a good selection of everything one would expect to find here. The boxed outfits they sell are exceptionally terrible quality for being a boxed outfit as well as being way over-priced. Good sales mostly made up for otherwise high prices, one cashier was very helpful and friendly (the other... not so much).

I would recommend to anyone looking for fun! The staff has great customer service and the store is very clean! They have a wide selection of lingerie and stockings! I think they may have expanded, because they have a lot more variety then I remembered!

Very friendly girls working there, will answer any question you have. Helpful with ideas and showing you items you might not have even thought about. Very good selection of lingerie and costumes for women mostly. Some really nice personal products for women, men and couples. Prices about what you would expect for the items you are looking for.

I have tried twice now to shop at this store but every time I go in there the sales ladies wont leave me alone and let me look at anything. They hover, stalk, stare, etc and make me feel very uncomfortable until I feel like I have to go somewhere else. Today I was looking and the sales lady came over and offered to help. I said I was just looking. She began asking questions about what I was looking for. I said I would know it when I see it and would just like to look and gather info then make up my mind. She thankfully went away.....only to return five minutes later with her questions and yammering. Or basically just to watch me like a hawk. I ended up unable to look in peace (or enjoy looking which is half the fun of shopping). Eventually I made some excuse to run away and go shop at Frenchys where they actually let me look at things. But thats the last time Ill attempt to shop at Lovers Lane. If I want help, Ill ask for it, I dont need to be pushed into anything and I definitely dont like being followed around.

Needed a gown for work so I️ called ahead to make sure they had some before getting a Lyft all the way up there. They said yes! they had some in stock. When I️ got there they only had 1 style and it was cheap ugly garbage. Waste of time and 2 Lyft rides. Took a quick look around at their other shoes and lingerie. Everything looked about the same quality of trash.

The staff were very nice and helpful for both me and my partner...i would recommend if anyone likes good customer service to visit this location
