She knows her information on framing!Only down side was the cost of matting and framing. Ridiculously expensive! Couldnt afford though Michaels

Excellent customer interaction, I walked in and got help finding what I needed right away, the register lady was very nice as well.

Though they do not have as much as Hobby Lobby, they have a good selection of items for art, framing, scrapbooking, baking, jewelry making, floral arrangements, and seasonal decor. Also, fun items for kids and neat little craft making classes! This isnt the place to get footage of fabric although their yarn selection is really good. Staff is kind as well! Really the only con I consider is that they are small and do not carry as much as other locations but the selection they do have is good!

A strange place.The staff dont seem to be too happy to be there. I feel their energy is very low.They do push themselves to be hospitable.They dont always have what I want.The store is small so they put a lot of stuff away to bring out seasonal things so dont go looking for your usual stuff during festive times.Im pleased we have a Michaels.Lots of competition with Joanns and the spacious Hobby Lobby near by.Well Im sure they have more business on Sundays with Hobby Lobby closed.They do carry beadlanding products.They dont run out of products as quickly as the Michaels stores in Colorado that I have been too.

I do like this store, however the employees will ruin your experience. I was walking up to the registers, and I asked if it mattered who I go to since two employees were behind two registers. The younger one was respectful and said that her light was on so she’d help me. The older lady who’s name is Susan, said “duh!” After the other lady pointed out her light was on. I was taken back by that and it completely ruined my mood. I checked out, got to my car and noticed that my 40% off coupon didn’t take. I went back in to the same employee who checked me out and explained why I brought my purchase back in. As she was looking into it, Susan decided to put her two cents in again and with a bad attitude said, “well it doesn’t work on books.” So I decided to just return the book and find it cheaper online. The employee who helped me, I believe her name was Teresa, she was great. But that Susan lady needs to be more respectful to customers. I probably won’t return because of how she treated me.

I could just be because I love craft stores but Michaels usually has a good selection of supplies and fun extras. If you want fabric they only have a few quilting squares just fyi, but scrapbooking, beading, painting, cake decorating, drawing, wood, kids crafts, baskets, storage and more I can almost always find what I like. And I love their Halloween decorations selection.

I like that they do not have a bunch of pre made items when I walk in. From my step to my last step there always something new to craft with. Clean, helpful staff, and variety of supplies and materials. Also love the coupons and app that offers ways to save every day. Framing has been professional and courteous in keeping artwork safe and displayed beautifully.

Needs to sell individual especially colored candles I8 gold tapers silver bronze tapers can I carry the silver and a four pack they carry the gold in a 15 and when you only need one what do you do with the rest such a shame I had to go to a competitor when this is where I always shop

I was searching for a specific kit that no one else had carried, and though I may not have found precisely what I wanted, I did manage to find everything I need to replicate it myself, which I hadnt found elsewhere. Otherwise, the store is claustrophobic and somewhat difficult to navigate!

Michaels is a wonderful craft store. I like that they have a huge selection of items. We get their emails for 40% off a regular priced item and we find that its difficult to use it at times due to the sales going on.
